Absolutely adore this campground. So accommodating. It’s gorgeous and they have personal paw pens at some sites which is amazing. Our huskies didn’t have to be tethered up they could play all day while we relaxed.

Cabin was clean and surprisingly had coffee, utensils, shampoos, and all linens! Also had family at campsite with fenced area for their dog, which was spacious and she loved it. Nice amenities from swimming pools, ponds, fishing, playground, community center, and lots of things to do. Thankyou!

I was happy to see the ballfield restroom finally opened again. I was disappointed with everything associated with the swim lake. The ability to fish in the large lake was impossible. A seasonal camper made one of our evenings rough as we had to help a late arrival turn around in impossible conditions due to where seasonal parked (P13). DO NOT ENTER signage should be installed at that road.

It is not what it used to be, many of the activities for the kids are gone. The paddle activities at the pond are gone. The cleaning crews are not as available, we had numerous golf cart problems and the landscaping is gone. Non of this will keep us from coming yearly we still love it there. Its just not what it was a few years ago. We love the location and the things that are available right now.

The pads in our area were not graded at all. By the time my RV was “level” 3 tires were completely off the ground while the 4th jack wasn’t used at all. At we were far from level. Worse was that the electrical box was at least 30 feet from the pad and the hose bib was even further away. Oh, yeah, and their Wifi was terrible.

Stayed here on 2 separate occasions - going & returning from a Rally. Definitely appears to be a CG for kids! Our site (stayed in the same one twice) was nice, but far from level. Far too many fast moving golf carts/vehicles. Too much dust from the carts & vehicles.

We were there 4 days with our 2 grandsons. They really enjoyed their stay. So many things to do. It was quiet but yet lots of activities. Great open space & well laid out. One of the better KOA's

Out of any problems we had the worst was getting ready for my granddaughters wedding and with wet hair, the power goes out and told By Electrician not park that our power should be on in about an hour. So 2 hours later after not hearing anything from the park I took all my stuff to a bath house in a separate part of the park to finish my hair. No apologies from the park at all. Way overpriced

This is our second time staying at this location. Staff is nothing but friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are clean pool is clear and so far had good luck with neighbors being awesome as well! Love all the play areas for kids - my kids go play for the entire day and make all sorts of friends along the way. Thank you for all you do!

We have been there in the past loved camping there this time it was a bad experience for us the lot that we were at was not even a lot to shove in a little hole oh and pretty putting the levels up on our campers was almost impossible it's almost impossible to make it be level since there is so many holes and unlevel spots lot was very small for the price we paid for past lots

We really enjoy our trips to KOA!! Our only issue is the electrical situation. We were out of power for quite a few hours on Saturday due to electrical issues. The sites need the electrical upgraded to handle the load of all the large trailers. My husband is an experienced electrician of over 20 years and can see they need to upgrade the panels. I hope this will be taken seriously.

We stayed in the tent camping area and were there the week and it was amazing. The amentities were great and our kids loved using their imagination on the inflatables and the western salon area!. We camped with 3 families and the place felt big enough for us to not feel cramped. We would suggest adding another small bathroom near the back playground by the tent sites.. it would be helpful.

It’s a very nice park, very well maintained! The staff was very friendly! We also really loved the self-serve dog wash, wish all campgrounds had this!!

Campground was great, only issues are the dirt roads cause an extreme amount of dust inside and outside rvs and a little disappointed there were no boat rentals and the pool was not heated as advertised.

We reallyenjoyed the deluxe cabin especially the convenious of the full size bathroom. I really liked the swimming pool and the lake with the slide. We only stayed for 3 days (actually 2) because we drove all the way from Cincinnati. Went to the beach at Headlands Park. It was impressive. Couldnt find how to get to the Light houses though. Geneva-on-the-Lake is just a big tourist trap like Put in

Very small site. Seemed like it was just made with a bull dozer. Uneven, Loid neighbors. Patying until 1 AM. More of a resort than a campgroud. Too mbusy with golf carts. Would have been better off putting me in a field with a generator. If I was 13 years old it would have been great. Not for the overnight traveler. Also the most expensive KOA of the 3 on this trip. Not for us.

