Campground Cancellation Guideline
Campground Specific Cancellation Policy
A deposit of your first night's stay is due and billed to your credit card at time of booking.
Special Weekends: Reservations made for special weekends of July 19th-20th, the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta Sept 5th-9th, 2024 and The NBAAC Flea Market Aug 21st–25th, 2024 are to be paid in full at the time of the booking and are non-refundable. These special weekends have a minimum requirement of a two-night stay. Refunds or change of dates will not be accommodated within these two weekends. These weekends are non- refundable.
Long Weekends: Reservations made for Victoria Day Weekend, May 17th–20th 2024, Canada Day Weekend June 28th-July 2nd 2024 , New Brunswick Day Weekend August 2nd-5th 2024, and Labor Day Aug 30th thru Sept 3rd 2024 weekend have no minimum stay, however there are no refunds or change of dates for these 4 holiday weekends. These weekends are non- refundable
There are no refunds for early check outs.
Please ensure that you have travel insurance to cover any travel interruptions due to health, weather, mechanical, or any other instances.
National Cancellation Guideline: To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.
Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please email [email protected] before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee (plus taxes). No refunds on long weekends or special weekends.
Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV &Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.
Camping Cabins : 7 days cancellation notice required. Please notify your KOA one week before your scheduled arrival.

Holidays and special event weekends may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events, and long weekends. Please check with your selected KOA
National Cancellation Guideline
To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, at KOA.com. You'll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 1-506-432-6788 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
