Out of all KOA sites we stayed - this was really bad. We stayed in Cabin, but it really needs maintenance - light bulbs missing, the air conditioning ducts were rusted and dirty, fridge was very old, TV did not work (cable) etc. For us it was disappointing. Staff was good and very friendly, but the cabin really needed a good upkeep to be in present. It was not worth the money spent unfortunately!!

We are not satisfied staying in yor campground because your website is saying that you provide wifi which was not good, that you have shuttle that could take us to Kennedy SpCe Center .When we ask receptionist Bout that shuttle she said that you do not have shuttle and she gave us the phone for the private taxi

Great location close to the beach. Lots of old oak trees providing tons of shade. We love this KOA.

Had a great stay. Super friendly staff, quiet and convenient location Shout out to Tara who answered the phone shortly after they closed and was still able to move us to another site which better suited us due to lighting. Thank you!

We enjoyed our first stay. The pool was clean, our campsite was good size and the overall park is kept neat and clean. We will stay again in the future.

The place looks awesome from the last time i was there. Keep up the great work. The lady in the office is awesome. I am glad you guys kept her around. I can't wait to see what the site looks like next time. Please get the pool heater going so it's not cold.

We had a great experience! Getting it in was a little tight I don't like how each lot is less than 2 feet from the next one. But we would stay there again. Oh and wished they had later pool hours

The site was nice. We did have issues with power twice due to the breaker being at a different site and getting turned off. This was after hours and there was no one to contact but luckily we and others around us figured it our. Unfortunately due to how the sites are positioned we were constantly inundated with cigarette smoke which was not pleasant and I am highly allergic to.

Our experience was 50/50. The rest rooms were clean enough, i know they are still working on the camp. Negatives were, our BBQ was over run by weeds and we had to cut it down around it to even use it, and the general unkept feel of the bushes in general. Positives, staff we interacted with were very pleasant and happy to help.

Cabin was poorly maintained. Holes and cracks were repaired with duct tape. Logs were rotting on the corners. Toilet in the women’s restroom was constantly running. Cabin had only one small candelabra lightbulb that worked. The maintenance man only replaced one of the two that didn’t work

We stayed 6 days visiting relatives in Cocoa Beach, the park was clean, quite easy to access, staf was friendly and helpful, pool was nice, we had our rig washed and waxed by a staff member who did a stellar job at reasonable price

Campground was very nice. Very nice level concrete pads. All hookups were very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway. Table and.futon were hard as a rock but nothing a pillow.couldnt fix. Location was great and overall we.enjoyed our stay.

It was nice but our site had a light pole that shined directly into our Rv all night long. It was very distracting.

All and all the stay was great! I really enjoyed everything that had to offer while the weather was decent, although, the weather took a turn pretty bad on Monday night so I ended up leaving late Monday night instead of staying the whole night. I still really appreciated all of their help, their friendliness and everything in general.

Campground has little maintenance done to it. One area they had dug a trench to repair a pipe and we were there 8 days and they never worked on it. Another covered area taped off no work done on it. Lots of squirrels and ants.

Nice campground. Very close to Kennedy Space Center. If you could improve the WiFi, that would be fantastic.

Last minute request was handled quickly and efficiently. Only stayed for 1 night but everything was great. No issues, loved our site.

We stayed in cabin 2. The bathroom floor is caving in with a soft spot right in front of the toilet. There is mold along the molding of the shower. We found moldy plastic cooking utensils in the drawers. The thermostat on the fridge was broken. The tables varnish has been rubbed off so the table is perpetually tacky. The sealant on the wood flooring has worn off and looks and feels dirty.

Quiet campground is under refurbishment so you can see the potential of what it's going to be someday. They're putting in nice concrete pads with full hookups. There's a very nice pool and updated playground along with a new, fenced area for dogs. It's a convenient spot to stay if you're visiting Kennedy Space Center or the American Police Memorial and Museum. Nearby beaches are gorgeous.

They rent out a cabin knowledgeable of the soft spot on the floor. And I contacted the manager have yet to hear anything back. I believe the own called and told him and I don't feel that the matter was serious. Koa should be ashamed to allow them to rent anything out in these conditions and expect people to pay full price.

Fair amount of older construction looks like repairing sewer lines I was on one of older sites no fire pit no grass lots of gravel. New sites have a lot of concrete with fewer trees to provide shade. Pool was nice Kids playground was nice

We enjoyed it for a camp ground. I was testing out a little roughing it with my wife and son. My son had a ball the whole time. The bathrooms definitely did not make the acceptable cut, they are far from clean and used baby diapers were left all over the ladies room. The men's handicapped toilet had excrement smeared on the wall, this is not acceptable for a family location.

Stayed 1 night. About 30 minutes to the space center. Lots of reprovisioning options. Sites were nice, clean, and spacious. Unfortunately no opportunity to use the laundry or pool as it was a short stay, but we’d happily stay here again.

I visited Florida for a long weekend stay while I visited the Valiant Warbird Museum ..... and to get some rest. Both were accomplished. Nice little cabin that served my needs well. I had a comfortable stay and all the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again !

Staff is nice. Bathrooms were clean. Property could use a bit of upgrades. Squirrels are confrontational and annoying. Not KOAs fault.

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
