Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservations, here is how it works.  

FOR RV AND TENT RESERVATIONS: If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your reservations, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel the reservation within 7 days of your reservation date, we keep the deposit you paid to reserve a spot. 

Any changes to a reservation must also be made more than 7 days before your reservation date.

DELUXE (LODGE & STUDIO) RESERVATIONS: If you cancel your reservation more than one month before your reservation, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If your cancel the reservation less than one month of your reservation date, we keep the deposit.

FOR CAMPING CABIN (Rustic) RESERVATIONS: if you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your reservation date, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days of your reservations date, we keep the deposit. 

Any changes to a reservation must also be made more than 14 Days before your reservation date.

 *Special events include and are not limited to: National Cherry Festival, Iron Man, Buckley Old Engine show.

We require you to call our office to cancel any reservation you may have with us. We will not accept cancellations via email or text message.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
