Not your normal style of KOA. Nicest KOA we've ever stayed in. You would have to search hard to find anything that isn't immaculate. Staff does an awesome job maintaining the entire site.

We absolutely had one of the best times! It is one of the nicest, cleanest, campgrounds! Beautiful pool, beautiful grounds, love the small private beach! We are definitely coming again.

Apparently some fertilizer was put down around the campground and the smell was horrible. We were not able to sit outside. On a positive note, the campground looked spectacular. Beautiful landscaping. Great RV sites. Enjoyed the music Saturday night. Enjoyed the tie dye for cancer activity.

The campground is impeccably maintained!!! The staff is super friendly and always available to help. I highly recommend staying if you are in the lower Keys area.

Beautiful campground. Love it there. Only one issue is the noseeums ate us up. Wish there was a way to spray for them that way it would be enjoyable to sit and relax outside our camper.

Loved everything, everything was well maintained and extremely clean. Loved the pool, beach, and drinks at the bar were bangin!

This was a beautiful facility. I really liked the way the park was landscaped. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The no see ums were horrific at dusk.

Staff was amazing, wonderful resort campground. Clean. Great accomodations. Music was fantastic.Just disgusted me how the stones were being sprayed with weed killer. Kids, pets walk on them. The rain washed it away in to the water ways/ocean. Keys are so concerned about peoples sunscreen but yet you polute the water ways with weed killer. Use salt water to prevet weeds, much less expensive too.

Beautiful campground but the smell of fertilizer was bad. Smelled like poop as soon as you walked out of camper. No see ums bad, too. Not sure what you spray for those but can’t smell as bad as the fertilizer.

Super awesome KOA. Staff is very friendly and the grounds are immaculate. This must be an award winning KOA. If it isn't is should be. Love the foliage between each site. It such a feel of privacy from the site next door.

This was one of the best camping trips we have ever had! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The grounds and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, prices at the restaurant were great! I loved all the activities and conveniences that were offered, we will be back for sure!

Sites were a bit tight. Although landscaping was beautiful, it need to be trimmed back to prevent tripping. More activities would have been nice

Top notch pool, bar and cafe. Bathrooms cleaned regularly throughout the day. No trash or litter. Loved kayaking!! Heads up about the sand fleas and how to possible prevent bites would of been helpful.

One of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest places we have camped. As long as you don’t mind traveling out to get to places to eat and sites it’s the place to be. The people are super helpful! Loved our stay. The only negative we had was the size of the dog park, not a lot of space for the dogs to get any play time and exercise.

The entire staff was amazing. Great sites. Store, Bar, Bait tackle shop, Boat rental and the Pool area where the best. We did not want to leave. Will be back next year for sure

Beautiful stay in a most beautiful, semi-tropical setting...So fascinating to watch iguanas scampering about as we sat on the balcony enjoying late coffee/(early beer?) The accomodations were great--so comfortable with a definite island vibe...Fat Albert floating above and in a bridge and water view...great Keys artwork adorn the condo walls--this relaxing respite had it all! GREAT STAFF!! THANKS!

Our stay was fantastic ! I celebrated my wife birthday and it was beautiful. the staff is extremely professional and friendly. They were extremely helpful with assisting us with a tree that was blocking our RV awing. The staff cut it back in order for our awing to extend fully. Nikki the front desk and customer service representative is very friendly , professional , and is an asset to KOA.

Beautiful landscaped areas, despite the annoying "no-see-ums". Was nice to have a beach area directly behind our RV. Bartenders were awesome! Staff was extremely nice!

Shannon went above and beyond to help us after our tent was raided and torn up by raccoons and no-see-ums had come right through the screens making life absolutely miserable. Shannon got us set up with a vacation suite before 6:30am after we had spent the night sleeping in our car and feeling totally defeated. Shannon saved our whole vacation! The property is also BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you all!

The staff was so nice. We got textmessages with extra info en and textmessage saying goodbye. The campground was very beautiful and clean. Beside the rain, it was a great stay.

Nikki and her husband were awesome hosts. The frequent pickup of trash, delivery of needed stuff was great. The staff seemed genuinely happy, not putting on a smile

To start with when we checked in the staff at the desk were great. Then we went outside and were told by a male staff-member to follow him we were 2nd behind my son who's spot was next to us. As we started another staff member pulled their cart in front of us waving her arms and yelling for us to stop. I had to slam on the breaks and stop abruptly to miss her. maybe more later not enough room..

great time great service just one thing . you should inform guest about site flooding with heavy rains.. just so you can pick up things. site 1016. stay 17th-24th of sept. 2023 your pontoon rental needs to be better .. it broke while we were out and then they had to tow us back. Slammed us in the no wake sign. My father inlaw fell hard got cuts and bruises.not a fun experince

The staff was phenomenal, helpful and so pleasant. They even escorted us to our site! The bathrooms were so clean and well lit. The cafe and camp store was great, they had everything you need!

Very impressed with the facilities! The landscaping was gorgeous and added a sense of privacy to each site. The pool and bar were amazing-very clean and looked brand new. It was nice to be able to order food and drinks without going off-site. All the staff we talked to were friendly and helpful. Only downside: after a heavy downpour, our site had standing water and took several hours to drain.

Fantastic sites, amenities, awesome staff, beautiful setting! Loved the pool, cafe and marina! Please warn everyone staying at your RV resort, the No See Ums are awful!! They ate me alive the first nite when we setup and the bitesare STILL not healed! However we would stay there again!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed there. We booked for next year too. Absolutely love the Kampground and the staff is amazing too. Not a fan of the wrist bands but understand the reason for them. See you in 2024

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, but I wished we could stay longer! Beautiful camping ground with all you need. The hotel appartement is really nice, you feel like home. Microwave, dishwasher, washmaschine, tumbler, coffeemaschine... The only thing : the light from outside was shining pretty bright trough the main door. It was a bit disturbing at night...

everything is so perfect. rooms are exactly like the photos. clean, great AC, beach, pool and hot tub are immaculate. only small issue is no upsidedown pineapples. hmmm, maybe next time.
