Really enjoy our stay in the deluxe cabin. I loved everything about it. It was so cute and cozy but next time I will stay longer to really get the feel of being there Thank you and I’m sure you will see me again

I feel it’s a little overpriced for an over night stop. Internet couldn’t stream Video. But it served its purpose.

Dog park very small and dirt no grass. They say they sell firewood but no fire pit. No concrete or paver patio just dirt and very little grass. Very noisy with roadway traffic. People were nice but site was no good EF33. Friend rented cabin no heat in cabin. Store was not stocked well. Will probably not stay here again.

Check in and hook up was just fine. Having stayed at many a KOA, this one was a bit unpolished and more rustic. The Main office could use a lot of refreshing. It was not very inviting, was very disheveled and stunk of mold or muskiness. The walls seemed to be falling down around the office. We only stayed overnight but it is a very nice park. Easy in and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this park to any of our RVing friends.

This was our first stay at KOA. It was peaceful and quiet. Very easy check-in. Clean sites. Friendly staff. Very helpful. It was a little crowded but overall good. We would go again.

The campground was clean and quiet. The standard sites are not level and very sandy. Not a deal breaker, just a fact. The location is why we stayed here. It is very proximate to Kennedy Space Center.

Staff at the front desk complained the entire time I was in the office to check-in. We arrived a little early, reservation said we could check in at 12:00 but she insisted it would be 1:00

The cabin was clean, but I was disappointed in the main bathrooms/showers. Very outdated causing much of it to be unappealing and dirty compared to other KOA’s I’ve stayed at.

I would like say the restrooms were very clean and even smelled clean. The campers were a little crowded together but it is a small campground. Some of the foliage could use a trim around the camping sites.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good location for the area, however found it difficult to fall asleep at night and stay asleep in the morning due to traffic noise from the highway (there is no buffer from noise with a tent. Folks with RVs may not have this problem). Found the cleaning schedule of the bathrooms inconvenient. Nice laundry room but the dryers are a bit expensive.

I've only stayed at two KOAs, the Orlando/Kissimmee KOA and the Titusville KOA. I found the Kissimmee KOA to be much cleaner in terms of the facilities. Also, on multiple days the Titusville KOA had cleaning staff cleaning the bathrooms and showers at what I would consider to be peak usage times in the mornings around 10am and it made the bathrooms and showers inaccessible for up to an hour.

Check in representative was not very accommodating when we checked in together. We asked if we could have sites next to each other and without even checking into she responded no, not today. I understand this time of year is busy however 3 sites were open next to family the entire time we were there. We made these reservations at the same time Sept 22 & still couldn't even close sites close

Everything was super great, except for the quality of the large bed which was poor. The bunk beds were much more comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful.

The location is perfect for visiting the Space Center. The property is a little dated but the cemented spots are perfect and the hook ups are great and easy to access. The grounds keepers are wonderful as well!!

Was not expecting a grass non-marked spot. Although it was level very sandy to the side of RVRV caused by area rugs that kill the grass. It was quiet but, a little overhaul on landscaping, restroom bldg and especially the snowbirds with the eyesore of the stuff set up around the RVs. Goodthing we just spent the night and were gone all day. I did see some improvements in progress to some sites.

Not as advertised. Site was all uneven sand. Concrete pad that was described did not exist. We were surrounded by undisclosed construction. Roads and paths are unkept. Garbage is not collected here like all other koas I've been too. Almost everyone I met are resident long terms and not fellow campers. I didn't feel like I was at a koa. More like a trailer park.

Very nice campground. We had a great pull thru with a concrete pad and patio. Owners are working to upgrade existing older sites with new water, sewer, electric and new pads. Laundry are was good. Overall a very nice experience. Will be returning to this KOA in the future. Close to the Cape and National Seashore.

Nice spot to stay. Patios were near neighbor's sewer hoses. Please consider adding short fences to hide hoses. Yuk.

Tara, the counter person, was not helpful. We wanted a sunnier site, but they were all taken, she said. There were MANY available, she just didn't want to have to find one. All staff smoke, all of the time. Very run down and depressing campsite.

There are a few things that make this a good park. 1) Trees for shade, 2) Location, 3) new concrete pads for part of the park. Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good. They nickle and dime on other fees (package delivery, dolly storage, etc.). 75% of the park is longer term/seasonal and pretty messy. A lot of the campground has never been updated, no repairs (our power box lid was on ground

Nice concrete pads. Did not appreciate that upon checking in, we found out that our car dolly had to go to storage at $10 per day. There was plenty of room at our site for it.

My ups pkg received by the office had been opened and taped back closed w scotch tape!! To me that is unprofessional and intrusive… WTH

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
