Stayed overnight and it was fine for that. There may be things in the area, but we were just traveling through. We have a truck and toy hauler, there were no issues with getting in/out and around the park. Only complaint is that compared to other parks thought the price was about $15 too much.

Nice large spaces and easy access. Wish the spaces had sewer, but they do have a dump station.

Such a well kept KOA! Very clean bathrooms and landscaping! Y’all are doing a great job and good work for weary travelers!

It was fine for us, just staying one night. The campground looked a little dated and neglected. I really appreciated getting the text messages with accurate directions and information.

This was our 2nd time within the last couple of weeks. Same issue checking in. Young lady with a nose ring not happy, this is my second time starting this. You want you employee to smile at least. But nothing. Campsite is wonderful plenty of room for lots of pull thru. Lots of kids enjoying the pool. Nice and close to I40.

we only stayed 2 nights but it was a wonderful 2 nights. Clean, Super Hospitality, wonderful store with a variety of merchandise.

I would like a save place to run dogs to be larger , but just out side of your ffence was a great place to let the dogs run.

We asked for a spot across from the rest rooms when we made reservations a few days before our stay. All was good until we checked in on July 15th.. The lady that checked us in said all those spots were taken. She put us in space 28. farthest space from either restroom. We where in a pop up camper and no potty, we got up in the morning the spaces across the restrooms were still empty.

Arrived late in the afternoon but check in was a breeze. Had a pull through site that was perfectly level. Full hookups and conveniently located near restrooms and showers. Well maintained campground with grad and trees, the dogs loved exploring while on walks. Quiet, peaceful and breakfast to boot. A nice place to decompress after days of driving. Would stay again if in the area!

Pulled in for an overnight stop. Overall the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Due to the heat we required shore power to run the AC. Just my two cents worth $57 a night for a quick stop was a bit high but we had to have it and were ready to get off the road for a comfortable nights sleep. AC was out at the shower house, grass was due for cut too. New owners may update things also.

Nice place with clean showers and restrooms. Trainride for the kids and breakfast in the morning delivered to the door was great. Keep doing new exiting thing.

We were delayed by one day because of truck problems. They moved our reservation without charging for an extra night! The staff was very kind and helpful. The facilities were nice and well kept. Would love to visit there again!

Good staff. Clean sites. Convenient laundry, neat clean with machines that worked. Wish it was closer. Breakfast available for delivery to your site. Quiet.

Good for a no frills overnight stay. It’s a bit more worn down than other KOAs we’ve visited, but it’s under new management, so there is potential. The AC was out in back restrooms (compressor on order), and the aging AC unit in our cabin was struggling (it was 100 degrees out). The pool, however, was open (it wasn’t when we passed through last year) and quite refreshing.

We have been staying in KOA cabins for a while and this KOA is real nice about sending text messages. It was highly disappointing to come into this KOA at 105 degrees with no air conditioning running. We requested the air because we were traveling with a senior dog. John said they would have it on before our arrival. The old air conditioner could never keep up once I turned it on.

It was a good park with one exception... the Campers were too close together. You could nearly hear people in the next camper talking. Way to close.

They personnel aren't very customer service oriented. They blame the customer for booking when you call in and ask for one of the cheaper sites and they put you in the more expensive one. I asked for a cheaper one and was told they have others coming in. But the campground was even half full. Can't wait for the other RV park to reopen!

Person that checked us in was unfriendly. No Fire pit provided, told no fires. Bathrooms were too Hot and not very clean. Stayed in a cabin with a decent view, but there was a place in front of us for a large RV, had one been there it would have blocked our view.

I was impressed with special touches & sprucing up since last time I stayed. The one & only complaint was the young girl at the desk from 3 pm to 8 on Wed 19 th. I was on hold for 20 min when trying to call for reservations. I hung up,called again, no answer at all. I called 800 number & got the last available cabin.Checking in was not the usual professional routine. Breakfast Was a treat.

A/C in cabin didn't keep up with desert heat very well. The rest of the stay was great .Employees were friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean.

From the morning of the day that we were to check in, John reached out via text to welcome us ahead of our stay, remind us of the directions to the campground, and let us know that if we needed anything to reach out. While we only stayed overnight, we were quite impressed with everything and would stay again.

This KOA Journey is a little off the beaten path of the downtown, but in a good way. Very quiet and peaceful. Pretty landscape. Very nice staff. Well maintained property. Most come in and out. We stayed 2 nights and would come back.

We had been driving all day in storms and needed a stop. Stayed for one night. This park is close to the interstate but quiet. The staff are very nice and provided good recommendations on food as we didn't want to cook. The amenities are good for what we needed. Good rest spot along route 66.

Nice grassy camp spots. My dog feels very comfortable here which is unusual.
