Everyone was friendly, helpful and polite. My only complaint was the birds. There were about 12 birds nest in our trees and the birds were loud and dropping bird poop on our tables.

Cons: playground was just a plastic one for very young kids. The dirt at the bottom made my kid so dirty we had to give her another bath. The pool felt icky. It didn't have that resort feel like other KOAs. Pros: the pool is large, with a max depth if 8 ft. The restrooms were nice, toilet and large shower combined. lots of activities. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Great store.

Perfect one night stay. Easy access. The check in lady was the nicest check in I’ve ever had at checking in somewhere. Had a very nice spot. Small campground with practically everything. Nice dog park. Only complaint road traffic all night.

Great staff but the facilities were filthy and the photos are very misleading. It was loud, smelled terribly of cow manure and the pool was bordering on green.

Convenient campground right off the highway. Close to gas stations. Had a nice shady spot under the trees.. Our space was a bit tight but we managed.

I liked the place, although, I didn’t give it 5 stars because I did not appreciate how I got charged more than what I was told online. Plus, the service at the store could use nicer customer service…The place could use a caring, friendlier attitude when responding to customers.

People were still up past 10:00 making a ton of noise and waking my kids up. The bathrooms and showers are in a very distant spot to most of the campground. Not a place I'd recommend.

Oh my gosh! We broke down as we pulled in to register! Terry gave a jump right away! Then as we were leaving to get a new alternator the truck died. Terry and Michael towed us to a shady spot as we waited for our part to be delivered. We were able to get the new alternator in and finish our trip to MT. Can’t recommend the s KOA enough! Genuine folks here!! ♥��♥��

We stayed here once before it was a KOA. It’s a great place to spend the night. I appreciate the text messages only way to the campground. I just wish that they would stay open later than 7 in the summer. It’s easier to hit that target if you’re heading west, but much harder coming from the west especially for those who are coming long distances and still arriving befoe dark.

We loved how they escorted us to our sight, the ice-cream social, pool, mini golf and playground were all great for our kiddos! Jerome is close to all the attractions and fun in Twin Falls. Major stores, RV parts center all in 10-15 range. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the nicest KOA’s we have stayed in, lots of shade and manicured grass, clean, clean! showers. Friendly hosts. Dog parks are clean and large enough to play with your dog.

This was a convenient campground passing through the area. It was quite charming to wake up to hearing cows and crop dusters in the morning. Close to amenities in Twin Falls.

We got in late. We were shocked at the size of the camper space. We could hardly fit to pull through. The fire pits and picnic tables were shared with the neighboring campers, who were literally 5 feet apart. There is quite a bit of activities to do; some from free and some for extra charge. It was clean. just TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT! It was too spendy for nights sleep and parking space. I will NOT

Very nice KOA. Modern and clean washrooms. Friendly staff. I’m a tenter. Not all tent sites were used, so the staff made sure to spread us out, to give each of us more space - I thought this was thoughtful of them.

We had a fun stay with our family at the Twin Falls KOA. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the grounds and facilities were well maintained.

The hosts/ employees are very friendly and informative. We loved the amenities, such as mini golf, ice cream social and, of course, the pool. The pet area was perfect, as well. The cabins were the cleanest (immaculate) we've come across at any KOA and we've stayed at quite a few. Highly recommend this KOA.

We came in after dark and had a hard time finding our space number. It would help to have signs on the road showing which direction to take for the number, and to have reflective numbers on the spaces. The text communication was great, and restrooms clean.

It was a good place to stay the night. No real rating due to coming in late and leaving early and the time of the year. It was a stop along the way. But they were really good to us. Leaving our info out for easy access.
