We enjoyed our 4 night stay very much. The people were very friendly especially Frank. The only one thing was the cable wasn’t working but other than very clean and friendly and hope to see you all again!

Very nice campground, however, if you are going to threaten a $25 fee for trash in the fire ring I would expect it to be clean upon checking in. We had no plans to make a fire as we were only staying overnight so I did not notice it until later in the evening. Also please wash or replace your shower curtains. They are gross. Other than that it is a very nice campground with very friendly staff.

We were only there for one night, we liked our campsite was plenty long enough it was nice and quite, and plan on stopping by next time we go to Florida

We love this campground. It's like a diamond in the rough. It has two great dog parks that our dog can enjoy and the food from their kitchen is great!

Very nice clean campground. Staff were friendly and courteous. We were there April 2024, 41 ft fifth wheel , plenty of room on site.

Site is in lovely surroundings. Would loved to have stayed longer but we are snowbirds going home. Sweetwater is on route. Staff helpful and friendly. Thank you for making the stay a pleasant one,

We stopped on our way north to Kentucky. We planned to stay only one night but bad weather in KY caused us to stay another night. The staff was very nice and let us stay on our site. They bwere very friendly thoughout our stay. The campground was very clean and organized. Our dogs loved it there. We will certainky be back.

We were greeted by friendly staff. We were on site for Easter. The egg hunt was fanominial and the staff were great with the kids. Already made a reaervation for another stay.

Beautiful campground! Not too big, not too small. Quiet and easy to find. All staff are friendly and professional. Frank is the Best! Super friendly, helpful in fixing pretty much anything and always makes you laugh � It’s also Nice to be able to order a pizza from the office and have it delivered right to our campsite. We will definitely be back!

J'étais sur le terrain 62 . L'enfer à commencé vers 10h00 PM, un groupe de campeur en tente sont arrivé ils ont fait du bruit en claquant les portières de leur 3 véhicules, passé sur mon terrain avec des lampes de poche il éclairait dans mes fenêtres tout ça jusqu'à minuit pour aller aux toilettes. Je suis membre VIP membre depuis 2010 il y avait plusieurs terrain de libre plus loin

The staff were all wonderful and very accommodating. We called 2 hrs before arriving on a holiday. All staff we interacted with (3) we're happy and very helpful getting us in and settled. Easy stop over when getting off I-75 also.

Definitely a drop in cleanliness from prior stays (and we’ve stayed here a lot). The trash cans were not kept emptied as often, and the women’s bathhouse was not up to the “Sweetwater” standard. Also, CABLE WAS GONE. This is a premium priced campground. About $15-$20 a night higher than Cleveland, TN only 40 minutes south, which will now be a viable alternative for me.

The folks who met us close to closing that evening were wonderful! We did not have a reservation, but they were amazing! One led us to a site, one offered us the late check-in slip to turn in later that evening, and one checked on us later when we were trying to locate restrooms. This location also participates in KOA Care Camps for pediatric cancer patients. This is such a great place to stay!

We have stayed there on 2 previous occasions and were placed on a standard site for approx. $60-$80. This stay we were placed on a site at $103. When I complained I was told we were too long for a standard site. The equipment we have now is the same as when we stayed there previously. This location is far too expensive we will not be back. Other KOAs were $60 and $40.

Nice folks, this is our 4th stay at Sweetwater KOA whole coming back from Florida. It is a bit pricey but very clean.

What a wonderful park. We stayed here for one night. We were greeted wonderfully and felt welcome as soon as we pulled up. Our kids were excited to see the play areas for them. We ordered pizza and wings from the office instead of cooking and what a joy it was. Perfect dinner for a long day. It was raining the morning of our departure and were able to get an extra hour due to our kids sleeping in.

The staff was so friendly and informative. The cabin we stayed in was clean and had more than we even needed. It was really quiet in the park. We would definitely stay in this park again if we are in the area.

We love everything about this KOA. All of the staff is so wonderful! Jake is great! Lots for the kids to do. Very clean and quiet. Good location. Only 10 minutes from anything that you would need. Very beautiful and scenic KOA. We always choose to stay here on our way to Florida and are always happy with our choice every time. The Rust family from Ohio

Haven't even stayed here yet but look forward to it. This is due to our interaction over the phone with Dory. She was super helpful and extremely friendly. Her level of customer care really made a huge impact on us wanting to come to this campsite vice any others in the area.
