Hello I’ve been camping for years & truly was so disappointed this weekend. I reserved a site that I was told I would fit. When I arrived I didn’t. As my RV world have been scratched due to being extremely tight. I requested a wider site and I was told that none were available. The one available was ocean front which I had to pay a large extra amount of money not planned for. Truly unprofessio

We had a great stay! Always love staying at the koa. Marina is nice, a little tight for boats with the exception of the first 5 or 6 spots closest to bait shop. Need a wash down area also. we really don't like is the lack of good pub staff. bartender just always seems to hate to do there job. Feel like we we're bothering them. We will be back but they need to tweak a few things to be perfect imo

Upon checking-in, staff was extremely friendly. We were escorted to our site, area was very clean and very well maintained. The beach space was nice as well; however, the rocks were super slippery and lots of coral, which was a bit dangerous for the children. Pool are was nice and clean as well. Overall, we endjoyed our stay and would visit again.

un lugar increíble . limpieza , organización y todo a otro nivel. Las actividades te las notifican diariamente , la instalación luce nueva , el costumer services de la oficina es de 10 estrellas ,es el mejor rv park que yo haya visitado, me gustaría en la playita tratar de echar un poco de arena en el área de ba�arse eso lo llevaría a un vivek increíble. pero la verdad lo recomiendo 100%

My wife and I have road tripped over 100,000 miles together, including a drive to Alaska! We frequently stay at KOAs because they are always clean, safe-feeling, and affordable. This was THE NICEST KOA we have ever stayed at. The new vacation condos were amazing. The only complaint we had was that the outdoor lights were bright as the sun and a lot of light came in through the windows and door.

This trip was a pleasant surprise. The staff is amazingly helpful with every little detail. The camp is beautiful and super clean. The location is perfect, but no need to leave because everything you need is at the Campground. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of professional support from all of the KOA staff. Thank you to all the staff at Sugarloaf KOA.

Very clean and well run campground. Was so nice to have the pool, restaurant and bar right there. Special thanks to your employees! Mike, who helped us with transportation ( as our Jeep had died��) and Kim, the bartender, who fixes a great Mojito, and is a great conversationalist! Thank you all!!

Best RV resort I’ve ever been!!!!! Beautiful location with very friendly staff. So many things to mention what this amazing resort has to offer!!!!!! Amazing pool area, small marina with options to rent a boat, beautiful beach area. Best place to stay in the key’s to enjoy the paradise!!!!!!!! Will definitely come back!!!!!

You need to trim your landscaping. Our rig barely fit into the spot with the slide outs due to overgrown grass and bushes.

Very nice and well kept campground! Everything was clean and neat. The waterfront spaces for RVs are a bit tight , but nothing keep us from enjoying the waterfront view. My only drawback was the rent of bikes, they are very hard to handle also it should be 30 m instead of an hour , it is waste of time and money to rent for 1h and you cant go out. Management should consider some changes. Thanks

We made reservations a year in advance for spot 1003 and had to take 1002 as 1003 was occupied. The foliage is overgrown blocking 50% of the roadway in places. The restrooms were blocked off during an event for maintenance. Pool water is like warm bath water! Our site was too narrow so we had to duck under the slide. The best was your people. They are great! Friendly and helpful.

Everything was great with the exception of the bugs 1st thing in the am then again at dust. The pool “NEEDS” a chiller, it was 90 degrees plus and not refreshing at all. Too many kids unsupervised running and jumping/diving in the pool. Can’t count how many times we were splashed.

Unaccommodating facilities for boaters, no where to wash your boat(“water eco friendly”, whatever that means for a marine environment), not allowed to park boat anywhere but on the street, forces you to pack everything up every day like your leaving so nothing gets stolen, complete BS. Lots of the staff are confused, all have to ask one another for permission. To many rules, Airbnb next time.

Sites were perfect but the pool was very warm and the water along the beachfront is not safe. It is a rock bottom and very slippery, so the beachfront sites are not worth it. Be prepared for sand fleas or no see’ems nightly. A great location and very nice staff.

We stayed in the vacation suites and we absolutely loved it. The room had everything we needed. The pool area is so beautiful. The staff was so helpful and friendly and everyone we came in contact with was so nice. Thank you to Wendy the general manager for being so helpful.

Overall stay was good. Staff at front desk and riding on gold carts were awesome. Only issue was one night the female (older) bartender acted like my ID was fake, didn’t listen to anything when we ordered a drink (didn’t put salt on rim, or put it when we said we didn’t want it) and it seemed like she was either drunk or high.

Loved our site! All spots seem roomy and pretty private w/ the landscaping. There just seems to be a flooding problem with the heavy rain we received. It appeared just about all of the sites were flooded with about 3" of water. Some subsided quickly, some didn't. You can't control Mother Nature & no harm was done, but a heads up to campers would be good if these torrential downpours are predicted.

beautiful campground and great staff only wish they would check for the wrist bands they asked to be worn at pool. when there on Thursday 8/17 only one other couple had them on and the pool was full

Everyday in the Keys are PARADISE!!! This island resort has 2 beautiful new hotels with large suites to accommodate your family. Fully stocked Marina for all your fishing needs,also has boats, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, pedal carts for rent. Sandy Beach with loungers and inflatable water floats to play on. The pool is so well landscaped you wouldn't believe your in the middle of a RV resort!!!! There's a enormously large hot tub, lounge areas around gas fire pits, hammocks hidden in the beautiful lounge area to just relax in the shade and forget about everything. The Pub,Store & Cafe are great amenities and all centrally located by the pool. This is Glamping in the Island Keys!!!!

I almost don't want to review this KOA because everyone will want to go. This is an AMAZING campground. The staff work tirelessly to keep the park clean and they are all super friendly and helpful. The amenities are outstanding from the activities, rental items( boats, kayaks, bikes) to the full liquor BAR and live music. The camp store has everything if you forgot to pack something and offer quick bites to eat. The location is perfect for a quick day trip to Key West. Can't wait to go back!
