I applaud your delivered breakfast...it was gtreat! You need to advise patrons that the hot & cold water are reversed. I took a cold shower! Finally, I had planned totop off with propane, but no your person doesn't work Sundays. I'm sorry, but you are open Sundays...that was unexcusable

We had a medical emergency during our first night. John and his staff were more than helpful in assisting the EMT team. Will definitely stay at the Tucumcari KOA again! Beautiful Campground! They treated us like family!

Told hubby this KOA is priority stop #1 on our list going forward…..clean, large pull threw RV sites? And who can’t forget the fresh chocolate chip cookies ���! And knowing that I swept up and rescued that tiny Yorkie that wondered off and came to me and my 77 lbs dog while on our morning potty break and was able to hand her over to her worried mama!

It is a well-maintained RV park and a competent staff. Everything worked as it should and I had no problems.

Nice campground. Sites are a good size , it’s tidy. My reason for 4 stars is price. We have been KOA members for years, we are full time and the price at KOAs just keeps going up. We are senior citizens and most KOAs are making it unaffordable for us. We are completely self contained and do not use the facilities or go into the pools. We are only staying at KOAs if we can’t find something els

Nice level spots and the pool was lovely. Didn’t use the bathrooms but the campground was nice and clean. Only downsides would the the dog park is very small, and we took on ants on our overnight visit.

This is my second time staying at Tucumcari and I enjoyed my stay. The campground is clean, well maintained and has a beautiful view of Tucumcari. Breakfast is delicious served right to your door. Most of all the staff is kind, helpful, and friendly. I look forward to my next stay!

Stayed overnight and it was fine for that. There may be things in the area, but we were just traveling through. We have a truck and toy hauler, there were no issues with getting in/out and around the park. Only complaint is that compared to other parks thought the price was about $15 too much.

It was fine for us, just staying one night. The campground looked a little dated and neglected. I really appreciated getting the text messages with accurate directions and information.

This was our 2nd time within the last couple of weeks. Same issue checking in. Young lady with a nose ring not happy, this is my second time starting this. You want you employee to smile at least. But nothing. Campsite is wonderful plenty of room for lots of pull thru. Lots of kids enjoying the pool. Nice and close to I40.

I would like a save place to run dogs to be larger , but just out side of your ffence was a great place to let the dogs run.

We asked for a spot across from the rest rooms when we made reservations a few days before our stay. All was good until we checked in on July 15th.. The lady that checked us in said all those spots were taken. She put us in space 28. farthest space from either restroom. We where in a pop up camper and no potty, we got up in the morning the spaces across the restrooms were still empty.

Arrived late in the afternoon but check in was a breeze. Had a pull through site that was perfectly level. Full hookups and conveniently located near restrooms and showers. Well maintained campground with grad and trees, the dogs loved exploring while on walks. Quiet, peaceful and breakfast to boot. A nice place to decompress after days of driving. Would stay again if in the area!

Pulled in for an overnight stop. Overall the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Due to the heat we required shore power to run the AC. Just my two cents worth $57 a night for a quick stop was a bit high but we had to have it and were ready to get off the road for a comfortable nights sleep. AC was out at the shower house, grass was due for cut too. New owners may update things also.

Nice place with clean showers and restrooms. Trainride for the kids and breakfast in the morning delivered to the door was great. Keep doing new exiting thing.

We were delayed by one day because of truck problems. They moved our reservation without charging for an extra night! The staff was very kind and helpful. The facilities were nice and well kept. Would love to visit there again!

Lots of space at all sites. Big concrete pull through sites are available. Helpful text messages sent by owners prior to arrival. Pre-order breakfast is available delivered to your site. I-40 noise is moderate.
