The campgrounds and the bathroom/showers were very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. When we arrived a staff member showed us to our cabin and made sure our code work for the door. It was a great weekend.

We love staying at the KOA in Buckley. The campground is clean and the flowers are wonderful that are planted all over the grounds. The cabin was clean and in good working order. We really like the keyless entry so we won't have to worry about taking the key home. Well done.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Although the office informed us that they will provide dinnerware, there was only bowls, plates and cups. There was no cutlery provided such as spoons, knives or forks. This needs to be fixed.

The facilities are immaculately maintained and the amenities are plentiful. From the first warm greeting to the last "hope you visit again" the folks all show a warmth and customer service that says "we are glad you are here". The few minor issues we encountered during the stay were handled immediately and professionally. This was our second year visiting this KOA and we will be back again soon.

Always clean, friendly, and accommodating. We have reserved cabins and trailer camping. The cabins are great! Many recent upgrades too!

Great, as always! Our grill didn’t seem to want to heat up very fast so cooking took a little longer than expected. Cabin is always cozy! Had a great time. Dog run and dog play area needs to be about 3 times bigger for dogs that want to run and fetch and play together. Love the equipment in there for the dogs though. That was great!

We have been traveling to northern Michigan for 30 years to hunt mushrooms. We have been staying at Traverse city KOA for 25 of those years. Always clean, always friendly, always a good time

My families main criticism of the cabin setup was that the sharp knives in the cabin were located in very low drawers that my curious toddler attempted to get into right away, thankful I noticed. Also, the blinds in the cabins have a cord which is a major hazard for small children to hurt themselves on. The blinds should be cordless throughout for safety of every child staying there.

The fall colors were beautiful & some of the best ones were right at the campground. The weather was pretty chilly & we actually seen our first snow flurries of the year. The little heater in the cabin was just enough to keep us warm. Enjoy your off season & thanks for everything !!!!!

Stayed in a deluxe cabin- it was clean, comfortable- really liked it. First time stay- will definitely be back! Area was beautiful- campground well kept. The campground personnel were really friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was perfect for our small family. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The grounds were kept perfectly, neighbors were friendly and respectful. We will definitely be back!

The cabin was clean and well-cared for. The individual who greeted me at the store had taken the time to turn lights on in the cabin for me, which was thoughtful.

Early checkin was flawless and easy. Rented 2 deluxe cabins for annual fall fishing trip. Amenities were very good for our needs. Staff were very kind and open to any needs we had. This KOA has everything we need and hospitality is outstanding!

We stayed in one of the Deluxe Cabins during our son's soccer tournament. It was perfect! You get the camping experience without all the hassle of setting up and taking down. My son loved all the activities especially the r/c car track!

We stayed in a studio cabin. It was perfect for the 2 of us. The camp grounds were neat and very clean with many employees helping throughout the day. We will be back!

Great campground for people of all ages. Clean bathrooms, small store. Lots of play area for kids. Nice pool area. Friendly owners and employees. Full hookups with some cement patos. Short drive to Traverse City area. Will camp here again and bring grandkids. Have nice cabins to stay in, also.
