Check in was fast and efficient, however we did NOT get the site type we reserved. We checked in about 1800. Bath house was clean with hot water and good pressure.

It was our 3rd time there. We found that MANY of your employees in the golf carts and tending to the back pond/putting area were extremely unfriendly. No eye contact, smile or a wave. I’m not talking about 1 person but MOST of them. Sad to see…. We like the park…..but there are many parks to choose from. It doesn’t take a lot to say good morning, hello, or even wave.

It was a very nice place to spend a month in warm weather. The staff was wonderful and the grounds were well maintained. The only possible issue we had was we were disappointed in the restaurant, but I understand that is run by an outside vendor. I would suggest that the laundry room and exercise room could benefit with some upgrading and minimal cosmetic sprucing up. Not huge issues.

We came for the Phoenix Nascar Race. We have family in the Tucson area. We took our 4 year old grandson. We had a marvelous time at the camp site. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a private dog pen, our space was covered, we were close to pools, laundry and restaurants. It was a lovely stay and we would definitely return.

Love this KOA, our son is/was stationed at DM AFB and we camp here in our 5th wheel to visit him, staff is always friendly and helpful, park is very clean and safe.

Really not fun at all. Amenities were limited and terrible. Would never stay here again. The pictures on website are very misleading! Also in a terrible location. Would not let my kids ride bikes without my supervision for sure. People handing laundry out side of rv like they are homeless camp.

Deluxe Cabin #2. Great stay! Beautiful and clean park and cabin. New Mexican restaurant was very good but VERY pricey. Miss the old BBQ joint. Front staff always looked miserable. Cabin could use a few tweaks - broken toilet seat, broken registers, no hooks, door requiring chair to prop open, no mixing bowls. Very clean inside, outside...not so much. Just needed a nice wipe down.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff and facilities were top notch. We had been concerned that there might be airport noise but it turned out we didn’t hear any. In fact, it was pleasantly quiet for the three nights we stayed.

We love this RV park & have stayed a couple of times on our way through. This time we stayed 10 nights! We absolutely love having 2 pickleball courts & the handy, cute book exchange! Lots to see in Tucson, so we enjoyed an extended stay!

We love Tucson/Lazydays KOA it's our number one place to go. Our grandchildren love it and we do too. We were under the Solar Panels this time which was nice. Our favorite spots are with the fire feature unless of course its summer. The staff is always nice and the campground is kept very clean. We will be back soon.

What started as a 2-day weekend KOA stay turned into 12 days with a husband in the hospital. Lazydays KOA was the perfect "motel" for me as I traveled to and from the hospital. The restaurant staff was friendly and encouraging. The reservationists at the front desk went above and beyond to help out and secure sites for me. Kudos to everyone at Lazydays KOA!!!

Very nice park, well maintained great staff, Cher ND Dennis were great. Good winter rates Wanted a sky deck site forv the months we were there but was told change of policy they can't do that for longer stays. But overall a great park

Check in was ok, person checking us in was a little short and snarky, site was average, not level, too expensive for what we got, lots of noise, hard to sleep, on the plus side it has large paved streets with easy access.

I gave you a 4 star rating, because we have stayed here 4 times. Each time you send out an email, to see if we would like to stay an extra day for a 25% discount. We have tried to take advantage of this 3 times and each time, we were told that we could not stay because someone else is coming that day. Not once have we been able to utilize your offer, kind of frustrating.

Our only issue was that the grapefruit tree in our dog pen made it harder to use. The tree, while beautiful, is too big for the space (site 1443). Otherwise everything was great. The staff is personable and hardworking and the park looks great. We liked the Mexican restuarant better than the BBQ one that was there. Well be back to stay again!

Tucson KOA was great! This place was very clean. Dog clean up stations everywhere. Nice big areas to pull your camper into. The orange blossoms made the place smell amazing. Would definitely stay here again

This is the best KOA we have ever stayed at! It is beautiful, great location, and super friendly and helpful staff. We had a loft site that was great for our family of four. We have a dog fence that went around the bottom perfectly and we LOVED the fire pit. They have orange, lemon and grapefruit trees throughout the property and that was the best fresh citrus we have ever tasted! They let you borrow pickers from the office. We ate so many oranges and grapefruits and made delicious homemade lemonade. The dog park is one of the best - grass and trees in the desert and it is huge. Our dogs had a great time playing with other dogs there. Bathrooms were clean. Pools were nice. We had fun playing pickleball. We met lots of nice people, many who stay for months at a time. We will definitely be back This is the best KOA we have ever stayed at! It is beautiful, great location, and super friendly and helpful staff. Update March 2025: Stayed here again overnight on our way back home. The pull through space we were assigned had a broken concrete slab. The broken off section rocked when you stepped on it, which could be a hazardous situation for anyone not steady on their feet. I reported this to the front desk, so, hopefully, they get it fixed ASAP before someone is injured. Other than that, still love the place! We had an emergency in our RV that required immediate service. After our service was completed, we decided to stay the night at this park, which is right next to the service center we were at. This is the BEST RV park we have ever stayed at. We liked it so much that we extended our stay to several days. The staff is attentive and very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well situated. The location was close to restaurants with great food, grocery stores, and the like. The RV spaces in the section we were in were quite spacious and had citrus trees throughout. They also offer many social activities, if you're into that. Their WIFI signal was good. The only negative thing I found was when I used the laundry room, the floor needed cleaning. But the mess I encountered could have been made earlier that morning by another user before the cleaning crew made their rounds. That aside, we will definitely stay here whenever we're in the area.
