I made a mistake about which highway we were on and we had only made the reservations a few hours beforehand and they wouldn't refund our money or remove the reservation. So when we stated another KOA we couldn't get credit for it.

I love staying at KOA’s. Just one in particular was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of activities for all. Great management, great employees. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Nice quiet location. Friendly staff. Campground is a bit dated but looks like they are in the process of improving sites. Entrance road needs some work.

Stayed at Site 707 had a tree branch come down on my truck and camper. reported to the manger on duty I did tell him that I was no damage at that time and he need to cut down the rest of the DEAD branch's on the tree to me it looked like I was a putting him out. I was expecting him ask about my truck and my camper be NO. Sad KOA is the top rated camp ground maybe not.

I thought KOA’s were consistently a good value. That’s always been my perception. This is our first KOA stay and now I’m questioning my other reservations. The sites in our area were tiny. Our fire pit was about 5 feet from our neighbors tent. The bathrooms had big puddles on the floor -need drains in there. Like I said I was under the impression that KOAs had a high standard. Very nice park! Easy to get to, easy to navigate and get into our spot. Spot was level side-to-side but quite a bit downhill - not too much to handle though. Only stayed for 1 night while traveling. Very quiet location. Easy to get into town and back out.

Sites a little narrow and a little hard to back in. BUT- I went to bathouse ONE time during our 4 night stay, and there was NO toilet paper in the stall!!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The i ground pool was amazing, super warm and clean. The full hook up sites were kind of small but typical for an rv park. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Site was extremely undeveloped- was a raised mound on a hill. Had to raise trailer so high at jack to level it, needed a stepstool to reach trailer stairs. Showers only had a trickle of water that turned cold as soon as soap applied so had a cold shower with almost no water. Bathrooms were filthy and no toilet paper. Worst KOA in north america I've stayed at out of at least 30. I

Showers need a taller lip. Water easily drains off curtains to the floor and doesn't get caught by lip. Bathroom floors are always wet, and normally muddy with people going in and out with shoes on. Campsite setup was also not properly explained to us. I thought we could set up our tent directly behind the pole with our campsite number. I read both good and bad ratings before I booked, I didn’t encounter any of the bad, the sites and overall park is clean and well kept. The location between Cleveland and Akron worked well for me in that I had planned visits in both cities. The Staff are friendly and helpful but the ICE CREAM is just too good!

Site not level to an extreme. Wi-Fi worthless. Did not pickup trash by noon one day, garbage bins overflowing. Lots of dust from gravel road. Tight entry and exit from site 509 . Site had a deep rut. Could not use satellite dish

The only confusing thing that happened to us was apparently the sight numbers were just changed, but didn’t match the map that was given to us. Our site has S7 and also was W7 but our map we used for late check in said M 007 so luckily we parked in the correct spot. I would just get the map updated with correct site numbers, so it’s not as confusing. Other than that, we loved it there!

Great location for visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park which was the primary reason for our stay. The pool was nice; the facilities were clean. The water pressure at the showerhouse the first night (nearest the pool) was very light (everyone was probably showering at the same time), but the other showerhouse across the campground had much better pressure. We would definitely stay head again.

Beautiful nice campground with great staff but the water pressure is so bad you can barely wash your hands - apparently this has been a problem for a while and needs to be addressed by management immediately

We had a wonderful stay at Streetsboro! Our site was big and level. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. This KOA is very close to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and about 30-40 minutes from Cleveland. The campers around us were very friendly as well. We would love to return sometime �

My gosh, where to start. This is a great family run hideaway near town and just about 5 minutes to anywhere. The sites were clean, the lodges are clean and very comfortable. The laundry room is clean and it's open 24/7 as is the game room/arcade they have down stairs The store has a great selection of just about all your supplies needs and things you didn't know you wanted till you saw it. Sundries, fun souvenirs, and "forgot to brings" they probably have it there. And that gormet ice cream. A nice selection of flavors. "Michigan pot hole" is my favorite. The store employees were kind and funny. Handle check-ins, check-outs and any issues that come up were handled professionally. There a couple of fishing ponds that have a catch and release and one to fish for your supper. The pool is awesome. and bathrooms are well maintained. My new go-to spot for rest and relaxation. Close to town and many events every weekend throughout the summer. Come see for yourself.

We had a spectacular time the fall foliage was beautiful on the grounds and lots to do in nearby towns within minutes..
