Sites were unkempt, “grass”, more like weeds, not cut since a long time and pieces of trash all over my site. Also a long list of don’t do this or that, we will Fine you etc… very unwelcoming. Sounds like your campers are more of a trouble for you than a paying customer . But the employees I was in contact with were very nice A-1.

Felt sketchy. We didn’t even spend the night. Too many full time people seemed to be living there. Bathrooms weren’t great. Didn’t like it at all.

The only issue is that the website for our Lot states it has both 30/50 Amp hook ups. Well it has only 2 50 amp plugins! They wanted to charge me $29.95 for a 30 to 50 connector, and I was not gonna pay for something that I was only going to use once. But I have to say they were very accommodating by letting us use one during our stay. By the way, the lot next to us had the same issue.

We did two stays in March 2024. This is a quality campground for anyone wanting to spend time around Cape Canaveral. Sites are a little close and roads are narrow so bigger rigs may be challenging.

Parking is tight but the fella that showed me to my sight and helped be back in is top notch! He knows exactly what needs to be done. Every park needs one of him! Park itself is very nicely kept and everything worked perfect.

The campground is currently making improvements to their sites. We were on a new concrete pad, with convenient utility connections, and a new picnic table. There appeared to be a lot of long-term campers, and older RVs on-site. Some of the on-site structures/buildings need upgrades. Wi-Fi service was somewhat intermittent. Water and sewer service was very adequate. Customer Service was Great

Bathrooms dirty and in a state of disrepair. Definitely will not be back to this campground.

General lack of maintenance, wiring nonfunctional like cable laying on ground not replacing hooks in shower areas not painting where items removed from walls, litter on sites. Like no one cares including the campers many appear to be permanent residents. Ok for a stopover but not a destination.

Here are the positives for this location and we only camp at KOAs, all the staff was friendly and their full hook ups have concrete pads. The reasons we won’t be back, roads were horrible/narrow roads, camp K9 broken locks, no trash pick up, junky sites for long term campers, and hatching toosock caterpillars. If you touch, everyone reacts. They did not spray for these. We were very Disappointed

2 night stay, great pull thru site. We were escorted to our site and given the warning about not eating the grasshopper... I don't know why �Ϝ

We stayed for 2 nights in a cabin during part of our vacation. The cabin was nice, clean and cozy. We had things to do so we weren’t in the campground all that much. It would just have been nice if the pool was open later than 8pm. We’d stay here again.

Buildings need some work. Lots of spaces have concrete pads but not all. OK for an overnight stop.

This would have been a 5 star review if not for their poor management practices! There had been a mixup somewhere and our reservation was for two sites. The lady at the front desk was very nice and said she’d call her manager about getting us a refund for that second site. We had a great time at there. It was close to drive to KSC or to view the launches in town. Well kept park and everyone was very helpful and nice.

Our cabin was great I didn’t like the trees. They made a big mess everywhere. The traffic a little noisy. The staff was nice and friendly. The pool was nice

Shouldn’t take reservations for 45’ MH! Had to move a car just to get into our spot. Roads are too narrow and tree lined to maneuver through.

We booked a spot with another couple . I told the person I booked with that we wanted to be next to each other I was told no problem. I booked sites # 145 and 143. When we got there Iwas told I could not have Site# 145 even though no one was in it .I was told they just gave me that site to garuntee I just had a site when I got there. Were put in another spot.But we won"t be back.It was not good.

Place is under construction.Laundry room closed, clubhouse closed. Zero internet. Bathroom shower pans cracked and rusted. Clean enough I guess. Rustic cabin beds covered with ancient non fitting plastic. Maybe just mine, #9. Office to make a cup of Keurig was closed (for $1.50) until 10:30 am. Only one of many KOA I’ve stayed to charge a 125 dollar hold. Was credited promptly though.

The staff was friendly and a great family campground. We stayed in cabin 1 and noticed the first night the AC was not working. The maintenance man came in looked at the AC and said they were going to get a new thermostat but never returned with the replacement. Thankfully with the windows open, the windy weather and the fans going it was bearable.

Manager was fabulous when we had a noisy neighbor situation at 5:30am. The park could use some updates and more personnel to keep up with the shedding trees.

Staff was extremely friendly! Under new management and the cleanliness and overall status has improved dramatically. Sites were good size, clean, and amenities were in good condition. I expect to stay again when I return to this area.

Nice heated pool but could use cleaning on the bottom of pool, restrooms clean, great laundry but not 24/7, not gated, 30 min to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. 5 min to Publix. Why isn’t Clubhouse available to guests? Paved poorly throughout. Lacks needed maintenance and TLC. I was charged $5 to retrieve USPS small package. I’ve never been charged to receive mail or packages.

Very tight loud music from the people who stay all year long, staff members are very nice. My suggestion ask them to put you somewhere where people aren’t living there

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
