Located only 4 miles off Route 90 Exit 212/Route 528. Take 528 South 2 miles to Ledge Rd. Head east 2 miles; the campground is on the left. The road is dirt for about a mile.
If you would like to stay off dirt as much as possible. Take 528 South past Ledge Rd. Take the roundabout in the Thompson Square and head east on Thompson Rd. Take a left on Ledge Rd. at the bottom of the hill. You will still be on dirt but for a much shorter amount of time... less than 1/4 mile.

Our campgrounds near Geneva-on-the-Lake allow you to explore the great outdoors and enjoy the benefits of a lively city. We are just 30 minutes from Lake Erie and an hour from Cleveland. Spend a day hiking up to the Lake Erie Bluffs and enjoy the stunning views or head into the city to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. While you are there, make sure to grab a bite to eat at West Side Market — the city's oldest public market! You can also take advantage of being in the heart of the Ohio Wine Country. We are close to 20 wineries to offer you a relaxing day or two, sipping on delicious wines in the countryside.
How You Can Stay With Us
At Thompson / Grand River Valley KOA Holiday, we provide many ways to stay with us. Our tent camping sites are perfect for spending a few nights beneath the stars — enjoying a traditional camping experience.
You can also choose to stay in one of our Camping Cabins. These are fantastic places to relax with a roof over your head and a comfy bed as you recover from a day of outdoor excitement. We also provide Deluxe Cabins, that feature full bathrooms, showers and partial kitchens, providing the comfort of an exciting glamping experience near Madison, Ohio.
We also provide Back-In and Pull-Thru RV Sites for those visiting us from the road. With full hookups and 50 max amps, you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Some sites also come equipped with our KOA Patio® to give you space to take in the outdoors in style.