We’ve stayed at probably 7 different KOA properties. This is by far the nicest we’ve been to. Great amenities and activities. Affordable priced. Staff was welcoming. We were very happy with our brief stay, and will return if ever passing through the area again.

This KOA far exceeded our expectations. The cabin was VERY clean. They had everything we needed right on site. I wish there were some bigger life vests (my daughter is 80+lbs). The shower pressure was amazing! Making the shower amazing! The pool said heated, but felt quite cool, but was very clean! If we are in the area, we will for sure be back!!! There was nothing that disappointed us here!

Kids love it here. A shade screen over play area would be nice full sun all day! Store up front could use some work. Pool and swim lake are awesome

Friendly staff and doing a great job fixing the place up. Still too many permanent and long-term rentals. Roads and sites definitely need grading.

Just traveling through and stopped for one night. Excellent, very clean bathroom & shower facilities. Would definitely stay here again. For families desiring a destination camping experience, there are lots of activities available for kids.

Had mice in our cabin, made employees aware and issue was not resolved. Ended up having to pack everything up and leave at 10:00pm with my two young children. Left a message and a text message with them and have yet to get a call back. In addition to that, the swimming lake was not safe at all. This was our 3rd summer coming there and had hoped to continue. Unfortunately we probably wont.

This is our third time staying here and our kids absolutely love it and look forward to it. My ONLY complaint is that there was no one monitoring the lake swimming area this time and the kids were a little out of control. Additionally there was a large hole/tear in the giant jump pillow in the middle of the lake. Our cabin was spotless and comfortable and the rest of the grounds were great.

This is a big KIA that is spread out. All the kids in the campground were swimming in the lake with the wibits. Plenty of family style restrooms. Clean and well cared for. Security gates were somewhat of a pain. Prices were reasonable.

To be clear, this is a KOA, not a hotel. When I rate the rooms here, I refer to the sites. I have NOT stayed in their cabins. This KOA is under new ownership this year and so far it seems great. We camped here a few times last year as weekend visitors. The sites are nice, well-maintained, and reasonably private for a KOA. This year, we have returned as “permanent” campers at a dedicated site. Having camped at dozens of other places over the last several years, we did not choose this KOA as a permanent location without considerable research and discussion. The staff is immediately helpful upon arrival and keeps up a high standard of service over the entire stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The camp store is nicely stocked and maintained as are the amenities such as the heated pool, the swimming pond, and fishing pond. The camp site we have is nice and level enough that I was easily able to level my RV in all directions pretty quickly. We have a nice fire pit and plenty of space for my family and dogs. We are close to the nice showers and bathrooms. Though we will not likely use them often, it is nice that they are clean and available. The water, power, and sewer hookups are in good shape and I have no concerns about them. As for location, this campground seems to be pretty quiet and amongst a very wooded area. There is a small amount of gravel road leading up to the campground regardless of the direction you come in, but the road seems to be very well-maintained and has caused us no concerns so far. We like that it is isolated, but other needs are close enough if we want them. Within a few minutes, you can get to a hardware store, many food options, and other needs likely to arise when camping…especially wineries/distilleries. Lots of wineries and such are very close. Overall, this is a great KOA to visit or stay a season. I hope you and your guests are able to enjoy this area and this campground is a great place to start!

So we went Off season to visit for a night with the dog and the baby. The site was well maintained, clean and off city. The new owners were super Friendly new. We had a nice cosy and Quiet night. Just what we needed. Grocery stores and all needs are within 15 minutes from site.

Although we only stayed one night it was very relaxing. We were traveling with 3 dogs and got a site that had a dog pen. It was lovely walking around early in the morning. They have a fantastic gift shop too! I'm going back for sure
