It was amazing. It was a staycation for us as we live in Tucson but we had a great time. Will definitely make it a staycation spot from now on!!!

I gave you high ratings because we did indeed enjoy our stay. So we were surprised when we were told you wouldn't forward a small package that hadn't arrived by our check out day. Even more surprised and disappointed to hear that upper management has told employees to cut back on basic customer service needs. We were in 1332 from 3-5 to 4-5 and would like personal response to this rating.

Great KOA. All the staff were very friendly and the grounds were beautiful. Great location for us as we were picking up a new RV from La Mesa right around the corner. They had no issue with us leaving our bikes and some other things on our pad while we swapped RVs. Felt very safe as well.

i stayed here 3 months Jan-March. I'll be back next year. The resort is maintained very nicely, roads are easy to navigate, staff are generally friendly and hospitable. There's simply nothing negative about this place and that's not easy to achieve!

Our stay was short, passing through on our way home , but definitely would stay there again. Paulette did have some observations; maybe a hide fence for the waste connections. Seems like they face into Neighbors lounging area. Not a pretty site. Also, we noticed mane oleander bush’s separation the sites. Those are poisonous and many children observed at your location. Just a heads up. pets loved

Some staff were rude Staff did not read electrical meter correctly, finally admitted error Staff did not remove broken pool furniture promptly, could have resulted in injuries Staff did not obey posted speed in park Restaurant service was extremely slow (needed more help)

Very friendly staff. Easy entry and exit. Great amenities. The park is clean and very well kept. The restaurant was a huge plus.

We love our extended stay there. We have great friends and some wonderful caring staff. I just wish everyone knew meaning the higher ups would recognize what they have there. These people up up with a lot of difficult consumers and yet always take care of the needs. Look forward to many more trips

Great campground with the exception that they do not care nor do they do anything about vehicles speeding through the facilities! As a result watch your children and pets very closely.

This is our go to place while in Tucson. Love the neighbors and the super employees. All the facilities are fantastic. Will be back.

This is our 6th month long stay. Staff was friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the morning pastries and coffee. Great addition and Cody is so friendly! A suggestion for extended stays. Please email all the paperwork ahead of time or save the info from year to year. After long days on the road the last thing guests want when checking in is to fill out reams of paperwork.

Great campground, BUT speed limit is not adhered to; people do not pick up after their pets. Fruit trees and Olive trees not pruned or cared for and weeds all over rock areas in camp sites. Laundry rooms outdated and dirty. Exercise equipment broken and restaurant poor at best.

Beautiful campground; everything was clean and well maintained. Others have complained about noise, but we did not find this to be a problem at all, even when sitting outside. My only complaint: I received a "surprise" charge on my credit card of $154 after we checked out. This was for a metered electric fee. Our site was a full hookup, which I assumed meant electric was included in full.

We always stop here on our way across the country and the staff is usually always friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are always clean and the showers hot. I feel the restaurant is a little pricey but probably not affiliated with KOA so not their problem. The sites are clean and level. Thank you for always being there for us as we travel across America.

Great stay as always. very nice sight. close to pool and laundry. we had a quick check in. used the laundry it was reasonably priced and clean. Everything worked. Pool and hot tub were very nice and enjoyable. Definitely would stay here again.

This is one of our favorite KOA parks. Very clean, friendly staff, well kept pool,restaurant on site, wonderful dog park. This park is close to attractions and shopping. Can’t think of anything that needs improvement.

One night at a double decker site. Loved the grapefruit tree, covered eating space with TV. Pool was within a couple minute walk. Very clean location. Wished we could have stayed multiple nights. Would be a nice addition for a path through the middle to the pool so wouldn't have to walk through sites.

This campground was incredibly clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. It is a huge campground with so many things to do and they have special events throughout the day. Very pet and kid friendly. There are citrus trees all over the property so we picked fresh grapefruit for breakfast. This will definitely be a regular stop for us now.

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
