Park and facilities are old and the roads and sites very tight. The pool is not heated and needed to be cleaned.

After booking this stay online, we arrived only to find that there was an additional cost of $10 a day (plus tax). We were informed upon arrival that our tow dolly must be detached and kept in a separate area, for a fee of $10 a day + tax. What a money grabber! This should have been told up front. Multiple other campers had their RV, vehicle and multiple motorcycles at a site. Never again

I was very disappointed that the pool was not heated. It shows heated on the KOA directory, so I assumed that the pool would be heated. This KOA definitely needs to be remodeled as it appears very old and is in need of a much needed face lift. Staff is very friendly .

It was OK but by the picture on the type of site I picked I thought it had a cement pad. The old sites need to be updated and cleaned up for the price we paid. Very small sites and the layout is weird. Can see the neighbors behind you because they are offset.

Staff was very friendly and the campgrounds and bathhouse were very clean. We had a problem with our hookup to the electricity and they were very prompt about helping us. We stayed here in the past and would definitely stay in the future.

Our first 6 nights were great on a concrete pad. The campground itself is undergoing a lot of construction.They were helpful & courteous & worked out an additional night for us unfortunately moved. New site was sand & not compacted, we have a 44 ft toy hauler 3-axle and F450 we sunk. We asked office for help to move sites and they did not come. Other campers helped us get out.

Sites were so close and cluttered with vehicles we needed people to move their stuff to back into the site. We WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE.

We stayed for a week. Water, electric, sewer, showers as advertised. Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired. Early mornings it seemed to work, around 10:00 am, it was slow and may lock up or kick us off. Evenings, it was not usable.

Staff were very unprofessional gave appearance of being under the influence. There was only hot water in showers no cold to cool the shower..no where to hang clothes while showering, dog par was a mud pit NO grass what so ever..extremely tight..this was our third stay there but it will be our last

Overall a good stay. The staff was very helpful. The site was concrete and flat. The bathhouse was a bit rough and could use some love. We do plan to stay there again next year.

Nice and quiet and was really enjoyable. Only negative is bathrooms toilets are loose on floor and closed for cleaning not at the same time every day.

We were parked on gravel and it was very dusty. The restrooms were clean but old, a coat of bright white paint is needed.. I can see they are making improvements so it will be great someday.

We were very pleased with all facilities offered EXCEPT: 1. The wifi was very spotty 2. You need a collection container for aluminum cans!!!

Staff was friendly, work going on to upgrade the campground, nice sites, some concrete pads, some gravel and some grass. It is an older campground so the layout is tight but doable.

Super easy to get to right off the highway. Friendly people and staff. Guy on staff who will wash your coach and toad for a nominal fee. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed approx. 3 weeks. We had a newly paved concrete pad and patio and new picnic table. We were very happy with the camp site for our motorhome. The best part is the location to the Kennedy Space Center, great parks, and wildlife and birding opportunities. There is room for improvement with working washers in the laundry and the dog park dirt floor. They are investing in improvements.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially our escort, wh helped us navigate into our site. BUT, this KOA is in serious need of upgrading the entire site layout. It is a Journey, yet only 3 pull thrus. YOU NEED PULL THRU SITES!!! Roads are narrow, lots of trees to avoid. Buddy sites belong in Holidays, NOT Journeys!!! Our grill was 4’ from our neighbor. Would never stay here again.

They were there in our time of need. The overnight stay allowed us to make needed repairs. Friendly park and other campers even offered to help. Very clean and nice large pads for trailers. Thanks.

We can tell that the owner is making strives to improve the campground but the pull through sites are tight and difficult to get centered in. I had to personally trim a palm tree that scrape my vehicle moving in. It would be much easier to back into these sights. Dog area had no grass and poop was left in park for our whole visit. Large laundry area but numerous machines out of order.

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
