An overnight, we were delayed in getting there because I40E was closed for 5 hours. We arrived 9:30pm and left at 8am the next morning, didnt even unhook. Plugged in power and went to sleep. Talked to the office a couple times about our delay, they were very helpful. The ratings are because we didnt do or see anything.

100+degrees outside and they won’t turn the ac on in the bathroom. Over 80+ degrees inside. Told the office and nothing done about it. Very warm in the morning and the ac was still shut off.

We like KOA’s for the convenience of overnight stays and you can typically expect each location to offer the same general amenities. However, for the price I would expect that the sites should be better maintained for their guest. Unfortunately, our premium site at Tucumcari was dirty and muddy upon arrival.

Just had one overnight stay, but Amy and the ladies up front were just so well informed and reached out with a lot of hospitality. Nicely done.

This KOA always has the appearance of being well maintained, from the grounds to the restrooms and showers. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been to this location in the past and noticed that there have been improvements made and are in the process of doing more with a new owner. Most locations I have been to have extremely friendly employees with a great attitude. There was one person I came in contact with in the office and she seemed distracted and not so happy. Maybe a bad day.

The site we stayed in was actually too small for my fifth wheel trailer. The Internet does not work well at all does not stream anything they were not paved pads. The staff was great but the overall condition of this part does not match other KOA campgrounds I’ve stayed at.

Very nice stay over there. The restrooms are a bit older. However, breakfast delivery to your site was the nicest touch. Would stay again.

This was a very nice KOA. We only stayed 2 nights. It was easy to get to and the owner is very nice. I would recommend this RV park. Only down fall was the wi-if was really bad.

We got in at the busy time of the day but we were welcomed like we were family! They had a map ready for us and Cookies! The check in was quick but not rushed. Breakfast was brought to the campsite the next morning and it was great! Not only because I didn’t have to cook, but because it was hot and tasty! Bathrooms were immaculate!

We stayed one night here. It's been a few years, but we stayed here before and enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed this time. Staff are very nice. They have a service which offers a pancake breakfast which is delivered to your site. We ordered it and it was very good. Nice to not have to cook that morning! There is a nice pool there and laundry room. Showers and restrooms very clean. Thank you

Chocolate chip cookies on arrival was a sweet treat. They offer a full breakfast delivered to your door too, which was delicious. Just far enough from the freeway so not much traffic noise, and close to town if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again when passing through.

Nice grassy camp spots. My dog feels very comfortable here which is unusual.

Lots of space at all sites. Big concrete pull through sites are available. Helpful text messages sent by owners prior to arrival. Pre-order breakfast is available delivered to your site. I-40 noise is moderate.
