Not a very quite place, we hear a lot the trains!
Apr 25, 2017
very polite staff keep up the good work
Apr 23, 2017
Construction was happening in the park, however that is temporary. Nice park. Right on the highway so a lot of freeway noise.
Apr 23, 2017
Extremely nice folks; undergoing some repairs due to frozen/broken pipes. As always with KOA, a dependable place to "overnight" when traveling.
Apr 23, 2017
Sites are very small super tight. Campground is under construction, that's understandable. Cable did not work. We only stay here in case of emergency when there's nowhere else to stay.
Apr 22, 2017
Nice park, enjoyed our stay.
Apr 21, 2017
Brief stay on my way to an Idaho destination. Owners were very friendly, offered up any help we needed. Check out time was 11:00 AM but extended my checkout time to complete in finished business.
Apr 18, 2017
Under construction and noisy. Smell of cows and muddy.
Apr 17, 2017
The campground was clean and all the hookups worked well. No comment on portable potty/shower did use. My dislikes are: sites too close to each other, tv reception very poor and the smell of cow/pig waste was horrible.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

As you found, our facilities are clean and in good working order. We are in a farming community, no pigs but we do have cows in the area. On air antenna picks up all networks and our cable has about 25 channels. Thank you for staying with us.
Apr 15, 2017
love that we can come late and leave early and have everything ready for us'
Apr 13, 2017
Wonderful people who were very helpful. Rather rustic campground with bathrooms under construction, having to use portable ones, but got the job done. No satellite reception. Laundry facilities were very nice and plenty of machines available.
Apr 11, 2017
Staff was amazingly helpful. Although bathrooms were under construction, the temporary setup was clean and adequate.we were having truck problems and the host even offered to help get us to the repair shop.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sandy, glad you got your truck running. Thank you for the feedback on our bathrooms. While not ideal, we have provided the best possible for our guests.
Apr 11, 2017
Nice, friendly little place with trees, convent to both I-84 and shopping in the Twin Falls malls.
Apr 10, 2017
They had had a problem with the rest rooms and had portable toilets & showers. However, showers/toilet facilities were not heated -- it was 31 degrees when we got up in the am. Not sure if there was hot water. The interior roads needed to be maintained (pot holes). People were very friendly and helpful.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The shower/restrooms are heated and they have on-demand water heaters. At times, guests turn off the heat but there is a heater that can be adjusted by the guest. We will work on the roads. Thank you for staying with us.
Apr 09, 2017
Nice park in a very convenient location. Have stayed there many times.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Gary, thank you for staying with us again. While we may have some challenges right now, it is not always the case and we hope to provide our guests the best possible service.
Apr 09, 2017
Hook-ups in the middle, easy to reach, but sites are "shared", very close together. Not quite level. Awful stench from the temporary showers/restrooms that were located directly in front of our site. Very close to road, so lots of noise for those who find this a problem.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Being convenient to the road also makes us somewhat noisy. Our local farming area, if anything, is to blame for the country smell in the air. The shared sites were the way to build campgrounds in the past and are ideal for family or friends traveling together. Thank you for staying with us.
Apr 08, 2017
Noisy, smelly and sites too close. Staff friendly, needs lots of maintenance and upgrading
Apr 08, 2017
The staff is incredibly friendly! I understand that the park was under construction to replace public restrooms, but to keep the price at 45+ per night while only offering portable cold showers and listening to the large trucks move dirt throughout the stay. Consider giving a price break during your construction time.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your feedback. We have asked our contractor to keep the heavy machinery work limited to minimize disruption of our guests. Showers have an on-demand water heater that should provide ample hot water. Glad our staff met your expectations.
Apr 07, 2017
Staff nice. Bathrooms destroyed by watermain break. Portable bath/showers. The portable baths were ok, but showers not clean (standing water because they weren't level). I understand they need business, but I was not told about the bathroom situation when I made the reservation. Found out upon arrival when I couldn't make a different choice. Lots of traffic noise.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We will contact the vendor about leveling the showers. As they were placed when the ground was frozen, they may have shifted. We hope you will give us another try when we have our new bathrooms built.
Apr 07, 2017
Nice park, close to Hwy 93 so some traffic noise. They had a water main break so no permanent restroom/shower, but the temporary ones they set up were clean, the water was hot and plentiful.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your comments. While not an ideal situation, we have provided the best showers/restrooms we could find. Our permanent ones will be ADA and family style. We look forward to having you as our guest again.
Apr 05, 2017
Easy to find campground and kabin. Thank you!
Apr 05, 2017
We enjoyed checking out this KOA. My only con is that the pictures and descriptions are a bit deceiving. The cabins facing the "pond" were VERY close together and we didn't see much of a pond. The pro was, despite the bathrooms being rebuilt due to winter pipe burst, the temp accommodations were great and clean. We will be back again. Thank you

