We really enjoyed our stay at the deluxe cabin! It was perfect for our stay in the area and we were happy to be close to the pool. Our interactions with the staff were warm and friendly. Thank you!

Nice first stay at a KOA. Property was nice, cabin was exactly as pictured. Location wasn't great but it was nice to have the security guard/gate for access at night, otherwise I don't think I would have felt safe. All in all an okay trip.

We rented one of the deluxe cabins for the weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The cabin had way more supplies and linens than I anticipated, and it stayed very cool through the warm weekend weather. Highly recommend!

We stayed in DC #1. It was great, but we have two issues that we would like to see addressed. #1 The blinds, between the two pieces of glass on the front door, do not close, resulting in a lack of privacy. It appears that they were damaged and never repaired. #2 The water in the shower is inconsistent. Sometimes it blasts you. Sometimes it trickles. The water temperature does the same. Hot/cold.

Best KOA we have ever stayed at. Staff was VERY helpful and felt very safe at the park. Park is very dog friendly

Stayed in a cabin this visit & was disappointed. It was very run down, crawling with ants, furniture was very worn & actually pealing, the shade in the door was broken & stuck in the closed position, the dead bolt in the door was off kilter so that it was very difficult to lock when leaving. the staff was unresponsive taking 2 or 3 reminders b4 taking action. They restaurant was terrible & out of

Disappointed to be charged $25 for excess dog hair. Stayed many times, w/out issues. Left the cabin clean with no unusual amount of hair. Our dog didn’t enter one bedroom, making it unbelievable to justify an extra 30 minutes of cleaning. This should have been covered by the standard pet fee.

Worked well for us. Bed was a bit “creaky” which was a bit of an issue for us. Newer sofa which was nice change from the last stay. Had takeout from in-site restaurant which was very good and reasonable. Definitely seeing the cabins are showing age and need more TLC and the outside yard was a bit messy and hadn’t been tended in a bit. Chairs and table were pretty dirty so we sat jnside.

Clean, comfortable and a friendly staff. We enjoyed the pool and the air conditioner. We felt very safe with our 2-year-old.

When we walked in the cabin it was quite hot, I understand the thermostat is stuck on a specific temperature but 75 in Arizona was hot. The bed was sloped down to one side - we sat on the bottom right and it sounded like the bed was already broken. There were ants everywhere; in the bed on our clothes, and my dogs food. Lastly the door do not lock properly, we had to lift it pretty hard to lock.

We had to wait until 3:00 exactly to check in. We were thinking they were cleaning the place. Wrong, cobwebs and bird poop everywhere. Patio light not working, they mentioned pool was heated to 85 and it was 75 at the most and one pool was down. No offer of free bikes or lower price due to lacking amenities. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was nice but cannot lower the air less than 75. Boo!

We had an amazing day! We stayed in one of the cabins that was very clean and fit our group perfectly. The staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful.I can’t believe I’m saying this, but even my two teenage children got along great and had an amazing time! That’s a miracle all of its own! We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable for the 6 of us. Easy to manage in a small cabin. My grandkids just wanted to hang out and enjoy the go karts, pool and game room.

Tried something new and stayed in a two bedroom cabin instead of our motorhome. We did have an issue with a clunky refrigerator but the GM handled it professionally and to our extreme satisfaction. Pool were great although a little chillier than we prefer. Pools were a bit cloudy too as supported by other swimmers. New restaurant was good and staff great!!! Hamburger and BLT were very tasty

the entry lock should be adjusted (really hard to open and close). Need better daytime security( we did not have our yellow tag in our car window for 2 days and parked several places in park) no one mentioned it. On Sunday I noticed a transient using the pool shower, once again no one either noticed or confronted him ( it was obvious he drove in and parked by the pool) it was clear he did not belo

Although the site is fairly well kept, We've never been to a place so unaccommodating to their guests. We reserved a specific cabin to be near our kids (who drove from New Mexico) Emailed and called to verify and thought everything was good. Upon arrival, guess what......that cabin wasn't available so we get put on the other side of the campground. This was a long walk for a senior couple.

We have stayed in nearly all of your cabins, I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. We were disappointed with the condition of Cabin 6. The cabin had a very unpleasant odor, and the bathtub was severely stained, appearing as though a grill had been cleaned in it. Furthermore, the general condition of the furniture in the cabins needs attention

This is a beautiful location that is well cared for with a lot of activities. The cabin was exactly what our family needed. The kids loved the pool, fruit trees, and other activities. We could have stayed longer.

I would never stay here again the front desk is so rude my cabin was ready so they check in and never gave me the keys at 230 because they said you can’t check in until 300.

Stayed in cabin 11 this time. Clean everything worked. Pet friendly but no pet this stay. Too pricey for the product . But the resort was packed so prices go up. Remodeled restrooms are nice Firepits are awesome. Plus my unit has an outdoor fireplace. Restaurant is ok Bar food. Should be open later for those looking to eat and drink. Karaoke and sports or live music would be nice. Back soon

Excellent deluxe camping cabin. Clean,quiet,well serviced Koa deserving of the resort designation. Within a half hour drive to many parks,museums etc. Nice to have a workout room. The property is large providing the opportunity to walk/run the perimeter safely.

Once again, the LazyDays KOA has proven that it is the best place to stay in Tucson. The cabin was spotless and well furnished. The sheets were crisp white and the blankets were warm. The shower was great and there were plenty of towels and wash cloths. I’m not exactly a fan of ROKU but after 4 nights, I finally figured it out…just in time to leave. I will stay there again when I am in Tucson.

Checked in very late 1/30/26 and the gentleman who was working was very helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay and enjoy it longer. The cabin looked great and was comfortable for all of us.

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
