Loved the Twin Falls area and the KOA was in a great location. However, the sites are packed in like sardines! We asked for a satellite friendly site so we could watch the college work series and it was too much trouble to move us to a different site. The last KOA did switch us with someone else who hadn’t checked in yet. Not the friendliest staff. Really close to diesel fuel, DEF and Rush Truck

I was lucky enough to get a cabin for a one night stay. Oscar was amazing and very friendly. The only hiccup I would say is the bathrooms were a wee bit dirty to add to it no fault of the facility. The dirt from the roads tracked in mud and made the bathroom floors muddy. The bathrooms were gorgeous!!! The laundry room clean clean clean!!! Bravo!! Loved staying there!!

We stay at this KOA every year. The owner and staff are professional and gracious. The grounds are well kept, easy access to I-84, we come back every year.

We arrived late in the evening and found the staff very accommodating for us to make a late arrival to happen easily as we were pretty tired travellers. The unit was great the best KOA experience we had on our week long journey

Great customer service, our cabin was a 2 bedroom cabin and perfect!!! We loved the cabin and the location of it. This koa is very close to Snake River which is an added bonus too.

Staff were amazing. The rest rooms/ showers and kitchen station were clean. We tent camped so I can not comment about rhe rv sites or cabins.

Everything was great. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Quiet hours were observed so everyone slept well. Only suggestion would be about the number of bathrooms. A few times my kids had to use the restroom but they were all full. We would love to come back one day. Thanks for the hospitality.

Hello. First, I enjoyed my camping experience with you. Secondly, As a female solo camper/traveler I find it important to let as little people know that I'm traveling alone. As I entered the registration office/store I noticed a few people around, mostly men. The young woman was not at all discreet about saying (more than once) that I was alone. Facility is nice enough, Our check-in was not. Oscar was rude in answering our questions as well as disrespectful to his co-worker when she had a question for clarification.

I have to say this was the cleanest and best organized KOA that I have ever stayed at. Also the office staff (Kim and Becky) were the kindest and most welcoming staff ever! They were also very willing to answer all my questions and directed me to all the facilities. I am going to try to stay there every time I go through Twin Falls. Needless to say I was impressed with everything! Annie

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing about this KOA is that the sites are very tight. You look into each other's windows.

Dirty bathrooms sprinklers hit the side of your rv. Right after the day before had detailed for $220 management says we have to water our grass. What a poor excuse for a KOA.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The campground had a lot of things to do. The tent sites had lush grass. We would definitely return, if we are in the area in the future.

Clean and level spot for the RV. Hook ups were near by, no extensions needed for the hook ups. We arrived midday after driving a long time and hooked up and napped, was quiet enough to nap in the middle of the day. Store was well stocked and staff was super friendly and helpful.

Great place, convenient location. Sites were tight, but our family had one of the bigger ones so we hung out there. We were really looking forward to a dip in the pool but one of the workers shut it down before we had a chance saying there was lightening on the radar and "just doing what he was told" The lightening did't happen for about two hours after we were told the pool was closed, big bummer

Extremely tight campsites. We had to position our camper so our slide would not hit our neighbors. A lot of road noise during the day. So many birds, they sound pretty but they do make a mess. Good location for the falls and close to stores and restaurants.

Was alright very cold and need more restrooms so don't have to be stuck waiting to just go pee, and more stuff for just kids to do without emptying the bank account. Everything cost too much. Won't allow simple pop-its that don't cause no harm. Main guy was very ignorant to us. Not nice at all very unmanagement like.

Nice stop between Boise and Salt Lake City. Easy to get into and the store is well stocked. We really enjoyed our firepit outside of our site. Make sure to go see Shoshone Falls and the town of Twin Falls has a lot to offer.

It was a good place to stay the night. No real rating due to coming in late and leaving early and the time of the year. It was a stop along the way. But they were really good to us. Leaving our info out for easy access.