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our guests tell us they look forward to our new bathrooms. Thank you for understanding. Pond is part of the area irrigation system that goes dry during the non-growing season. We look forward to having you as our guest again.
Apr 05, 2017
Other than cold and windy, it was a good safe place to stay.
Apr 04, 2017
Outstanding KOA
Apr 04, 2017

Very helpful staff.

if we would have come during "camping" season, it would have been much better. They were in the middle of cleaning up from the harsh weather. The cabin was just fine, even had heaters and air conditioners. The grounds are in a weird location. Looks way different than the website. The staff wasgreat!Thebathroomssucked!pipes had broke because ofweather. The pond is irrigation water, was a puddle.
Mar 31, 2017
Everything great, except you not telling me shower and bathroom are in a trailer instead of being upfront while on phone making reservations

Mar 30, 2017
love this park, will be nicer when you have your new bathrooms done. downside is very noisey with the highway right there.
Mar 30, 2017
A nice campsight, but very loud due to highway noise and trucks from a business next door.
Mar 29, 2017
Unfortunately, The campgrounds was under construction for some frozen plumbing, I'm sure it will be much better after the work is completed. I wish I would've known at the time I made my reservation.
Mar 28, 2017
I don't like koa. In general they are very pricey when you can get the same amenities for less. This particular koa was less maybe winter months and the couple are very nice.
Mar 27, 2017
One of our favorite KOAs
Mar 27, 2017
The smell of the livestock was unpleasant. Also the sites were pretty close to each other. I was ok with everything Elise.
Mar 26, 2017
nice location. could use some exit signs
Mar 26, 2017
The hosts were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the facility is located right on a busy highway which takes away from the camping experience that most people want. It would be great if thet could relocate further in the county to a quieter location. Most KOAs tend to be like this. Again, the hosts and our site/hoookups were great.
Mar 24, 2017
First person who I called because I had to change date not very corrigible. When called back got manager and she was very nice. We were able to change dates and enjoyed our stay.
Mar 23, 2017
Great place, although we just overnighters.
Mar 21, 2017
Rustic & noisy. It was fine for an overnight stay
Mar 20, 2017
Good

Mar 18, 2017
They should tell people before they check in that they were flooded and had portable rest rooms and showers so you had the option of staying or finding another place.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are handing out upon check in a flyer handout to inform everyone of our current situation. RV guests usually say they do not need them as they have their own. Please understand situation is beyond our control and we are working on it. New "Family Style" bathrooms will be complete before summer.
Mar 15, 2017
Very enjoyable stay and reasonably priced

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for stating with us. We look forward to serving you again.
Mar 14, 2017
If it was busy it would be somewhat crowded. Very noisy with a busy road very close.
Mar 12, 2017
Quick overnight stay on the way to Oregon halfway point of our trip
Mar 12, 2017
Got charge full rate for an overnight stay with portable showers and toilet no other facilities or amenities and the spot they put me in was not level at all the grounds were all muddy and had big potholes it deserves to have the big yellow gates

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The portable shower/toilets units are due to a waterline break that destroyed our bathrooms. We do explain our situation at check in so that our guests may make an informed decision based on our current facilities. New bathrooms will be operational by end of April.
Mar 05, 2017
The staff was great to work with. The park appeared to be in shambles due to extreme weather this winter. However we were charged full rates which are plenty high for the area and the park didn't have running water as lines were broke from winter freeze. Had to fill camper tank with water for water service. Thought rates should have been adjusted for patrons
