I don’t normally do reviews, but the staff were very professional, polite, and accommodating. Even though the error was mine and I was not polite (bad day), the ladies were super sweet.

Everything was fine, however the showers and restrooms had an issue with me. The notification about the new, energy efficient hot water was in all restrooms. The hot water was sporadic at best. It would take some time to reach the shower, then it would get cool, then cold, then warm up. It happened 2 of the 3 times I used the shower. Prefer the old system, where it is hot constantly.

The biggest complaint is the dog run toward the end of the park. You have a man trap and a double wide gate I assume is for mowing. That gate was left ajar and when my dog leaned on it, opened a ran out. It took 2 people searching the woods to get him back. I closed the gate and pushed the locking rod in the ground. Next morning someone opened it again. I high recommend chain locking the gate!!!!

The cleanliness of the restrooms was extremely disappointing. 3/5 toilets were clogged at the bathhouse near my site and the floors were filthy and littered with toilet paper. The management was notified and nothing improved throughout the stay.

Had a patio site. Loved the location of this campgound as we were visiting Cuyahoga National Park. Next time will remember fishing poles. Only negative this trip was water pressure in the bath house near the cabins. Couldn't even wash my hands. The other bath house around the RVs was better. Never had an issue with water pressure at any KOA before.Family had a great visit.

Very noisy well after quiet hours. Showers had no place to put anything down in. Bathrooms not very clean. Need more bathrooms/showers for the size of the facility.

We had promised our Great Grandson that we would take him camping, but he wanted to go to a place with a "real swimming pool"and a place were he could go fishing with "Poppy". Your park met the bill. We all had a good time and enjoyed the amenities. Your staff was especially helpful when we had a problem closing our awning in preparation of leaving. We'll be back to do cabin camping next time.

The reason I booked my stay here was because of wifi access. I work remotely and require privacy for calls I make so I couldn't just work at a coffee shop near by. Only my area was down. They didn't offer to move me and when I said I was unhappy they gave me an $11 credit. I had to drive home (1hr each way) to work and come back for 3 days. I know things break but they didn't seem to care.

Very clean and nice sites. Wonderful options for play equipment for kids. Only downfall is our family had all cold showers. Hot water wouldn't come on. But restrooms and campsite itself very clean.

Overall ok. Please add recycling. Cell coverage and WiFi were bad. Our electrical box was leaning, causing our surge protector to dangle.

The only thing I would suggest is to update the WiFi so it reaches past the pool area. We had issues with both stays and it we were in different sites with our RV.

Very quiet and comfortable. New owners are continuing to improve the whole campground as it is aging. Great location for our purposes, reasonable rates.

We came to the area to enjoy the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, awesome rockers! We have a 43' motorhome towing. The sites were rather tight but manageable. The new owners/managers were very accommodating and helpful to get us to the best site available. Very nice and quiet, campground has a lot of potential and we think the new owners will make this an outstanding park.

Campground was great. Bath house was dirty and ridiculous as half the bath house only had a trickle of water for the bath and shower side, constantly missing soap and TP, and using a mop to spread crap on the floor isn’t cleaning.

Unfortunately, it rained the entire time when we arrived, so we couldn't take advantage of the pool or other things. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The main office also houses ice cream and fudge (but they didn't have any available). The on-site laundry is clean. We loved having the option to refill propane at this location. Food options would be nice, but Door Dash delivers.

Great customer service was found all over the campground. The camp ground was clean with frequent trash pick up. There were lots of trees (YEAH) to help keep it cooler on the sites. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly. My only suggestion would be signs in the bathrooms to turn on the fan when showering and turn on the fan after cleaning to remove the bleach smeel.

Nice patio site. Always feel very welcomed when arrive and during stay. Close to everything like grocery stores and parks we like to explore.

Small park. Easy pull thru. Nice water views. Kayak and canoe rentals available. Bathrooms and showers are upstairs and must climb the steps. 2 small showers with dressing area attached. They worked well. Okay for the price and minimal amenities. I would stay again.

This is our second stay. The on-demand hot water heaters for the showers could not keep up with demand. I had a cold shower after waiting 20 minutes. The campers across from us had perpetual barking dogs. We had to complain to management to get it stopped. Was more upset about not getting a warm shower.

We had site 509. Large ruts on side but didn't cause any issues. Site was level and large enough for our 42 foot fifth wheel. Cable didn't work when we got there, but they fixed it. Only reason i don't give it a 5 was wifi was horrible and low water pressure. Lots to do in the area. Campground is well maintained and staff was very friendly.

Staff was very friendly. Wifi was non-existent. Pool was closed during our stay (June). The grounds were kind of run down but are very large so I can see how it could be hard to keep up - especially with all the extra plants/flowers. Was nice and close for our visit to the NP.

My gosh, where to start. This is a great family run hideaway near town and just about 5 minutes to anywhere. The sites were clean, the lodges are clean and very comfortable. The laundry room is clean and it's open 24/7 as is the game room/arcade they have down stairs The store has a great selection of just about all your supplies needs and things you didn't know you wanted till you saw it. Sundries, fun souvenirs, and "forgot to brings" they probably have it there. And that gormet ice cream. A nice selection of flavors. "Michigan pot hole" is my favorite. The store employees were kind and funny. Handle check-ins, check-outs and any issues that come up were handled professionally. There a couple of fishing ponds that have a catch and release and one to fish for your supper. The pool is awesome. and bathrooms are well maintained. My new go-to spot for rest and relaxation. Close to town and many events every weekend throughout the summer. Come see for yourself.

We had a spectacular time the fall foliage was beautiful on the grounds and lots to do in nearby towns within minutes..
