Totally awesome. Very clean. Workers are everywhere and willing to help with anything. Dog friendly campground. They spray dog park down at least daily. Would like to see golf cart rentals and the condo construction done but amazing come back from the hurricane.

I think this location will forever be my favorite campground. Everything was perfect. The view from our waterside patio site was gorgeous. The drive to Key West was easy so we relaxed at the pool early in the day and visited Key West later in the day for sightseeing etc. The laundry facility was immaculate with nice washers and dryers.

everything was good, the pitches were very pretty and well separated from each other, a lot of work, very nice swimming pool. I'm not giving 5 stars because the noise from the road (acceptable), no real beach (also acceptable), but above all the price was too high: we stayed 5 days instead of 10 or 15 in the usual Koa (we are regulars), and we will not return for longer periods for this same reaso

Is a great place , amazing staff very friendly and helpful, we have a incident with smoke detectors but was quickly resolved, the amenities are great , room are pretty big and comfortable our family that came from honduras was also very happy, nice place !!!!

We were placed right in front of the construction site. A tractor type equipment ran all day leveling gravel. We were parked in a pull thru and we couldn't hardly get out our steps for the ornamental grass. Only stayed 1 night and was 200+

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at Sugarloaf Key KOA. We love the pool area and the landscaping at each site. I also love the super clean and excellent working washer and dryers! Thank you!

The campground is nice. The sites are large & well landscaped to provide privacy -rare in a KOA. The internet is strong, the people were friendly & helpful. The dog park is way too small. With that room you could make 2 dog runs, twice that size. Your private beach is not dog friendly! our dogs like to run & swim. The noise from the bar was unnecessary! The live music & bingo were too loud.

We’ve stayed there prior and after the hurricane, and they have done an amazing job! The campground is immaculate every time we visit. Staff is exceptional, and my German Shepherd loved the dog treat from the staff!

The resort has been rebuilt beautifully, hands down the most beautiful in the Keys.Great dog park, pool and pool bar, staff is fantastic, especially Ashley at the pool bar! HOWEVER, The no see ums are a deal breaker, we were eaten at our rv spot, at the pool, at the dog park and at the beach. coated in-deep woods off is not pleasant, add plants to ward these off https://www.evergreenseeds.com

I know this is a highly rated park but we had several issues and the main one wasn’t handled properly. We average about 8 to 10 KOA stays a year and I have never left a bad review so we aren’t hard to please. Screwed up our reservation. Just said “sorry” instead of fixing it. Our site stunk like a dead animal that had been peed on by cats and then baked in the sun. Bad chigger problem in d

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING! Everything was beautiful and clean. We loved the landscaping, the patio and pool furniture. The atmosphere at the bar was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly. I truly can not say enough good things about it. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others. Thank you!

The rebuilt KOA is very nice. The new bathrooms were a huge upgrade from the old ones. Only issue we had, was no-see-ums.

The resort is akin to being in Paradise. Beautiful facilities: Pool, Hot Tub, Doog Park, on-site Bar etc. all pristine. The staff were excellent, very helpful and available to answer any questions. The Sites, which are plentiful, were wide and deep with a degree of privacy. Last but no means least - Location was perfect - quick 20-mile dash into Key West.

This resort is beautiful. Check in was smooth and the staff courteous. The pool area is great. Our only complaint is the landscaping around the sites is excessive. With a 40 foot class A, our slide ran into the hedge on one side with no way to move over due to coral being placed right up to the driveway. We could not get to our picnic table from our coach door and had to walk around the back.

The folks that run/work at the KOA are the absolute best. They are extremely helpful from the front desk to the cafe to the groundskeepers to the marina. A huge shout out to Mike and April who kept a sharp eye on our pontoon while we were there. Place was immaculate. Perfect stay!!

We loved staying at Sugarloaf! Grounds were immaculate, staff was extremely friendly, the beach and pool area were two of our favorite spots. We rented a kayak launch spot, which was really nice to have the water right behind us. Our dogs loved Camp k9! The only thing I would change would be to see the addition of a fitness center. Sugarloaf =5 stars!

One of the best KOA’s we have ever stayed at, two issues, otherwise, it would be the best KOA…all the spaces seem tight and the biggest complaint we had was “TERRIBLE WiFi”. They have a strange “Access” point setup which seems to cycle, every access point dropped us, even the main connection; Sugarloaf Broadband seems to cycle and dropped us. The whole system is very strange and poorly

Better than we had imagined! The facilities were so well designed and functional that we thought the bath house was nicer than what we have at home. I’m exaggerating of course, but they really are very nice. Only 35 minutes to the Key West “0 Mile Marker”!! 5 Stars from us. It’s a shame that the bar isn’t very popular. We had a blast, very beautiful campground with awesome amenities. We brought our boat and felt the daily boat slip fee was way too high. We chose not to keep the boat in the water. The pool area was amazing.

We stayed in a vacation rental unit. It was very nice. Three suggestions - 1) Iron and ironing board 2) More clothing storage 3) Have the refrigerator/freezer handles open from the right side. We bumped our heads on the TV a lot and it would be more convenient to have access to the refrigerator/freezer from the countertop. Thanks!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, but I wished we could stay longer! Beautiful camping ground with all you need. The hotel appartement is really nice, you feel like home. Microwave, dishwasher, washmaschine, tumbler, coffeemaschine... The only thing : the light from outside was shining pretty bright trough the main door. It was a bit disturbing at night...

everything is so perfect. rooms are exactly like the photos. clean, great AC, beach, pool and hot tub are immaculate. only small issue is no upsidedown pineapples. hmmm, maybe next time.
