Very friendly staff, the resort was very clean and had a lot for the kiddos! We didn’t have our grandkids with us this time, but if we did, don’t think we would have heard the words “I’m bored”! We have family in the area, so this will be our first choice campground!

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating tour late check out needs. The facility was beautiful and a great distance to all the surrounding areas.

Very nice & clean campground. Staff was friendly. Camper beside us had a huge birthday party and kids running through our campsite for 2 days. Wish parents would teach their kids campground etiquette, but they cut through our campsite too.

I’ve been to alot of KOA’s, this was defiantly on the bottom of my list. store closing at 7 Saturday, 5 Sunday is silly, I needed things both nights and had to leave. The wood was the most expensive I have experienced at KOA $21 for 3 bundles that burn in 1 night is a ridiculous. Bounce pillow not open was disappointing too, it rained morning but it was done by mid morning could have reopened

Traverse KOA was great, everyone was super friendly. We rented a cabin with no restroom, but the restrooms and showers were always clean and well maintained. I enjoyed stopping by the store/office every morning for my coffee. Great coffee!!

Great place we had a great time very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The site was nice and level but very close to others.

The campgrounds and the bathroom/showers were very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. When we arrived a staff member showed us to our cabin and made sure our code work for the door. It was a great weekend.

This was our first time at a KOA campground, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was great! Especially Pat!!!!

Appreciated all the communication from park both before stay, during stay, and after. Kids loved the jump pads. Maybe I missed it but a bike rack near the camp store would be helpful.

Everything was great until a branch broke and hit the hood of my truck. No complaints about the site and the amenities that come with it.

Although we arrived around midnight, we were still greeted by an employee who led us to our campsite. Everything was clean and orderly. Highly recommend this campground to everyone.

We love staying at the KOA in Buckley. The campground is clean and the flowers are wonderful that are planted all over the grounds. The cabin was clean and in good working order. We really like the keyless entry so we won't have to worry about taking the key home. Well done.

Nice quiet campground, the staff was very friendly, there seemed to be a lot to do and our corner site was nice and shady. The Wi-Fi was the best we had for our vacation

Most of the time very relaxing. However, too many dogs barking all over the park. Also, golf carts going way faster than the 5 MPH limit. (especially employees).

We absolutely love this campground. We were site #68 and that is a perfect spot. Hopefully in the future when we stay there again, will be able to get one of those spots right along where #68 is. Staff was very friendly, he put your garbage out, they pick it up right away. Very happy with this park.

Our first time at this KOA, and I was very pleased. The facilities were very clean and the campsites were kept very well. I will definitely be back!

Great campground to stay at. Dog park could be bigger, and mosquitoes were horrible! Definitely need to spray! We had to use bug repellent all day.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. Although the office informed us that they will provide dinnerware, there was only bowls, plates and cups. There was no cutlery provided such as spoons, knives or forks. This needs to be fixed.

The facilities are immaculately maintained and the amenities are plentiful. From the first warm greeting to the last "hope you visit again" the folks all show a warmth and customer service that says "we are glad you are here". The few minor issues we encountered during the stay were handled immediately and professionally. This was our second year visiting this KOA and we will be back again soon.

Everybody was very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and found it exceptional. The buildings were clean and the store had lots to offer. The grandkids enjoyed the holiday activities.

Great campground for people of all ages. Clean bathrooms, small store. Lots of play area for kids. Nice pool area. Friendly owners and employees. Full hookups with some cement patos. Short drive to Traverse City area. Will camp here again and bring grandkids. Have nice cabins to stay in, also.
