besides the frosty weather it was ok. the roads are a little tight for large motorhomes.

Friendly, professional staff. Easy in and out. Some roads in park are tight. Had LONG, level concrete space, with two sewer drops and easy access to electrical and water. Some sites are being updated. Bathrooms were clean. Many longer term SnowBirds. Overall, this is a nice RV park on Florida's SpaceCoast.

We only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay again...in May we stayed at the campground next door Seasons in the Sun. was supposed to be there for 4 nights we left the next day ..we will definitely be back at your campground.

Friendly staff. We had a nice concrete pad. Somewhat dated campground but improvements were being made. I'd go back.

The roads in the campground are very narrow. The sites are so close you can stand between campers and touch them. The WiFi doesn’t work. Someone left a dog in the play area alone and no one in site. Could not have a camp fire. Could not walk around camper. Didn’t like at all.

Nice one for a night halt. Easy access from freeway. I stayed at a concrete headed. site Lovey’s and few other gas stops. I will stay here again

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Lots of shade throughout the facility. Some roads seem tight, but many large RVs were within the campground. KOA seems to be in constant state of improvement making the experience better.

Beautiful campground right on the water and an easy drive to Key West. Amenities and staff were fantastic - we will definitely be back!

Nice place but no matter how many times we asked for a remedy the wifi did not work. When we asked again the response was well no one else complained. Stayed a week. My cell coverage was lacking, I barely had service. Very frustrating.

Campground was level. Staff was polite, courteous and helpful. Toilets and showers were clean. Laundry facilities were clean and functional. Pool facilites were clean. There were some renovations going on during the day time which was acceptable. I am all for improvements. Lanes are narrow for big rigs. Conveniently close to highway 95 with consequence of being noisy some times.

The Campground is undergoing some updates that will improve it immensely. Our site was one of the updated pull through. It had a nice concrete pad that made leveling easy. The only complaint I have is the charcoal grill on the site was unusable. The bottom was all rusted out.

First trip here with the grand kids. They enjoyed the playground, campsites were clean, Jay escorted us to our site in the dark and helped line up the rv properly.

Very well located Services were fine Site being renovated to put it up to par with some of the other Koas i.e. concrete leveled pad with parking for large VR and towed The dog park is old and the dog gets dirty quickly. A dog cleanig area located in a separate fenced in area is welcome Fairly quiet for the location

Easy on and off HWY on trip to the Keys. Staff were very pleasant and very efficient. My site was clean and spacious. Only did an overnight so can’t speak on the amenities but they looked very inviting.

Great location. The park is under new ownership, and there is a lot of construction for the better. We had #29 with concrete slab, full hookups. Bathrooms were clean, dog park needs work.There is a gas station, Hardee’s McDonald’s and the highway close by. Make sure to visit the Police Museum, White Sands, Buddhist temple, veterans Park, and spacewalk park. Visit Shilos great food! I recommend

Bathrooms need updating - first ever KOA that we had to rent a fire pit for $10!!! Did not rent one and was unhappy about the whole rental deal!

Under construction & noisy because of that. Our site was on grass and water collected on low flat sites near us and mosquitoes were an issue. They had some nice concrete paved sites but were not on one of those and we stayed for the week. May be much better in future after construction & upgrade is completed.

stay was ok. Been rving since 1985 and have never seen such a stupid site layout. Park having staff install new site pads instead of cleaning up the hurricane mess. Interior roads are terrible and way too narrow for todays rigs. Will never stay there again. BTW last year stayed in 9 KOAS during a 7500 mile trip and they were all nice as was the one we seasionaled in for 6 years

Everything was Perfect from Reservations to Departure. The Staff was Friendly, helpful, polite, and very informative. This was our 1st trip in our newly purchased RV and we could not have been more pleased with our experience. We will definitely be back!

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
