Staff was nice. Pool was closed (as stated on website). WiFi wasn’t working upon arrival. Just ok. Glad it was only for one night.

The site was great. However their pool has not been open for 2 years. It was 90 degrees + so that was very disappointing.

I give this a 3 because there is only 3 people that was very kind and amazing. Kay Nancy and Terri. Those three were amazing people. 1) your website never ask about how big your tent is. It does for rvs. When we showed up. I get it most of the campsites was flooded. Laura came up and help. She had to tell me and my family that we have to get a smaller tent. That she doesn't have to upgraded.

Stayed 1 night notice the pool had little water in bottom was green no one said anything on check in about no pool. The site was nice size lots of room . park seemed very tired

Pool wasn’t open. Men’s room had one urinal and it wasn’t working, it had two toilets and three showers one of which was not working. The bathroom showers that did work sprayed outside of the shower pan and the water ran out into the aisle outside the shower to a floor drain that also didnt work, so the eater puddled in the aisle.

Very quiet and peaceful. Staff was great. Drain in men's shower was clogged and one of the toilets were out of service and no toilet paper, but overall stay was nice.

We had a wonderful stay. Large level sites with lots of trees for shade, but still enough room for our larger camper and slides. Very friendly staff. We picked this location for nostalgia and location. Did not need pool or other amenities, so if you need those, the pool was not open and the mini golf is in disrepair. Still, very nice camp and we will return again.

The location is good, the young lady working in the office at check in on the evening on June12 was exceptionally efficient and friendly. Now the bad news... the campground infrastructure and landscaping are poor. Why have a mini-golf course that has fallen apart? The "playground" is old and ugly. The bathrooms are outdated and not clean. Surprised at KOA not enforcing standards.

The first two days the bathrooms were dirty. After that they improved. The staff were not very friendly. We felt like they were following us around watching for us to break a rule. When your attitude is one of expecting bad things from people then possibly that will happen. My husband and I have managed campgrounds in the past. We understand the difficulties that can happen.

Such a quiet place to bed down for the weekend! Friendly Staff!!!! and gorgeous plants were being planted at the store during our stay. Prices in the store were very reasonable! We will be back i'm sure and hopefully the pool will be up and running by then.

The pool was broken, the mini golf course was under construction, the hiking trail was under construction, and the park for the kids was dirty. The water had a STRONG odor of sulfur to the point my family and I did not feel safe drinking it. The staff was very nice and the sites were nice and big.

My 3rd time staying here , great location just off the highway for my stop on the way to Traverse City . Easy pull through for big rigs !

We had a quick overnight stay here. It was in a great location in the woods and not too far off the interstate. Service was great. Cabins and bathroom were clean. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It is a Journey so it was pretty basic. We knew the pool was closed prior to coming. All gravel roads and sites but they were maintained. Frustrated that they put our 42’ motor home in a sloping up site. Could not level without lifting rear tires. Down sloping sites were available as were what appeared to be more level sites. Campground was quiet yet close to the interstate.

Needs a hug, updates on picnic tables and the grounds in general. Otherwise we had a good stay and the maintenance guy was very good about trash pickup etc

The campgrounds were very clean and the camp hosts were helpful, warm and inviting! We have Boston Terriers and they did too, along with two other families at the campground so it was more like a BT festival! The bathrooms were very clean too.

We were only there one night, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. The public bathrooms where not very clean, but the facility was an older campground.

Sweet, cozy and relaxing campground with mature trees. We stayed in a simple cabin for one night and were pleasantly surprised to find a space heater included, which was a big plus on our 50-degree night. Cabin was clean and cozy, and the campground was decorated all for Halloween. Not too many extra frills here, but the bathroom house was clean and well marked, and wifi was good enough. Would like some more signage around the campground to help find it at night.
