Even though the camping was OK, we we're close to other campers and the beach is small. Temperature was not convenient and we were not able to do any activities. Owners are nice.

Very accommodating as we travel with no prior reservations, beautiful water side site, very well maintained. Pulled in around dinner time so indulged in one of their pizzas. Delicious!!

This is our second stay at this campground and we would return again! It's very clean, and well maintained and operated. Both times we stayed here there were gunshots from across the river so if that would disturb you consider another place to stay.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Those are the air guns to keep the birds away from the corn fields. They are only an issue for about a month. There are no actual guns being fired. Thank you for your lovely comment and we look forward to hosting you next time!!!

Very friendly, family run RV campground. Sites are close but nicely arranged. Clean. Dog park and wash area. Pretty river and lake.Jessie took us out on the pontoon boat, very relaxing.

Beautiful park that offers a lot - beach, sun deck, boat launch, big rig friendly, wood delivery and a lot more. I stayed there for 41 days and reserved at the last minute and Jesse was very accommodating. The staff was all very nice!

Great views of the river, level lots & have lots of space. Family owned business where all employees are happy, smiling & caring to make our visit the best. Enjoyed the texts from KOA Sturgeon Falls of their offerings of delivery of ice, wood & food. Will surely visit again!

Just stayed the night, great place, staff was friendly, store had anything we forgot, they had an event going which brought spirits up watching others have fun. Lot we had was nice and level and relatively inexpensive compared to KOA's down south (30% cheaper than Barrie). We will definitely be staying again in the future!

On this trip we stayed at 7 different campgrounds including 5 KOA. This was the best of the bunch. I give it top marks for friendly staff, well-kept grounds & convenience of facilities. It was our first time here, but would undoubtedly drive out of my way to return. Other campgrounds could use this one as a model.

Awesome lot location overlooking the river and had my own private dock. All workers were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I were very satisfied and will definitely return to this establishment.

It feels like you are arriving at your home away from home at this beautiful, clean, well maintained and extremely friendly campground. The owners go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed. We really didn't want to go home! This was our third year staying at this KOA and we can't seem to stay away because we have booked again for next year already!

We loved the campground! Great facilities. Wonderful site and swimming was perfect! Jesse and Stephanie are great owners and they work hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable. We will have to go back again!

We had a great time except the water was too cold for us.I would like to make a possible suggestion. Maybe sometime in the future you could install a pool. Us older people have issues with cold water. In my younger days the water would be great but now I could only go in waste deep.

First time campers , so impressed on how dog friendly the campsite is my dogs are my world so this really matters to me!! So clean I wish the grass would of been a Lil shorter easier to pick up poop lol but other then that 20/10 rating loved it!!!

We had the most enjoyable stay! The staff was incredible, we've never been treated so well at any other campground. Had the pizza which was fantastic. We hope we have time to come back this fall as fall camping is THE BEST! No mosquitos and beautiful colours on the river! We will be back!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was our first with a travel trailer. Also first time at a campground. The staff ensured and assisted me with my connections to make everything was connected properly. I have already booked to stay here again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and caring owners.The grounds are very clean and well taken care of. Our 3 night stay was definitely not long enough. We will be returning next year for a longer stay for sure. A special thanks to Jessie for the great Pontoon tour and all of his helpful suggestions. Definitely would recommend this campground!

My favourite KOA. The view from the little marina of Sturgeon River, the kayaking opportunities, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff - it's worth the 5 hour drive from my home. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT! Despite construction very well laid out. OWNERS are friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of fishing and boating available. Nice beach ���. ORDER PIZZA. Made from scratch and sauce is amazing Another laundry station would be welcome. Town has BEST chips/fries. STAY HERE!!!

We only stayed one night, but it's the sort of place you could stay longer. Very well maintained campground. The restrooms were of a very high standard. Picturesque location, part on the Sturgeon River, part on a small inlet just off it. We were right on the water and it was beautiful. No traffic or train noise - tranquil! There's a nice little beach area, with a dock and water slide into the river. We were probably a couple of weeks late, temperature wise, or we would definitely have tried it out!
