We always love spending time at Twin Mountain KOA. We are welcomed like family and then we observe that the hosts, Brad and Becky along with all their, staff treat every camper the same way. From the big class A RVers to the families in tents, all are treated with respect and friendliness. Special kudos to Brett and Pam who work hard to help in any way they can. Twin Mountain is our Happy Place!

As always, Brad and Bex and the rest of the Twin Mountain staff made our recent visit very enjoyable. Love the new Deluxe patio sites on the South Hill, will certainly request one again in the future. Been coming here every year for some time now, Twin Mountain remains my favorite KOA!

Very helpful and friendly on our late night arrival. Great pancake breakfast! Very clean and centered between many of NH's attractions! Stayed in a cabin and loved every minute!

Site 65 was a great site. Plenty big for our pop-up and only 1 neighbor. They were set forward on the adjacent site, so kinda like no neighbor. Lots to do in the area and at the campground. Bathrooms are very clean, everything worked. And the staff was amazing. We WILL return. We have stayed at quite a few KOA's and this one is by far the best one so far.

We originally were staying in a tent site, but got soaked by a night of rain. The staff allowed us to not only upgrade to a "Kabin," but move in that morning, giving our clothing and bedding (and us) a chance to dry. It was greatly appreciated by me and my friend. The location and the staff were both phenomenal!

Wonderful owners and staff. Extremely helpful. We had sick dog, advised which emergency vet to see, which was perfect. And asked about dog. Great place. Will visit again

We just spent the long Labor Day weekend and it was great. We were in the brand new section just opened this year and the sites are great. We will be going back again.

I had a great time! Everyone was great, from talking to people on the phone to change my reservation a bit, to the guys that were always there to deliver my wood, or check on why I didn't have heat (and brought the portable heater back to my cabin). I really can't say enough good things about this campground. The people and amenities are great. My only comment would be to have better internet.

The campground is clean and well kept. The personnel are all friendly and helpful ( even though we arrived a day ahead of planned).

Labor Day weekend at the Twin Mt. KOA. Because I was a late reservationist (Is that a word?) I was projected to stay at one site for two nights and then move for a third night. However, on Friday night the owner Brad called to tell me they had made a few changes to accommodate us and we would not have to move. What a relief!!!! This is one of the reasons we enjoy this campground above all others.

We had a great weekend and very much enjoyed our visit. Facilities are very clean and well supplied. Curious on your policy regarding some dog breeds. Noticed that some breeds (pit bulls, Dover mans, rotties, etc.) are banned according to your flier but we saw a few of those breeds there. We're dog people so no problem personally, just confused about policy.

camp site was not adequate for a 25 foot travel trailer

We love Twin Mountain KOA so much that we have found ourselves changing travel plans so that we can come back often. The Hosts here, Brad and Becky Hare, have been most hospitable and also manage to surround themselves with workers who mirror their wonderful welcoming ways. Gail and Jim have been like family to us. We have recommended this KOA to all our RV friends....fantastic!

First time there with a family that doesn't go camping that often. Everyone was very happy and had fun. I am all ready looking at other Koa to stay at.

The facilities were great But free wifi means free wifi ! Don't limit my wifi because I use it to stream face time for business conferences would have used my cell data but it is in a poor cell coverage area

Campground is nice. Other campgrounds include activities in your price instead of charging for pancake breakfast etc. only complaint is the bathrooms are really gross

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry to hear about your comments regarding the bathrooms. We strive at very clean restrooms and that's illustrated by other surveys.

Quiet time is at 10pm, people should not be arriving and setting up campers at 11pm.

Everyone was very nice and the place was very clean.

Wonderful stay, lovely site, pleasant staff.

Very tight sites in the older part of the campground. Nice store and well landscaped playground. No wi-fi unless you sit on the store patio. They are improving the campground and the newer deluxe sites in the new section were spacious looking and well landscaped if you want to pay for deluxe site. We were in rv and didn't use restrooms.

Bathrooms clean....small campground..front desk helpful..close. Enough for the activities we wanted to do.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thanks for your comments. We're situated on 27 acres in the White Mountains...I'm not sure we're a small campground. Thank you for staying!

We were very happy with our stay. The cabin was brand-new and everything was clean and pretty. The bathroom was laid-out in a very organized, efficient way with plenty of storage. Patio& Fire Pit were nice. The only drawback was that the bunk beds are quite small and cramped, the way they are arranged. My kids preferred to sleep on the pull out couch instead of in the tiny bunk bed "room."

Great place for kids and familys. Really clean and tidy. Owner was excellent and the staff was amazing. Keep up the good work!
Aug 31, 2017
Road noise is loud in front sites. Staff extremely friendly and kind. Grounds and facilities all very clean.
Aug 31, 2017
Staff was excellent and very helpful. The sites were very tight and short for my 5th wheel. If the site in front of me was occupied I would not be able to pull the trailer out and/or have enough room to back up my truck for the King pin alignment. If you have a 30' or less trailer and are using a tent this is an excellent campground. Over 30' might cause a problem if the place if full.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thanks for your comments. We have 90 foot pull thru sites in the new expansion for our units over 40 feet. And, as a rule, we normally don't have any problems with the size of units in the lower section either. Next time try the new section.

The campground was very neat and clean! And, the employees were all very friendly and cooperative!

Great. Brad is awesome. Ask for the Mt top Pull through sites. Will come again, close to all of white Mt things to see.
