Very clean, quiet park. Very well manicured with many amenities. One comment for consideration. On the last day of our stay, I received a text message with an offer to extend my stay with 25% off the nightly rate. Had this offer been available when I booked, perhaps I would have considered it, but at the end it was too late.

Requested a center space at online reservation portal. Was given a spot next to Highway. Extremely noisy. So much so interfered with relaxation. Jacuzzi was often too crowded, folks staying hours and there was no room for us before it closed. So many folks here the facilities didn’t seem big enough. Otherwise convenient lication and great employees.

We stayed two nights with two sites in the "buddy site" It was nice to be next to our friends. The kitchen was left dirty by the last users, but it was quickly cleaned up by friendly staff member Dennis. We enjoyed using the pool, spa, showers. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant. All staff encountered were friendly, helpful, and professional. The grounds were well maintained.

Pro’s - lovely facilities with access to the bike trail. We had a nice stay and really enjoyed the fruit tress. Con’s - it’s a city of big rig RVs and not really suited to our style of travel. The bathrooms/showers can be a far from your site. The rudest checkin - I received an unsolicited lecture about locking a site for $50 extra??? I never asked for a specific site? Felt like a $$ gra

Loved the place, but was frustrated by the handling of our reservation. We received a confirmation of our reservation for our days by email, but when we arrived to check in, was told that we were scheduled for the next day instead. We then had to pay about $200 for a different site at the KOA since they had goofed up our reservation and a better site was all that was available. Very Frustrated.

We love this KOA. Beautiful facilities. Lots to see and do in Tucson. Best set up for dogs with a huge Lamp K9 where they can really run and play.

The facilities are wonderful! The administration of the paperwork was a nightmare. My friend reserved 1 night for me while I was traveling and not able to call and book it myself. Her credit card was then charged for additional nights under my name along with my credit card also being charged. We had to go to the registration office twice to sort it the double charges on both accounts. Disgrace

Favorite place to stop. One of these days will have to stay longer. Their new Mexican restaurant has yummy food and really nice people there. The staff here is always very welcoming.

There is a reason we return to Lazydays every year - it’s an awesome place to stay! Beautiful grounds, comfortable and well maintained sites, loads of amenities, restaurant/bar, events, and the fruit trees!

OK for feeling secure. But very noisy and stinky in the restroom as well as on the site from sewer smell. The reception staff was not very friendly. It’s an urban park that was useful to us at the moment, very expensive compared to the State Parks where we stay usually.

We spent three months in the winter here. There were ample activities for the kids and plenty of families to befriend during our stay. We enjoyed lots of pool and pickleball time and participated in the crafts and food socials!

Excellent KOA with level sites and FHU’s. They have bonus fruit trees that are full of lemons, grapefruits, and oranges. Very close to local hiking, restaurants, etc. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The park is very nice. Staff on the phone before coming was very nice. Once we got there staff was a little rude - unusual for a KOA. We were put in a site that backed up to the busy street. I'm a light sleeper and asked if we could change - no was the only response given. I went back the next day and asked again - nope! While we were there several sites were vacant and/or had people coming/going

This KOA has alot of amenities..pool, mini golf, spaces that have dog enclosures, even cute citrus fruits between space lots. Our back in spot was against a block wall on a very noisy street. Plus a huge electric pole towering just a few feet from us which I don't appreciate . I guess if we can pick a different RV site I would go again but it sad it's a crapshoot when you book what site you get.

We loved how friendly the staff was, the sites were spacious, our site had a citrus tree and everyone is encouraged to pick the available fruit. The restaurant on-site was delicious and so nice to have after a long day of driving. Laundry room and restrooms were very clean.

We went there for a day, just to get the trailer out. We enjoyed our time, as always. We loved the updates to the lobby. We enjoyed the pool that evening very much. Everyone was great.

Fantastic KOA. Staff is great. The most pet friendly KOA I have encountered. Multiple dog parks and many individual campsites with private pet areas.... simply amazing! We stayed in covered, shaded lot with a grapefruit tree on one side and a lemon tree on the other that provided breakfast and lemonade daily!!! We will return!!

Second time staying here. So well maintained and clean. Love the multiple dog park areas. So many activities. Next time we will have to book something farther away from the street noise that comes with the cheap spots on the west side.

Absolutely fantastic! Cabin was spacious and the outdoor area was perfect for our family. Golf, swimming and the kids really enjoyed the train ride! Will definitely stay here again when in Tucson.

Update March 2025: Stayed here again overnight on our way back home. The pull through space we were assigned had a broken concrete slab. The broken off section rocked when you stepped on it, which could be a hazardous situation for anyone not steady on their feet. I reported this to the front desk, so, hopefully, they get it fixed ASAP before someone is injured. Other than that, still love the place! We had an emergency in our RV that required immediate service. After our service was completed, we decided to stay the night at this park, which is right next to the service center we were at. This is the BEST RV park we have ever stayed at. We liked it so much that we extended our stay to several days. The staff is attentive and very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well situated. The location was close to restaurants with great food, grocery stores, and the like. The RV spaces in the section we were in were quite spacious and had citrus trees throughout. They also offer many social activities, if you're into that. Their WIFI signal was good. The only negative thing I found was when I used the laundry room, the floor needed cleaning. But the mess I encountered could have been made earlier that morning by another user before the cleaning crew made their rounds. That aside, we will definitely stay here whenever we're in the area.

Wonderful destination. Camping, pools, and restaurant are excellent. Looking forward to another stay. Follow up - next stay, still wonderful. Still recommend.
