The staff are so friendly and helpful. I wasn’t aware a person could get their propane tanks refilled (as long as they are newer tanks), so very convenient, especially when travelling in cooler temps and the furnace is running more and you don’t have to worry about looking for a place to refill/exchange. The showers/bathrooms/laundry room were all very clean.

We stayed for medical reasons (family member had surgery) and as we didn’t know the length of our stay, the Kyler’s were very accommodating in letting us extend our stay as needed. All the staff is so friendly, washrooms are impeccably clean, the dog facilities were much appreciated and we were very grateful they were still open. 10 star rating!

My husband and I were in Toronto for the season due to Lung Transplant. We love our KOA family and left our trailer on site. Mike and Kristie checked our trailer and ensured all was good. Their amazing friendship and ultimate kindness will always reach deep into our hearts. Thank you. KOA Thunder Bay family is the best. We miss you all.

Great stay I was there for 14 nights. It would have been nice to have a multi night discount Campground is amazing though, tons to do. Can’t wait to bring my kids next year

We’ve been seasonal campers for over 10 years. Mike and Kristi and the rest of the staff do their absolute best to keep everyone happy and work tirelessly to keep the campground up to date and spotless. There are so many amenities that it’s impossible to say a person is bored. We’ve had lots of good times and made great friends there.

I was traveling alone and the wonderful lady at the front desk gave me a private spot surrounded by trees. I extended my stay because of the kindness of the owners and the beautiful spot! It was a full service site which is so convenient along with a fire pit. Thank you!

We stopped for 2 nights and enjoyed our time. Great staff and facilities. Pool was closed for the season but that was not a surprise in late September. Pricing was a little high for our liking but not terribly out of line.

My husband and I visited mid October. We have never been to a KOA before this but our expectations for a private campsite was exceeded. There weren't many tent campers around which made it private for us. Their washroom facilities were SUPER CLEAN which is amazing for camping. They also had a camp kitchen which was nearby and that made it so easy for cleaning up after dinner. I would definitely stay here again.
