Really disappointed in this KOA. More of a Journey KOA for those just traveling through. Despite making a reservation almost a year ago for several night stay and being long time KOA members, we were given a terrible spot next to the dumpsters and a very noisy highway with heavy truck traffic all night. Suffice it to say we cut our trip short as it was so loud and smelly.

We had another great stay. The manager and staff are all very friendly, polite, and helpful. The sites in the upper new section are spacious and very well maintained! I do however feel the older pull through sites I. The lower section are too small and congested. We will be going back again next Labor Day weekend for the 3rd year in a row!

We have stayed before and when booking online we have always chosen deluxe cabins and we stay up the hill. Unfortunately this time was not the case and the traffic noise is crazy and not relaxing at all. We wished we had known about the noise level as we would not have booked to stay. Will make sure next time we are up the hill or will stay at a quieter place.

The Campground itself is very up to date and well kept. I have zero issues with the grounds and management. I did not like how close it is to nh-115. The road noise was atrocious on Labor Day weekend. It did not feel like I was relaxing in the white mountains. Also the sites right of the main office were not very private and we were face to face with strangers (very nice people though)but awkwar

It was a fantastic stay! We were in the newer big rig section and it was perfect for our 43 foot toy hauler, absolutely no problem pulling in and out. The manager visited us daily to ensure our stay was perfect, which it was! We will be back.

We stayed in a delux cabin with a shower. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It wasn’t a normal mattress but a 4” thick more like just a sleeping pad. The description said the cabin included a toaster. There was no toaster. When I asked, I was told there was 1 toaster for all the cabins. There wasn’t any shelves. Given the $$$$, I’ll take a hotel next time. Not worth the extra $$$.

Ac didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush, hot water lasted 5 minutes tops, had to use the satellite bathrooms the whole time, no WiFi at at our cabin. Was told to call the internet company myself, did that twice and had to pay more and still didn’t get internet, manager was rude, Fridays 4:00 and 7:00 kids activities didn’t happen so kids were bummed, mold on BR ceiling. Very nice KOA. Our only complaint was we were in the 2nd row from the road and could hear the traffic including trucks all night. If you need a large pull through site, I would suggest staying in the pull through sites at the back of the campground. Less shade, but much more quite and a nice view of the mountains. The back in sites in other areas of the campground were nice also.

The deluxe cabin we stayed in was a perfect size for us and very well equipped. We took advantage of both patio and bbq also. It was a good location to hike Mt Washington and we will definitely be back. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the road noise, but we solved it with the A/C at night. �Kudos to Ken and team!

Everything was great except for the road noise. Employees were extremely friendly, and the grounds were clean and organized. It is a great location near many of the spots you would want to visit in Northern NH. If you're looking to book, just be advised of the sites that are right next to Route 115 as it is a very busy road with lots of tractor-trailers. I would recommend sites away from that area

We had a great time at Twin Mountain KOA, this was our 3rd consecutive year, and we plan to be back for a 4th to keep the streak alive. Everyone is super friendly and there is plenty to do at the campground or in the local area. We love the Cabins, especially up on South Hill.

A beautifully maintained campground run by lovely helpful people. the only downside is that some of the tent sites are a bit small. Great bathrooms and showers! Very clean.

10/10 we had a great time!! everything was neat and clean, the playground was great for all ages, the pool was warm with lots of seating, the mining station was great! The garbage pickup was great feature! Lots to and at the same time everything always seemed quiet and calm. Staff and visitors were friendly. Washrooms clean and neat! Highly recommend!

Staff were excellent, always available and helpful. My rating is for our campsite & not at all to do with the quality of the campground. The campsite we had was a KOA patio and it was more expensive than regular sites. It was in a cramped location and the sites were patio to patio with little privacy. We expected more for a KOA patio site and feel the site was over priced.

Our refrigerator was unplugged and there was a soggy wet towel in a puddle of water in front of it. The freezer door was broken. We were happy that it did work once plugged in. The beds were only so-so but the shower was nice and hot. It’s right next to a busy Highway so there was truck traffic all night. Our cabin was between a line of pull through RVs and the maintenance shed. Not a great valu

Our stay at Twin Mountain KOA was nothing short of Spectacular. The campground is kept very clean, the camp store has a very wide range of products that you might need. And a nice selection of food at very competitive prices. We took advantage of on-site laundry and shower facilities. Again very clean and friendly. When I had a problem with TV in my camper, they sent someone right over.

The staff were wonderful! They were doing rounds later until the night and very helpful and descriptive. There were a few other people car camping in there. You pay a little bit more here for reliable service, hot water, and good people! Would recommend if in the area.

Great campground nestled in the Twin, white mountains of NH. Service was great, close to hiking and town. Only negatives were pricey for per night price with everything closed in the winter.
