We paid the full rate to stay at a KOA whose varied amenities were not working or not available. No wifi at our site, no snack bar, dirty equipment, no on site gas in a very remote area, no change machines in the laundry rooms, one cashier was nice and attentive while the other was almost rude, unwelcoming.

It felt like a good campground! Checkin was smooth. Amenities were good, bathrooms mostly clean. My only disappointment and one of the reasons I chose KOA, was that the pool was shutdown for maintenance on a weekend day. If it was something that could be scheduled, coose a mid week day.

Our stay was nice as always and the pool was the best we've ever seen at this campground. Our only frustration is that check-in is at 3:00, but checkout is 11:00. We realize the campsites need some cleanup, but did watch how long it takes and the time is minimal. We're sure there are times when it takes longer to clean, but an earlier check-in would be appreciated.

It was a wonderful 3 days. The other patrons were wonderful and friendly. Quietest campground I have ever stayed in. My only issue is that I think there was too much vehicle traffic - quads and side by sides utilized by many patrons.

Great family oriented campground. Lake is walking distance. Great dirt trails for ATVs nearby. Off road veh rules need to be enforced in campground. Staff very pleasant. No security patrols or lights on pathways at night. Lights in tbe park are necessary.The pool was closed for days to clean up the water.This should not have occurred. I love this place and we will be back. New management is great.

The employees are trying to manage with the purchase of this KOA. We have been coming to this KOA for 40 years and because of the aging infrastructure (septic system, water system, bathrooms and overall maintenance), it was not a pleasant experience this year. We did appreciate some of the improvements but there are many more needed! We hope that these problems will be addressed!

Our stay was terrible. Pool not open, sewage problems, electrical line cut when backhoe cut the line digging up the sewage pipes to get rocks out. We had no power the last week we were there. There was no compensation offered for all the inconvenience that we were paying for!! Electrical infrastructure needs to be replaced through the whole park. System can't accommodate 50 amp RV's very well.

Had a wonderful time with family. We enjoyed a lot of time on the beach and in the crystal clear water. The soothing sound of Rush Creek and the intoxicating smell of fresh pine made for a wonderful, relaxing and peaceful campsite. Loved walking the dogs around the campground, meeting friendly campers, excited children on bicycles, and super nice employees.

Beautiful campground in the mountains with lots of pine trees! The staff were all extra accommodating and friendly. Bath and laundry facilities clean. Best of all my dogs loved the off leash play area. Our daughter and son in law stayed in a cabin and said it was very comfortable. Great stay even in the heat�

We always have a great time on the lake, the KOA is clean. It was disappointing to be there a full week and the pool was down until the night before we left. The staff was friendly and working hard to get it running, but the kids where a bit disappointed.

Beautiful campground, I’ve seen a lot of improvements since the new owner took over. We checked in Thursday and the Health Department shut down the pool Friday. It was still closed when left the following Wednesday. That was highly disappointing for our three kids.

1st off we booked a 30 amp back in full hook up site and when we checked in we were told we’d be in a van site. Had to show confirmation and finally day 2 we were moved. The pool was closed our whole stay which we were not told at check in. The pull thru sites had 2 that were over flowed with poop from septic and never cleaned and had horrible smell. At $75/night it’s in need of serious upgrad

We usually love staying here, but on both of our trips this year the pool has been closed. The first time the water was green and the second time the chlorine levels were too high. Also - someone threw some rocks down the sewer hookup (not KOA's fault) so we were unable to use the dump at our site, and the bathroom closest to us didn't have toilet paper in the stall.

The spaces are a little tight but the KOA is beautifully tucked amongst trees and lots of nature that we barely noticed.The other guests (and some long-term summer residents) we friendly and respectful.Pool is nice! We had a great time despite most washers not working, sewer problems (part of park), employee shortage, and some issues with 30 amp power.New owner is working on it! Would stay again!

We love our annual stay at Trinity Lake KOA. There were a few hiccups this year with water and power being temporarily shut off, and the pool closed for an extended period. Although, it was a busy holiday travel weekend and things are bound to happen. The staff is always friendly and we already have our site booked for next year!

We had a great time. The whole places is starting to look nice and will be even better after all the upgrades. July is blazing hot but we enjoyed the nights outside of our trailer.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Beautiful area with lake access a short distance away. We used site 75. Space was a bit tight for our trailer due to the trees. We had mere inches on either side between the slide and the outdoor kitchen. Unfortunately there seemed to be little to no enforcement of quiet time hours. People partying and/or riding ATVs, dirt bikes etc could be heard well into 11 or 12 pm

Campground overall is very nice. Friendly staff, packed pool. RV sites are very difficult to back into. It took several campers 45 min to a hour just to back into their sites

My stay started with the site I locked in last year not being available. We then were found a spot miraculously in the pull through row - typically a great place to be. However, there ended up being a sewage backup issue. This issue was causing sewage to flow from the dump locations through the campground. Rather than get it cleaned up, we were assured the spots were not being given out to others.

