Always have a great stay! Only recommendation is consistency in booking. We stay every November and April and it seems that the process changes every time which makes it difficult.

Enjoyed our stay as always.

Great stay. Thank you for letting the big kids do the egg hunt in the rain! Recommendation- playground structure for little kids (2-5) near the village. The big kids have lots of activities but a playground would be great for the younger ones!

Weekdays were great, quiet, not too many people, friday night was party night, generators running until midnight people talking, laughing, puking, finally quiet about 2am, then about 5:30 someone started a generator. If like quiet this is not the place.

Bathrooms really need an upgrade.

This was our very first camping trip as a family. We had an easy time finding our site, it was clean and had a great view. We spoke to the owner one day at the cafe. He was so friendly and welcoming. He recommended we take a walk to the lake and gave us some safety tips as well. We will come back.

One of the best campgrounds out there! Spaces that are relatively level and easy to get in and out of, a fantastic pool for the kids (and adults), and don’t forget the drink cart! Having the food cart rental was an added bonus, and I really appreciated that the pricing at the cafe was very reasonable. In fact, some of the prices were less than I would have paid off the premises.

Vail lake cmpgrnd is a cool spot. Mtn bike trails are dreamy. Staff is nice, bathrooms are clean. We upgraded to a premium site. Our site is supposed to come with a gas grill. Called front desk, said they’d send someone over, talked to a yellow jacket, they said they’d look into it. Nothing happened. Borrowed the one from next site. We were charged $10 late check out fee, kinda lame considerin

Fire pit was full of ash. The entire campsite needed to be raked and the road in the oaks is in need of repair. But the rest of the park looked good. I won't book the oaks back in spot until road is fixed.

We had a great time for the USPRO Cup MTB race. The Bathrooms could use a bit of building maintenance and little refreshing, but they were clean and in good operations.

Love this camp ground for the venue...we have camped here for the past 2 years for the US Pro Cup MTB racing that is held at Vail Lake and enjoyed it. We are usually camping down in the Arroyo area, the wifi is not consistent and even worse when the camp grounds fill up. Not that wifi is needed when camping! There is a great little restaurant and BunkHouse bar by the main little grocery store.

Had a wonderful time. Been going there for years. The only things I was not happy with are the number of people on e-bikes not obeying rules of the road. And one yellow jeep that would take her friends to the bathroom and she would park in front of the bathroom door, instead of off to the side.

OK, would suggest you get the wifi working for the whole campground.

A little more noise control would help. I think the partiy’s get a bit over the top. It is a beautiful place, the nights can be rough with activities.

Great place to relax. Very clean, very friendly.

Men's showers lacked hooks or benches but did have hot water. The city power supply for a 30 amp service had the outlet facing downward which made for an unstable connection. Nice large campground with good space between sites.

Love Vail Lake-even tho there isn’t really an accessible lake near by…we go to the wineries visit family and relax while looking at the beautiful scenery! In the summer there’s lots to do for the grandson-swimming, mini golf, bike riding-this is our favorite campground!

The views were spectacular, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, everything was lovely!
