Had issues with tv picture quality on all TVs. Front desk sent someone to look at it. He felt it was the splitter. They had no spares. They would have to call the cable co. Our stay was 6 days. Pool water was cloudy. No area to hook up our tow vehicle other than our site or the exit road. Not safe. Bathrooms were a 10 though. Staff was exceptional as well.

This campground was very noisy - from the traffic on the road in front, starting at 6:30 AM. And the dumpster was right across from our site - very stinky. We were not able to open the windows on the back or side of the RV because of the smell. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a camping cabin & it was perfect! They are very accommodating- delivered our ice & wood… even picked up our trash for us! We will definitely be back!

Great site, our grandkids loved the gaga court (we brought our own gaga ball but it might be nice if campground provided one for check out). Showers/bathrooms were very clean. Quiet setting throughout the day and night. Appreciative of help with cutting bike lock cable after broken key.

We had a great time! We were just passing through on a road trip but enjoyed are experience so much we will be back for a longer stay! KOA’s can be a mediocre experience for tent campers but this had great wooded, private and still convenient sites. It was like being in a state campground with amenities. The workers were very nice. Will be back!

The caboose we stayed in was awesome! Extremely clean. The campground itself was quiet and peaceful. Our kids had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay! The campground was clean and well tended, everyone who worked there was kind and helpful! Our kids had fun on the imagination wagon ride, swimming in the pool, mining for gems, and doing the animal scavenger hunt. We can't wait to come again!

We really liked our site. It was not the original site given but when we questioned if there was something else, the staff was helpful and very easy to be accomodated.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing. Rodney has an amazing imagination and is fantastic with the kids. The barrel ride was a lot of for both kids and adults. Stevie was so sweet and super helpful. Every member of the staff was nice and happy to offer assistance whenever asked. They made the stay even better and we cant wait to visit next time. Also...hot hot showers!!!�

Nice campground, the pull through companion sites are a little on the small side, not a lot of privacy. The staff was very nice in helping us find a little better site, especially as they were mostly booked solid. A lot of great things to do in the area, especially hiking...

The employees could not have been nicer. We had a bit of trouble with our electric; they went out of their way to get our service back on. Great staff at check in and other employees, as well.

It was a great place. Very clean and staff was super friendly not a lot of kid activities but they swam and played at park and jump pillow. Bathrooms were great clean and showers were great too. The only annoying thing was some pet owners brought their dogs and they barked at everything. But it was a great experience.

I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the variety of activities for families of young children. Staff were very visible and attentive as well. Only suggestion I have for your consideration would be for the Store to remain open a bit longer on the weekends. Closing at 8 pm was a bit early for those of us wanting an ice cream later on. Thanks for considering.

We were originally supposed to be on site 11. Thankfully the staff moved us to another site. That site should not be a deluxe site. It is right beside the road, the dumpster, and the entrance. It’s loud and an inconvenient to park someone in that spot. At best case, it should be your cheapest spot, not most expensive. The rest of the campground was nice. Our family has been visiting Twin Mt. for 30 years. We’ve gone from a camper with our kids to a camping cabin with our Grandkids. It’s a very well run facility with great people and great times. That has not changed in all this time.

We were scheduled to stay at a hotel but saw this KOA and was lucky enough to reserve a camping cabin. Everyone was super nice, Candace was fabulous and really welcoming. Another gentleman saw me walking to the dumpster with a trash bag and drove over to take it from me so I didn’t have to walk to the dumpster. Everything was really clean and the picnic table/fire ring area was manicured nicely.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly; The bathrooms/showers were always clean and tidy; The pancake breakfast Sunday was a pleasant surprise. We stayed in the caboose, which had more room than we thought it would! Refrigerators could be a bit bigger. It barely held the milk and cheese. The wood seemed damp and our first fire was pretty much just smoke. Overall an excellent trip will come back!

A convenient campground for the NH Whites. Our site was close to the road so there was some noise overnight but the back and upper sections were probably very quiet. They had a nice selection of amenities for the kids and the gaga pit was a favorite.

The staff were wonderful! They were doing rounds later until the night and very helpful and descriptive. There were a few other people car camping in there. You pay a little bit more here for reliable service, hot water, and good people! Would recommend if in the area.

Great campground nestled in the Twin, white mountains of NH. Service was great, close to hiking and town. Only negatives were pricey for per night price with everything closed in the winter.

Great quiet campground for a KOA, we have come here twice so far with our dog and we love it so much we will probably come back every year.
