Clean Showers! Nice grounds. Friendly staff. Stayed in Camper Cabin - Igniter on Gas grill needs repaired, no utensils provided. Could not get the heat to work because there were no instructions. Microwave would be nice

We stayed in site 23. Sewer connector was broken. Cable picture quality was terrible. Reported it, but nothing was done. Site was very narrow and US 93 was behind us. Impossible to sleep because of traffic noise.

Site 303 has a huge root going through the end of the site and made it hard to find a flat spot to put a Jack in as we needed the whole spot.Also need to let us know at check in that tokens or quarters are needed for bowling and games. The office is shut so early So it makes it impossible for someone who checks in at 430 to partake in the bowling. Great showers and beautiful club house. Very clean

The stay was fine. The road noise was, to my surprise, was minimal. The only downside for me was the tightness of the spaces. Thank Goodness I had a small Class C with no slides come in. My partner, however, was very close to the trailer next to him.

All vehicles should be parked the same way, not facing people you don't know and sharing a fire pit and and picnic table.

Great place! Had a space large enough for us, we were a 38 foot with a truck and car. Beautiful grounds and bathrooms were clean. Quiet area too and easy on and off freeway access.

We stay here regularly on our "commutes" between home and out of state family. Campground and facilities are always clean and welcoming. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Excellent! This spot was a hidden oasis in an otherwise flat and desolate area. Helpful staff, the showers and bathrooms were amazing, and the grounds were wonderful. Definitely recommend.

We were very surprised to find that the full hookup site (as were most of those) was practically cheek to jowl with our neighbors. We did not enjoy our stay.,

Really enjoyed the campground...in fact we had a dead car battery the morning we checked out and camp managers gave us a jump. The only flaw was road noise from 4 lane highway nearby...not a KOA issue at all

Entire facility was dirt…no paving or gravel If there had been rain it would have been a disaster Sites are very close…had to duck under/around neighbors slide to connect power and water On site restaurant closed also Not recommended

This KOA is not well maintained. Dusty road uneven rv site. No Grass in the area and you can put your mat coz management says it’s grass there. Tried to cancel my visit in well under 48 hour window but management to this KOA denied. When I arrived late there was no direction or paperwork in the late night arrivals. In compare to other KOA I would give this site 1 mark.

We were staying at a tent site with hookups and had to go get an extension cord to be able to use the electrical. Also there were a lot more mosquitoes at this site than other KOAs probably because the tent site was actual grass instead of turf.

I have a customer service story I need to share so you can improve. I was in town for a wedding. Rented 2 cabins for 2 nights. Spent almost $400 bucks. I forgot the card for the wedding gift and wanted a marker to write on the gift bag. Went to the front office asked to borrow one and was to no I could use a pen. When I checked in a marked was used to draw on the map. Why so unaccommodating?

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and well stocked mini market. Really enjoyed the KampK9 for our puppy. Sites were really close together but overall a great place to stay. Would definately stay here again.

We arrived late evening and our reservations were easy to locate, and our site was very easy to find. Facilities were clean, the roads and spaces ample and well-marked. Comfortable, well maintained, hosts were exceptional, friendly, and informative. A most excellent stay!!

the camp ground was very pleasant but the laundry facilities is not up to doing your laundry very well. we had 3 loads and there was only 5 washers goig. thankfully we could get the wash done. but there were only 2 dryers working and we had to do all 3 three loads in one dryer one at a time since the other was in use by another.

Nicely maintained campground. Showers and bathroom were very clean. Something you rarely see at a campground anymore. Very convenient freeway access yet not to close were you hear it.

This was a nice clean KOA. The only draw back was to close on the lot sites. We had to stagger our slide outs so we didn’t hit each other. My front door opened into the next campers dog pen area. Was quiet and had great Wi-Fi. Laundry room was very clean and nice.

On the positive side, best campground internet I've ever experienced. The staff was also friendly and helpful. However, the local area is filled with beef farms that have 100s of cows standing shoulder to shoulder in a foot of filth. The smell is unbelievable. Depending on which direction the wind is blowing from you may be enjoying that at the campground. The sites are also on top of each other.

It was a good place to stay the night. No real rating due to coming in late and leaving early and the time of the year. It was a stop along the way. But they were really good to us. Leaving our info out for easy access.
