Beautiful big-rig friendly campground right on a deep, clean river leading to lake Nipissing. Has lots of smaller sites too. It was quiet, people are super friendly, staff are attentive and helpful. The sites are wide and clean! Best KOA we have been to in regards to spacious sites and friendly staff! Close to town for groceries. Don’t change a thing Sturgeon Falls! You are awesome!

We were forced off the highway because of a car accident, and we’re met with the nicest KOA host we’ve ever met. We were put up in a beautiful waterfront lot, and we’re made to feel absolutely special. The gentleman (manager?) even drove over to our lot after we set up to make sure we were comfortable. What a gem of a park! Clean, friendly, and quiet. We were on lot ON18. It was a perfect site for our 30’ MH with plenty of room for our vehicle too. We were blessed to have a tree for those sunny days, nevertheless there is plenty of shade in the park. We had their Cdn pizza on our final evening and it was primo delicious. When we got locked out of our MH, Jessie was there to help. Thank you!!

The friendliest and most helpful staff ever first night we had to put up with some poor guitar playing and terrible catter whaling, and then the same seasonal tenant on-site 06 did not want anyone walking on his site ( he shouldn't be staying at a trailer park for a season with that attitude) that made us feel little uncomfortable. Bit dusty when the wind was at us. THIS IS A VERY NICE CAMPGROUND

Not a bad park with friendly staff however it is the first KOA park that does not enforce the rules. The owner and his friends partied outside our rig until near one in the morning. When the owners are involved in the noise after 11 there is no one to enforce the rules. Asked how our stay was the next morning, reply to the above was, ‘Oh well, sometimes it happens.’ Will not return V&M

Jesse: Guided us to our site ,brought fire wood and said only ask if you need something. He was very friendly. Very well run KOA.

Was a last minute get away. Our Daughter, son-in-law and grand sons also had a site and spent the week end. You have a great facility. Wish we would have had more time. My wife and I are scouting for a potential seasonal site. The Sturgeon KOA certainly fits the bill! Thank you Al and Nancy Fisher

We had a great stay at the Sturgeon Falls KOA. The staff were super friendly and very receptive to our needs. There are some great people that work there. I would definitely go back.

This was actually our very first night in our new travel trailer. Staff was amazing! We followed them as they led us right to our pull through site. Firewood delivered. Girls rented paddle boards and had a blast in the river. Someone even dropped by that night to check on us. 6 stars.

the bathroom is small but we managed fine the wifi sucked but they did say sorry and they were working to improve it everything else was fantastic a little dusty from the road somtimes but nothing so bad that we would not return for another stay because we will return hopefully sooner than later is 1 of the best koa cabins that we have stayed at

A wonderful campground. Every time we come the park has made more improvements and upgrades. We love staying here. Jesse is so very friendly and accommodating. Always look forward to staying at Sturgeon Falls KOA!

If you have rules, you should be monitoring them or else it is a useless endeavour. Neighbours were very noisy until after 1:00 AM in the morning. More than one vehicle parked at site and dogs off leash. Either you have rules or you don't....mediocre KOA...washrooms a million miles away and dirty. Sault Ste Marie is still the best

I am sorry to hear your experience was a bad one. We will do better to monitor the noise after hours in the future. Your site was within 15 feet of the family bathrooms. We strive to keep them clean as our other reviews will show, I am sorry the bathrooms were dirty while you were here. Safe Travels

friendly staff, they go above expectations to make our stay memorable. We checked in late and they got us wood for our fire which was after hours. We booked to stay there again in September 2022.

The staff make the park! Not only is it located in an outstanding and quiet setting, the staff enhance the experience with their smiles and helpful nature. On dry days, the roads can be quite dusty, but I think if they threw down a few speed bumps, the dust factor would decrease significantly. Thanks for a great and fun stay.

We only stayed one night, but it's the sort of place you could stay longer. Very well maintained campground. The restrooms were of a very high standard. Picturesque location, part on the Sturgeon River, part on a small inlet just off it. We were right on the water and it was beautiful. No traffic or train noise - tranquil! There's a nice little beach area, with a dock and water slide into the river. We were probably a couple of weeks late, temperature wise, or we would definitely have tried it out!
