This is the worst KOA we have ever experienced. Although the staff was very nice, the facilities are run down. The bathouse that was locked after dark, but accessible with a code did not work. At 5am the access was disabled, but we could hear voices inside, so not sure what was going on there. The bathouse when we could get in was filthy, toilets unflushed, showers out of order and no hand soap.

Little disappointed. Roads are narrow and campground under construction. Our site was difficult to get out of. Expected deluxe site to be like other KOA's we have been to, with nice furniture etc.

Lots of new concrete sites, however they stuck us in gravel next to the only bathroom/showers. Several sketchy/ drunk people hung around our site. So much so that I took all grill equipment inside. Sheriff's dept driving around all hrs. Loud music at 9-10 pm. Water pressure sucked bad. Electric transformer 6' from our door. 7 out 10 dryers out of service. Maintenance guy was awesome!

Your campground is nice, but beds work. Was happy to see The construction, even though it made everything a mess. Maybe finish one section before putting campers in it. The bathroom/shower are dated but adequate.

This is the first KOA that was below standards and we have stayed at many. We checked into our Deluxe Cabin and the toilet was broken. The office put us into another DC and the shower handle was broken, the deadbolt was inserted upside down and an overall appearance of unclean. We chose not to stay and didn't get a refund (over $500). I don't recommend this KOA to anyone.

Upon arrival Jeff made sure we were completely satisfied with our spot. He then went above and beyond and made some trimmings of a bush. That was very respectful not only for us but for our expensive coach so that it would not scratch the coating. Thank you Jeff! I wish all campgrounds had a Jeff!! The turns were tight, but we had a 30 ft with a toad. Bigger units struggled. Overall 5 star

The campground is dirty. The spot we were given was right next to the bathrooms and campers kitchen. It was very noisy from various vehicles. Our “yard” had a large emergency generator right in front of our camper. The employees were very nice. Other KOA Campsites we have been to are much nicer. We won’t be going back there.

Delux cabin: sliding door would not work. Curtains did not cover the windows. Blind on door window was missing many slates, bottom 12” was not covered. No matches to light the gas cook stove. The cushions on the futon were so thin it was practically impossible to sleep on it. Only a partial tool of toilet tissue with no spare one.

Absolutely beautiful campground - huge mossy trees, squirrels, lots of big and flat concrete spots for our 40 foot Class A towing. Just far enough off Hiway 95 to be quiet but still very convenient easy on and off. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Did some outdoor grilling on the charcoal grill at our spot. All the KOA staff there are so friendly and helpful. We will stay again! Highly recommend!

Nice park, currently under construction, so it's a little hard to get around but the lots are nice and plenty of space for our 40 foot 5th wheel

The ground conditions at our site was terrible .Also the internet connection was very poor. In general the condition of park was poor needed updating every where. Bath room conditions were clean but were in need of a major update. In general I have no plans to return .

The ladies at the office were very friendly, the pool is very nice and clean, nice laundry and small camp store. However, it was extremely noisy at tent sites right next to the state road so it was very hard to sleep. And old shelter in the middle was unusable and full of junk. Over-all it seems run down and between the bathroom/ laundry seem to be storage for more junk. Not recommended as is.

We had a fantastic stay in a cabin with bathroom! It was clean and comfortable with a kitchenette. Our doggie included, the staff was welcoming and helpful to us. The entire park is well maintained. It was our first KOA experience and visit to the Space Center. Great time! We will be back! :)

The sites are so crammed in together the people in the next camper were literally sitting outside our window. We don’t appreciate smoking, so being that close was bothersome. Nothing to do there, literally just a place to park the camper. We stayed inside with door and window shades closed. Check-in lady was pleasant and overall kept clean. But wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

It was a place to just getaway and see some awesome rocket launches. Peaceful and restful. Definitely would stay again.

I don't give bad reviews however this is an exception I had trouble making this review. The campground is in disrepair, no change machine in the laundry area & the office was closed during what should have been regular operation hours. Cable didn't work, and I checked every setting on my end. The bathrooms were clean and pool appeared to be.

We stayed 1 night while passing thru to Melbourne, FL. The staff was nice, polite and helpful. The camp ground was a mess due to construction of new sites. There were also several travel trailers that appeared to be set up for full-time living. Our stay was fine for 1 night but I don't think I'd plan a multi night stay at this location. For $80 a night I would expect better facilities.

Not to the standards of KOA. Booked in for 2 nights camping. Set up our 2 small tents on the site booked. Had no problems. The next day we were approached by staff saying "someone complained" that we had 2 small tents. Told we had to pay 2x. Thats not mentioned on website or regulations. Wa wanted a refund for the next night. Gor refused. Called the manager and told the same thing. Left bad revie

Stayed in deluxe cabin. Definitely could benefit from some maintenance. Many light bulbs were out, front door blind broke w/missing slates, bedroom door broke would not slide, toilet constantly ran, no screens in windows to open when it was cool, burners on grill need to be cleaned heat did not spread evenly, and the campgrounds wifi needs to be upgraded --- could NOT connect the entire stay.

When we arrived at our destination, the site wasn't a tent site, just a site. According to this specific location, they do not comply with the policies of the KOA, which states that if you are displeased with the site in the first hour you are entitled to a refund. We vocalized our problem and they refused to refund our money. We will never stay here due to this unforunate practice.

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
