Nice friendly spot…..everything was great and especially liked/appreciated the convenience of being able to refill our motor home propane. Very impressed with the cleanliness!

Families that came in behind us had lots of fun all evening, but when 11pm rolled around, the campfire chatted and kids playing continued until midnight. All close behind our trailer/bedroom. Next morning a lady entered the bath house ahead of me with dog in tow right past the sign saying "No Dogs." Figure out how to enforce rules. Those who feel entitled don't understand compliance.

Thunder Bay KOA is a great campground to stay while in the area! There are many activities for all ages of children. A special effort is made to provide activities for the entertainment of kids. This campground is very easy to reach from the main highway. The grounds and the bathrooms are kept very clean, along with the other buildings the campers use.

Too many dirt roads everytime a golf cart or car went by dirt went every where. Also got windy and dirt went flying everywhere. Constantly had dirt in my eyes. My truck and trailer are covered in dirt. If roads are graveled or paved would have given place 5 stars. People were really nice in office�

Most sites were not clean. I realized that it's the beginning of the camping season but sites should be clean before it opened. There was an old rusty KOA half ton truck with a large trailer that was parked that had looked like it had been sitting there all winter. Two of the tires were flat. There was also an old compressor with flat tires parked by the rest rooms. You can do better.

Our first stay at a KOA with our new trailer. The bar is now set very high and we very much enjoyed the KOA experience. We will definitely stay here (KOA Thunder Bay) again and recommend it to our new camping friends. It is worth the little bit extra for sure.

My husband and I visited mid October. We have never been to a KOA before this but our expectations for a private campsite was exceeded. There weren't many tent campers around which made it private for us. Their washroom facilities were SUPER CLEAN which is amazing for camping. They also had a camp kitchen which was nearby and that made it so easy for cleaning up after dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
