Daily Hours: Memorial Day - Labor Day 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Labor Day - Memorial Day As Posted (Normally 8am - 7pm)
No Lifeguard on Duty. The state of Indiana requires that anyone (15) fifteen years old or younger be accompanied by a guardian of (21) years of age or older while in and/or around a pool area. Therefore, we will ask any children swimming without an appropriate guardian to leave the pool and pool area. We put your child's safety above all else and we hope you agree with us. We also must stipulate the following while in the pool area: NO smoking, NO pets, NO food or drinks (we have a Patio area for that), and NO DIVING and/or RUNNING for safety purposes.
All visitors must check in and register at the office before going to any site to visit. The Visitor Fee is $10.00 per person, includes all activities and swimming.
We love pets! We welcome all non-aggressive pets that visit us on a leash with their owner attached. (It is an Indiana Safety Law we take very seriously on our campground). Please remember that others walk where you and your pet walk, so please pick up what they leave behind. If we all do our part, no one will be stepping into anything unpleasant. Please keep your pets feeling safe at all times. Pets often do not like being left alone in a strange place or around strange humans and may need your assistance and reassurance. All fellow pet owners and their pets Thank You!
Check In Times (Eastern) are 1pm for all RV & Tent Sites and 2pm for all Cabins. Check Out Times (Eastern) for ALL sites and cabins is 12:00 noon. If you need a late check-out please make arrangements at the office.
No outside firewood allowed. We sell "local" firewood at the store.
We allow only one (1) camping unit per site. A camping unit can be an RV (motorhome, trailer, or fifth wheel), a Tent, a Tent Trailer, or whatever you plan on sleeping in. Only one passenger vehicle allowed per site. All others are asked to park in the visitors parking. If you have concerns with this guideline, please contact the office.
Please only feed the donkeys with grain purchased at the office. NOTE: If you happen to have 'baby donkeys' please let their mothers take care of them! Ask at the office if you have any questions. Thanks!
Daily (weather permitting) -- 9am - Dusk
9 pm (Eastern) to 8 am (Eastern)
We may be small, but we have a lot to offer....Come See!The Terre Haute KOA sits on the out-skirts of town and is just 'close enough for comfort' to enjoy both town and country! Because the campground has many shade trees, we offer our campers Cable TV and WiFi for added comfort during their stay! We can handle some mighty "Big Rigs" and their tows, so size is not an issue here! Together with other seasonal activities and our Krossroads Cafe (3/15 to 10/25), we hope to accommodate your every need during your stay with us!
We try to keep our pull-thru sites as level as possible - making it GREAT for accommodating the camping unit of your choice. We all work hard to keep our KOA clean & safe for the entire family - pets included! We have plenty of roadway for kids of all ages to ride their bikes around the grounds. We also have games in the Social Room and Sports Equipment at the front desk just waiting to be used! We love to see you jumping into the pool on a hot day, as well as relaxing around your campfire at days' end.
We encourage our campers to share their expertise with us. We love to get practical ideas from anyone who wants to share them -- So don't be shy! You never know...we might just be using your idea by the time you return to us! After all, that's how we started our Krossroads' Cafe -- And look at it now!
Awwww...the sites, sounds, and even smells of camping -- We love 'em! We hope to share some camping experiences with you during your visit -- See you soon!