Well we love this place until we check in and the sewer is over flowing into our site and no one came to remotely clean it up or fix the issue. They need more employees here to get this campground running the manager Jess was great but just not enough staff to handle the issues. I felt horrible for them having to deal with this. The owners need to invest is their employees.

We were not able to hook up to the sewer and there was sewage on the ground next to our trailer. The bathrooms close to us(#11) were not usable. Garbage was not picked up regularly as described in your services. I feel we should have been given a discount because we did not have a full hookup but it was not offered in fact we were never personally notified if these problems.

Would have given a 5 but the power was out in the full hookups sites for 24 hours (may have been longer i dont know cause we checked out on Monday) and no compensation was offered ... it would have been nice to recieve some sort of discount since we paid for a full hookups site. 104 degree weather and no ac wasn't fun but we made the best of it.

The bathrooms were filthy, the pool was dirty, the electricity to our site went off on day 2 & day 3 we lost all water & bathrooms were closed all day. The dog park was small and covered in dog poop & nobody emptied the trash container so there were poop bags on the ground around it. No rules were enforced, young kids & adults on motorcycles & atvs and lots of noise at all hours, frustrating trip

New management was very accommodating at check-in. We had trip a great trip. We went tubing on the lake, fishing and hiking. Had a campfire for s’mores. The campground is well kept and clean. There are a lot of other people riding bikes, quads, dirt bikes around the campground. The noise level wasn’t too loud this trip and the campground was quiet until about 10am and after 10pm.

Very noisy and bathrooms were a mess and unusable. Our campsite had a stump we had to drive over. Hookups were difficult to reach.

First time staying here. What a great place! Sites were clean, staff super nice and helpful. Lots of great stuff for the kids to do. Only draw back is the wi-fi is terrible, BUT ultimately that made the trip better. Will for sure be back.

We love Trinity Lake KOA. The staff is trying. We did have a couple of problems. The pool -- I called 2 weeks before check in & was assured that the pool was open. Yes it was...perfect. We get there & it is green!! 4 1/2 of the 6 days that we were there, it wasn't useable. Had we known, we would have gone elsewhere. Checkin time of 3 pm or add $50 when campground is almost empty. Sad

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the proximity to the Lake, trails, Coffee Creek Pizza and Alpen Cellars winery. Cold shower was unfortunate, but I think they addressed it. Family & dog friendly.

Very disappointing. We picked this campground for two main reasons: the pool and the WiFi. Well the pool and was unusable due to algae and the WiFi didn't work at our site, we had to walk up to the front office to get connection. For the price per night that you charge, I would expect those major amenities to be available.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rv site I stayed at was narrow, too close to neighbor without a defined border. The whole place was nice, but a little run down.

It was very clean and the grounds were kept up. Two things that make it hard to return, the WiFi and there are trees that need to be cut down so you can safely back in the trailers. The staff was wonderful, Pamela you are AWESOME! And the road up to Trinity was so nice!!

Not bad but nothing great. Pool very very green, was told lack of wrong chemical but pretty sure chemicals would not do that, running the pump less would though. Putting green cool but some carpets messed up, simple carpet glue and rolling it out would improve it. Again, simple fix, nothing crazy hard. Other then that nothing really wrong. Friendly staff.

The "entrance" signage could use improvement, as it's not clear where to enter OR where RVs/trailers should pull in so they're off of the highway. Also, the office staff wasn't helpful on how to get to our site (didn't know if we could get through a few routes, said to "back up onto the highway," which didn't seem safe). We also had trash left in our firepit on arrival. Beautiful nature, though.

We liked the area. The staff were courteous and the store was nice, The area needs work. The shower near the office didn't have hot water when my wife showered. The sewer vent was only a few feet off the ground with an elbow fitting on top (next to us). It emitted sewer gas odor. Someone put a plastic bag over it which helped.

We had two RV sites and one tent site. The tent site was very nice. The RV sites were smaller than I had hoped for, we had asked for two RV sites together and the ones we got were the ones that they offered. There were larger sites all around us not being used. We had 18 in our party. All in all it was very nice, lots for the kids to do. Pool, yard bowling ,cornhole ,miniature golf, and lots more.

It was nice. The campground was quiet and well kept. We had originally paid for a larger site but were given a smaller one that wouldn’t fit our trailer. They did correct the issue right away and gave us the correct sized site we paid for when we bought it to their attention.

This KOA was so fun! The kids loved the bounce pad and the playground and mini golf. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The OHV area was so fun. The campgrounds are beautiful and the spaces are immaculate. Very nice shower and laundry facilities. We will be staying here again and again in the years to come!

We loved our trip to Trinity Lakes Campground! We staying in 1 of the cabins and it was surprising clean and modern. This was probably best family trip ever, lots of activities for the kids and adults, and the pool was great for the hot afternoons. Add simply beautiful and you have the perfect recipe...

The new owners have made so many improvements and it's really starting to show! Very friendly staff, a lot of great amenities and it's in a beautiful location! Our kids loved to bike around the large campground and play mini golf with their new friends!
