Great park away from highways. Very quiet and seems well kept. Staff not that endearing but efficient. Seems understaffed but they are trying. Very small crowded pool. No escort to sites, okay by me but I ended up helping two others get backed in. Sites are nice and wide but tricky backing big rigs. Love trees but not scraping down the side of our new RV. Will request a pull thru next time.

We had a great time...the Glamping Cabin was AMAZING!! I would live there if I could!...We took our bikes to the cute downtown not far from the site and had dinner, ice cream...it was an overall superb experience!

Site was not level. Like not even close, and there was some random dirt mound in the grassy portion of the site. It’s pretty obvious that nobody is paying attention to site details.

Was disappointed in the park. Grass on campsites was in dire need of being mowed. Lot flooded. No help from the office to remedy the condition of the flooded area. Power for cable tv was connected to neighboring site and power was shut off when lot was unoccupied. Water pressure was almost non existent on several days. Could not take showers on several days.

We loved our 3rd year stay with KOA :) Looking forward to repairs to the basket ball 'court' and the fishing dock ( I know all of that will take time). We did the GLAMPING TENT and again we really enjoyed our experience and cant wait until our next Glamping time :). You all are awesome! Everyone was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much for everything!!!

We knew we were going to be on grass, but I called several times to see if a gravel site with a sewer connection came available; I was told NO on all occasions. When rain was imminent, we went to the office and talked to Shannon & she was so helpful and gave us several options to move to the next day. No one else offered us this option....keep Shannon & retrain or get rid of all others.

Overall it was a good single night stay over. The main issue I had was the sewer connection on a patio site was above my rv connection. I have an average height clearance tt. I am glad I did not have to dump my black tank. Grey was a pain but I could open and manual move the hose to get a two full tank empty. This was booked months in advance, so was not a last min site. Clean and mainly level

Wasn't at the same level as other KOA Holidays. Only 3 patio areas. Needs upgrading. Many really unlevel spots. Very nice staff.

Water pressure was an issue each morning. Asphalt at the entrance needs to be fixed. The fire pit was too tall to use. It is the site behind the shower house close to the second pond. Staff was very friendly and the campground was easy find. Thank you.

Great property, great location. Only challenge was the laundry facility that didn't work, but we found a place in town where we could easily do laundry. Would likely stay here again because of the convenience to friends, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland, the Cuyahoga National Park and the Canton Pro Football Hall of Fame.

We stay at Streetsboro/Cleveland SE KOA every time we are traveling to Nappanee IN. Very nice KOA.

Quick one night stay, got to use restrooms and showers, extremely clean and excellent hot water. Will syay here again.

Quiet, nice people. Pretty, natural views. Close to grocery store, car gas, fast food etc. Our site was in a low area, and most of it was mushy. Very limited usable space. The WI-FI did not work at all at our site. Luckily our ATT phones worked. We did a load of laundry, and something in the water reacted with the clothes and caused rust colored stains. The clothes the likely ruined.

Site 614. Needs more gravel on pass side down side and rear. Low hanging branch on only road to site scratched my shower skylight. Leaving site 3 large placed boulders had to maneuver around with a mud rut across from them on opposite side.

This was our third stay at Streetsboro KOA. The campground is nice and staff certainly puts a lot of work in the campground. Our only regret is that our site didn’t have much drainage. It rained several hard storms during our stay and our site was a swamp outside our camper door. I understand the campground can not control the weather. But perhaps more gravel on certain sites may help.

Pool closed at 8pm, when its light out until almost 9pm. Hours for the pool not listed on the parks info sheet. took kids to the pool at 7:50pm to be ran out at 8pm. Very Poor water pressure at site, most mornings and evenings water pressure was at less than 10 PSI. Office states it closes at 8pm, came up at 7:45pm to get ice-cream with kids, the doors were locked and lights off.

The WI-Fi sucked to much sewage smell was terrible.The pedestal for electric hookup is junk.No warning for bad storm this past weekend.No cable service,when we were charged for a service we never received.Be a long time before we go back there.Used to be one of our best places to camp.

The only problem I encountered was that the pedestal voltage kept dropping to 112 and kicking the breaker.

We were in site 605. So you should already know my complaint. The site had a pile of dirt that had been there for a while. When I complained the person that came out and looked at it said “ ya I’ve been mowing around that for weeks” when i asked if there was a plan to fix it his response was that he only did what he was told to do. If i were the owner this would be unacceptable.

Staff was very friendly, the camp was clean and not overcrowded. It was very quiet and calm. The kids enjoyed the pool, the outdoor chess and the game room. Wish there were more shelves in the toilet facilities (which were otherwise very clean). Also no alcohol was being sold at the camp (a beer would have been nice after a long drive).

Only issue was location of sewer pipe of next site was nearly under picnic table on my site. On our last night the RV on that next site hooked up to sewer and left pipe in the ground (i.e. sewer hole not sealed). It might it uncomfortable having dinner on the picnic table. Disappointed in RVer, not so much campground. Other than that, everything good.

My gosh, where to start. This is a great family run hideaway near town and just about 5 minutes to anywhere. The sites were clean, the lodges are clean and very comfortable. The laundry room is clean and it's open 24/7 as is the game room/arcade they have down stairs The store has a great selection of just about all your supplies needs and things you didn't know you wanted till you saw it. Sundries, fun souvenirs, and "forgot to brings" they probably have it there. And that gormet ice cream. A nice selection of flavors. "Michigan pot hole" is my favorite. The store employees were kind and funny. Handle check-ins, check-outs and any issues that come up were handled professionally. There a couple of fishing ponds that have a catch and release and one to fish for your supper. The pool is awesome. and bathrooms are well maintained. My new go-to spot for rest and relaxation. Close to town and many events every weekend throughout the summer. Come see for yourself.

We had a spectacular time the fall foliage was beautiful on the grounds and lots to do in nearby towns within minutes..
