While looking at camping gear the other day. I came across a company called BioLite. They have some interesting lighting products. AlpenGlow USB lanterns come in three different sizes. The larger ones can be used to charge gear. On their website they show a cell connected to the lantern. All the sizes have a way for them to be attached to branches or tent poles, etc. Here are tech specs for lumens and runtime:
AlpenGlow 500: 500 Lumens, dimmable, runs for 40 hours on low and 5 hours on high.
AlpenGlow 250: 250 Lumens, dimmable, runs for 200 hours on low and 5 hours on high.
AlpenGlow Mini: 150 Lumens, dimmable, runs for 40 hours on low and 5 hours on high.
