my personal belief is that the park is too expensive for the shape that it is in.we lost water 2 times while we were there.It is too far from attractions.

Sites on top, although not treed, are roomy patio sites. Very well kept KOA. Manager Marshall is extremely helpful and accommodating, as is the rest of the staff. Beautiful area for hiking and being out in nature. Would definitely return as there is much more to see in the mountains and surrounding small towns.

This is our third time staying at Twin Mountain. Each time has been great and everyone there is extremely nice and helpful! The only thing that was disappointing this time was the lack of events happening later in the day/night vs. last year. I do believe they had some of the same events, but they were much earlier in the day and we weren't able to participate.

We only stayed for a few days, but I have no complaints.Pet friendly, lots of things for the kids to do(even the older kids), clean facilities, free showers (that don’t run out of hot water!) Friendly, and readily available staff (even after the office closed, I seen some staff members hanging out & about, in the event that someone needed them). I would definitely (& most likely) will stay again

Site for our 25 ft class c was easily accessible. Easy to get in and out. Laundry facilities excellent. Staff very friendly. Did not use pool, pd shower, or rec room. Brand new area of full service sites and tiny homes was beautiful! If I was staying longer would have definitely reserved one of those sites. We had a site for just two nights very close to office which worked well for us.

This was our 3rd stay at this location. Always great staff and clean facilities. Only negative was the fire wood was too green. Hard to get a fire started. But that did not make our stay any less enjoyable.

Facilities were good, staff was friendly and helpful. Not a fan of the back to front sites, great if you want to talk to your neighbors, but uncomfortable if you don’t.

Goft cart with children being driven around the campground by staff members was going waty to fast. Children were boncing all over the place !!!That a accident waiting to happen !!! Staff members need to slow down with children on board !!

This is NOW one of my favorite places to stay!!! Everything about the stay was top class!! Customer service, camp site and entire camp ground was by far the best!!! Thank you for the great weekend!!! We will be back!!!!

Beth and the other KOA staff were extremely helpful, hospitable and warm. The site was very clean and the amenities were very child-friendly and fun. Our family has stayed in many KOAs throughout the U.S. - this particular KOA really stands out because of the staff and its customer manner. We loved the sunday pancake breakfast and the barrel rides that doubled as tours of the campground too.

Our site (66) was a little hard to get into and slanted but otherwise nice. We unfortunately were next to another camper who ran his very loud AC unit non-stop. We could hear nothing else, which was very annoying. We go camping to be in nature! Staff were very friendly. Bathroom buildings were impeccable. Special kudos to the nice man who gave children "train" rides and told them funny stories.

We had a great time at Twin Mountain, staff was excellent. Our site was great,all in all just a really great stay. Will recommend this KOA to anyone going to the White Mountains.

We specifically requested a private cabin, but we were stuck in between a family on each side of us. All night it stunk like sewer and you could hear and smell every time somebody flushed a toilet.

Our site place was VERY noisy with all the truck passing with their air brake activated. We also had a site way over what we've been asked first. So I found it to much expensive for what we had. Ask for a new site but seems impossible....

The staff were friendly and always active making sure guests needs were met. We were guided to our site, and everything seemed in order. The problem we experienced was with the power(electricity). Our rig has an onboard Power Management System/Surge Protection. It kept tripping because of low voltage, and bad ground. We brought it to staff attention, and attempted to fix.

The staff were fantastic! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We were there to attend a wedding at one of the fancy resorts! It worked out very well.

Great facilities, accommodating and passionate staff! We booked a site for a pop-up camper but it sadly broke before our trip. They were happy to let us pop a tent on the site instead. The staff came around on check out day to say thanks and chat about our road trip with us. The laundry and store were great and our 4 young kids loved the play area! Close to Mt. Washington! Stay here.

Our site (site 11) is right next to the very busy road and there was lots of noise from semi trucks and motorcycles all throughout the night. We were also directly adjacent to the dumpsters, the dumpsters are also not fenced in and in full view from the site There should be some sort disclaimers that indicates these attributes. Also the staff drives much faster than the posted 5mph on golf carts

I suggest the property should provide a small table and a couple of standard chairs in the room. Otherwise where customers can have coffee in their room?

Staff was really friendly. That’s what I’m looking for. It’s crummy when you see staff members not care you kinda feel like your an uninvited guest. The pancakes were awesome. The kids cart train was much enjoyed. Pools looked clean and bathrooms well kept.

Wonderful family time! Staff was very accommodating. Stayed in a deluxe cabin (KS1),it was great! Very clean, comfortable mattress. Would have liked a toaster in our cabin. Our site was very sunny so an umbrella for shade would help. We used to tent with kids and family when we were much younger. The cabins are a nice way to experience camping with family as we get older. Loved the Pavilion!

Very clean campground with great amenities for the kids and helpful to have the fenced-in dog walk area.The WIFI is not good at this campground even with paying extra for WIFI boost. Campground is close to a main road so if you have a site close to the road, it can be noisy. The staff were GREAT! Very friendly and helpful. If it weren't for the WIFI issue and close proximity to road noise, 5 stars

The staff were wonderful! They were doing rounds later until the night and very helpful and descriptive. There were a few other people car camping in there. You pay a little bit more here for reliable service, hot water, and good people! Would recommend if in the area.

Great campground nestled in the Twin, white mountains of NH. Service was great, close to hiking and town. Only negatives were pricey for per night price with everything closed in the winter.

Great quiet campground for a KOA, we have come here twice so far with our dog and we love it so much we will probably come back every year.
