 If you need to cancel your reservation, please call

before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

RV and Tent Sites: 7 days cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. seven days before your scheduled arrival.Vacation Rentals: 14 day cancellation notice is required. Notify your KOA by 4 p.m. two weeks prior to scheduled arrival.Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits. Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events.Reservations 28 Days or LongerA Reservation Deposit of $500 is required. Cancellations made 30 days or more before date of check-in will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before date of check-in will forfeit entire deposit. Reserved sites held for 24 hours starting at 1:00 pm on scheduled arrival day. If not occupied within 24 hours, site will be released. Refunds will not be issued for early departures. Effective February 1st, 2026.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
