Temecula KOA at Vail Lake Reviews

We had an open ground issue at our power pedestal they quickly diagnosed and fixed the the problem. They were very helpful and stayed there until the repair was done. Vail Lake is one of my favorite KOA campgrounds.

Friendly staff great amenities. Love the MTB bike trails.

As first time RV campers we thoroughly enjoy the Chardonnay site. Great canyon view and hook us were effortless. Keep on Kamping!

Had a wonderful mid week stay. Quiet and peaceful. Staff was extremely helpful and the facilities were clean.

I enjoyed it. I was in the Ri con area and it was very quiet!

Really nice but really expensive

Stay this time was for mountain bike race. Site in lower arroyo section. Not having any cell service was an issue for communication with other people. Also by now we thought that the additional electricity hookups would have been completed in this area. Twice we witnessed KOA staff driving their golf cart work vehicles in an unsafe manner. Live music, mini golf, restaurant, and bar were good.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past 15 years but this was the first time since it became a KOA, they are now allowing big rigs which I found disappointing, they definitely stood out on my trip as one was parked next to me and is at least 5 feet taller than campers and so my view was a huge FED EX sign for three days of my trip. Point being there are truck stops for these vehicles.

Great venue needs traffic assistance for traveling in and out of park otherwise great time

You guys really need to improve the roads on the Chardonnay Mesa!!! Sooo bad! I get it that you're putting a lot of money into capital improvements like wifi and the cottages, but please don't ignore those of us who like being up on the Mesa! Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed having a full hookup campground next to a mountain bike park. We need more of these! The stay was perfect �

We had an issue leveling our RV but the office was very nice to let us move to another spot. We really like the improvements being done at the park. Can't wait to stay in one of the new spots.

I was very impressed on how well-maintained and beautiful this campground was. They have done an excellent job with just about every amenity you would want along with spectacular views. The work they have done with pavers around the various camp spots was amazing, excellent job.

Very nice facilities and employees are friendly, helpful, and courtious. We loved it and look forward to visiting again in the future...

We really like the improvements with upgraded patios and fire pits. The camp is clean and well maintained. Very friendly employees. Hopefully these updates do not reflect giant price hikes! The internet connection did not work…we weren’t able to have enough signal strength to enter the code on the sign in screen. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay, beautiful weather, nice and quiet and super friendly staff! The only complaint I have is Wi-Fi was terrible. The ladies in the store did try to help me, but on a scale from 1-10, I’d have to give it a 2 at best.

Really enjoyed the beauty of the campground, and the staff were super helpful and nice.

We always have a great time at the camp ground. Lots of activities for the kids, great bike riding area and areas to walk.

The large campground is located in an attractive valley with lots of mature trees. My family enjoyed the pickleball court and the miniature golf, but was disappointed that the swimming pool was closed. I was told it would not open until spring break. My suggestion is to renovate the rest rooms as soon as possible. They are a serious eyesore inside and out.
