Unbelievable hospitality, allowed us to check-out late on super short notice, called us within :15 of departure to inform we left behind a walker. Staff was super friendly and understanding. We were in pull-thru space 35, close to the office; this was convenient for us and the space was on a corner allowing a bit more space for the truck. KOA is quiet and relaxing. Already planning to return.

Love this place. Will be staying again. Very nice people who run this place. Very clean. They have anything you need or want. Very nice and clean bathroom and showers.

The staff at Sweetwater could not be better. They were so accomodating to our group. My husband accidentally left a shirt in one of the cabins in October 2022. I immediately let the staff know and asked if they could save it for us when we came in April 2023. I went to the office to see if they had it and they surely did. My husband was so happy to have his favorite shirt again.

Nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean bathrooms. Mostly level sites, very well maintained. Looking forward to coming back.

This is the best KOA I have ever stayed at. Its beautiful and clean and kept up very nicely. The people there are so nice and friendly from Jake to the girls in the office to the maintenance workers. Michael was always checking us as when he passed or would just stop to chit chat. I cant wait to go back. Thank you to all of them for such a great time.

We really liked this campground. The site was good and it’s pretty convenient. Wifi was pretty good. Staff was welcoming.

Traveling through stop for the night very nice people we didn't have a reservation but they had a spot for us. We enjoyed our stay. Next time we'll stay a couple days

We have been visiting the KOA in Sweetwater, TN several times a year for the last few years. We always enjoy our stays at the this campground. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. The staff (especially Karen and Mike) is always super friendly and helpful. Eventhough this is our favorite campground, we will be looking for another campground to visit if the rates continue to increas

We had a wonderful stay at Sweetwater KOA. Nice lots with easy access & paved roads. All the facilities in the campground were very well maintained. We have two dogs and they enjoyed the dog parks and green areas. The staff made every day a good one, helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend and look forward to another trip. Thank You!

This is our favorite campground. The staff to include Jake, Kathy, Dori, Karen, Steve, and Michael treat you like family. They were particularly helpful this trip in that we had trouble with our tow vehicle. They moved our trailer to storage until we can pick it up. Michael comes by your site every day to see if there is anything they can do to make your better. Can't wait to be back in June

Easy to get to. Easy to get around your campground. A little on the pricey side, but the staff was very friendly and took us right to our site, helped us hook up.

Only stayed one night but the service upon arrival too when we left was awesome.. when we arrived I felt the lot was a little uneven so they showed us three more lots without question and never made us feel bad for asking. The lot ended up being awesome… Book with them…the best customer service the cleanest washrooms I’ve ever experienced..�

All I can say is why can't other RV parks use Sweetwater KOA as an example. They make you feel so welcome, just like family. They go above and beyond. The RV park is absolutely beautiful and so well taken care of. We stayed there for 1 night and I wish we could have stayed longer. The whole crew is absolutely amazing. You won't be disappointed.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. After our long ride we ordered pizza, sausage balls and wings from the store. Everything was delivered hot and delicious. The entire campground is beautiful and well maintained. This is a great campground for kids. I think the fact that all tips the staff richly deserved for their great service went to KOA Care Camps says it all!

We love everything about this KOA. All of the staff is so wonderful! Jake is great! Lots for the kids to do. Very clean and quiet. Good location. Only 10 minutes from anything that you would need. Very beautiful and scenic KOA. We always choose to stay here on our way to Florida and are always happy with our choice every time. The Rust family from Ohio

Haven't even stayed here yet but look forward to it. This is due to our interaction over the phone with Dory. She was super helpful and extremely friendly. Her level of customer care really made a huge impact on us wanting to come to this campsite vice any others in the area.
