All around great place. Clean restrooms and showers. General store has great ice cream and snacks, delivered ice and firewood to campsite. The pool was clean and the mining for kids was fun. Recommend this place for sure

We got there during a rainstorm. There was very poor drainage on our lot and the water was up to our ankles. Not a good start. By the next morning, most of the water was gone and everything was fine. On one of the days, the lot next to us had a dog that was left alone all day and the poor thing barked so much and was so sad that it broke my heart. There was nothing that the staff could do.

Very nice staff and facility overall. One complaint would be the shower house is exceedingly hot. Improved ventilation and or air conditioning would be appreciated.

It was impossible to take a shower due to lack of water, coming out of the nozzles and/or, any water seeming to exist on site. They also straight up lied and said that a severe storm wasn’t coming when the national weather clearly stated a severe thunderstorm warning in effect.

Beautiful spot with a very nice staff but cable and wifi didn’t work at my site and the water pressure was very weak. I called the office and the rep said he “would tell the guy.” “The guy” never showed up and issues were not resolved. But it’s a beautiful place!

Very clean. Staff helpful. Water pressure broken in the bathroom but was being worked on that day. Having alternate location to dump gray water besides RV station would be helpful.

Spacious and pretty KOA. Lots of amenities. Only drawback is the constant highway noise nearby, but after a while you don't notice it. Quite well maintained.

The only thing was the grass/weeds were not well maintained. There were evident talls weeds in our deluxe tent site pad and around and the grass was taller on a summer weekend. With pets and ticks etc it's nice to have the area kept better. The first bathroom on right side facing lake was super wet on the whole floor as well due to shower/curtain setup. Otherwise, everythine was great!

We called for someone to trim branches that threatened to scratch our tall 5th-wheel we waited 30 minutes, then climbed a ladder on the side of our unit and did the work ourselves. More attention needs to be paid to even lower hanging branches. Otherwise a fine place.

Fire starters overpriced at $95 a bucket in camp store. Would like to see holes in misc. Places on sites filled in instead of keeping a safety cone over them. Staff friendly and courteaus.

Nice clean quiet, friendly campground in an upscale area.The sites are nice size but lots of dirt and when it rains it's just a mess. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We were tent camping on a deluxe site and the site was great. The grass sites looked even better. Will try a grass site next time. Only complaint was i used a rest room and it had no toilet paper! The fishing pond needs cleared of aquatic weeds periodically and the right post on the fishing dock should be cut down to allow for normal casting. Otherwise, great service and a wonderful experience.

There are many good things to share from Reservation to check-in, amenities, including electricity, water, fire pit, trash cleaning, bench for every camp site, trash clearing. However, for the sites available, the common facilities like toilets and baths are quite limited especially with heavy weekend crowd. Frequent cleaning of toilets needed as they were wet and overflowing bin always.

This is our third stay at this campground and everytime we have enjoyed our visit. We love coming here due to its close proximity to the CNP. This time I want to say how absolutely amazing staff were, super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure you had a wonderful visit. Standing ovation to each and every one of them.

Multiple bathrooms didn't work (didnt flush), had to wait for restroom and/or shower. Pool was nice, little small once more started to join.

We liked the cabin that we stayed in. However, the shower situation was so undesirable! The problem with the showers was there was only about 2 minutes of lukewarm water (even when you let the water run due to the water saving system - as noted on a sign), and the water pressure was horrible. In the morning, there was a very weak sprinkle, at night there was only a slight trickle of water.

This was our kiddos first camping trip and we all loved it! We stayed in a cabin and had plenty of room. It was clean and everything worked great. As you can imagine we frequently used the bathroom, with 5 kids, and they were always clean. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The morning we checked out we came back for gemstone sleuthing. My kids are still talking about that experience.

Staff were very polite and courteous. Campground was very clean. Severe weather warning and campground let us know about the forecast and where the safe spot was in case of a tornado.

Very nice staff. Full KOA amenities. Owner/manager very busy promoting great things to do in the park. Added a second night after we got there. One of the best KOAs!

We only stayed overnight - but the welcome was so wonderful. So well maintained, great communication, felt like a place we wanted to be. We will definitely come back! Sites were SO WELL MARKED and easy to find. THANK YOU

My gosh, where to start. This is a great family run hideaway near town and just about 5 minutes to anywhere. The sites were clean, the lodges are clean and very comfortable. The laundry room is clean and it's open 24/7 as is the game room/arcade they have down stairs The store has a great selection of just about all your supplies needs and things you didn't know you wanted till you saw it. Sundries, fun souvenirs, and "forgot to brings" they probably have it there. And that gormet ice cream. A nice selection of flavors. "Michigan pot hole" is my favorite. The store employees were kind and funny. Handle check-ins, check-outs and any issues that come up were handled professionally. There a couple of fishing ponds that have a catch and release and one to fish for your supper. The pool is awesome. and bathrooms are well maintained. My new go-to spot for rest and relaxation. Close to town and many events every weekend throughout the summer. Come see for yourself.
