We were gonna been a space that smelled like sewer and from reviews seen (weren’t there when we booked in February). It’s been an issue that has not been resolved.

Other than not telling me about gate code (haven’t had that at any of the other KOAs where I’ve stayed), no complaints. The garbage pickup was a nice perk!

We loved the pool and the clean bathrooms. Our kids especially loved the store and the ice cream! Very kind staff. We hope to be back.

Our campsite was bigger than expected and the staff was friendly. The pool was the perfect size. Nothing negative to say, hope to come back next year.

We were on 2 sites for this stay. The first 509 was so I level and mushy that after first level attempt had four of the six wheels off the ground. Used every block we had to correct the issue. Then we were on 713 a grassy site. ( we knew we were getting this type of site in advance). We leveled on that site, but went to plug in electric and wasps nest was inside the box!

Great location. Beautiful grounds. Helpful staff. Probably deserves 5 stars, but the wifi was not working for the first few days, which is important to me.

I wanted to love this campground. Our spot on the water was great and the pool was nice but I can't get over the shower situation. Of the 5 showers three had no water and the other two were cold. The same lack of water pressure in the bathrooms. I paid extras to reserve spot 8 near the bathrooms for us and our 4 kids but had to pack everyone up and go to bathhouse in rear of campground instead.

Accessible. Clean. Family friendly. Great staff. Great store. Great location. Great shade. Was close to the dog park. They do have long term campers so, in my opinion, was nice for a sense of being in a neighborhood instead of being in a vehicle-only campground when far from home. Site hosted lots of events so opportunities to connect with other campers, rain or shine!

My husband had hot water for one minute before it turned cold. When I went in, a sign said to run water 'for a while' to get it hot. That didn't work. I went to office and explained this problem that we both had. They said they had unlimited hot water. In a way, they said i was a liar. There were six people sitting in a room behind the desk. No one offered to help so I had to have a cold shower.

The staff was very friendly and courteous loved the park wish we could have stayed closer with our group of 5. We throughly enjoyed the Cuyahoga National park and surrounding area.

Nice quiet clean campground. Big problem is that the internet won’t allow for any uploads/ downloads. Even when we moved closer to office for full bars, still no efficiency at all in loading basic websites. Could not use it for anything!

Don’t stay here. Horrible sewer smells most of the time and the showers had mostly cold showers. There was a sign about that they have hot water on demand and to wait. Waited 10 minutes and it never warmed up. Dirty bathrooms. If this was the first time staying at a koa I wouldn’t book a koa again. KOA should consider severing ties with this place

Very clean and well taken care of campground. There was a minor issue in one of the showers where the hot and cold water lines were backwards and a leaking hose bib at our site.

We could smell sewer the whole time we were outside. We left a voice message. We went to the office and told them. They said ok well check it out. Noone ever came by and said anything. If you know you have a problem you could admit it and apologize. The showers sucked. My daughter was barely able to wash her hair. She gave up with the rest of her shower. Water pressure would drop midday.neveragain

Nice little KOA outside of the national park. We had a nice time and we're happy with the park overall. The site was really off level and our sewer connection was about 12" uphill from our drain fitting on the camper. This was a major disappointment. We paid for a full hookup site and in reality only had power and water. Stay away from site 201.

Great location, friendly staff. The roads were a bit narrow, WiFi, at our location was non existent. Cable did not work, but we were able to get satellite. Park well maintained and staff were clearly visible. Had an enjoyable stay.

My gosh, where to start. This is a great family run hideaway near town and just about 5 minutes to anywhere. The sites were clean, the lodges are clean and very comfortable. The laundry room is clean and it's open 24/7 as is the game room/arcade they have down stairs The store has a great selection of just about all your supplies needs and things you didn't know you wanted till you saw it. Sundries, fun souvenirs, and "forgot to brings" they probably have it there. And that gormet ice cream. A nice selection of flavors. "Michigan pot hole" is my favorite. The store employees were kind and funny. Handle check-ins, check-outs and any issues that come up were handled professionally. There a couple of fishing ponds that have a catch and release and one to fish for your supper. The pool is awesome. and bathrooms are well maintained. My new go-to spot for rest and relaxation. Close to town and many events every weekend throughout the summer. Come see for yourself.
