Our stay was very nice.. Friendly people and nice big sites. The only thing that was not great was that the store closed too early on the weekends. There were several people needing to get in to the store area for different things and sadly they close at 4 on a Friday and Saturday night and the camp was packed with people.

First visit. Upon entry there was a bit of a bottleneck, so took a while. The store was dirty and the game room area was as well. But once we got into campground, we liked the set up, easy to navigate. Our site 57 was on an odd angle that made sitting and putting food on table a funny challenge. Great sized spot. Some dead tree limbs above. Quiet. Friday watched checkin from pool, UGLY situation.

We loved your facility. Our only concern was the speed everyone was driving with the amount of children around even at night when people were walking, and that includes staff. Other wise we loved it minus the point we requested a cement slab if available and we saw saw a few empty our entire stay

It was nice and clean. The staff were amazing. But..Some of My camping neighbors were horrible. I spent the weekend hearing two sets of parents threaten and scream at their kids. Had to sleep with radio on to block out noise. We went out to dinner because it got so loud, I didn’t want to stay and cook there. I needed a vacation from my vacation.

First time at this KOA, we were supposed to near our friends who camped with us, they called specifically and was told they were, arrived and we were not near each other and office staff was less than helpful and blamed call center for the issue. They have several rental rvs which seemed to have first time campers, no etiquette, loud, unfriendly dogs. Overall lots of amenities but we won’t retur

Problems with site reservations for our.group. They made the mistakes and their way of fixing it was to charge US a $59.99 locki-n fee in the future. Up until this stay , it WAS our favorite campground.

Stayed for two weeks and the bark parks trash was full the whole time. Bark park needed mowing and cleanup. Never done for our two weeks stay. The resort fee along with the daily rate is way over priced. Weekends were noisy after quite hours, often after 1200 AM. Office staff were very lacking in knowledge of processes and computer system.

The check in process was horrible. There was a pile up of cars and RV’s and the line to check in took 30-40 min. They also should have the ability to charge to the site when buying wood, etc.

The front desk was very confused all of the time. We have been going there for over 10 years we reserved our site last year and we were told we were locked in. We we were with all of the people we were with last year and they were told the same. Yet they tried to move all of us before we arrive. Also the front desk closed at 4pm every day totally ridiculous. Not sure if we will return

We booked our site with friends only to find out that they seperated all of us so had to call manager to get changed back. Then eople were showing up thinking they had our sites... also site numbers are not lisred on reservation we received so did not know which site we were on. Sewer backed up so had to leave a day early, store and office closed at 4pm leaving gates open which felt less secure.

When we rebooked last year for Labor Day there was no mention of a specific site rental fee. Fast forward to this year and a group of us were all split up without knowing. Luckily we caught it a week before check in and it was resolved for most of us. Also a handful of our sites couldn’t get full 50 amp power. The store closed at 4pm which was very inconvenient. Probably won’t be back next yea

We rented a site for an entire month so we got to compare how things were on a week2week basis. Campground store closed every day at 4, which was a HUGE inconvenience. Another day we witnessed VIP's in the pool. Guests/Owners? But they were openly drinking in the pool, being supplied beer by the staff themselves. Tit for Tat. Dog park WAY to small. 3of4 Saturdays the movie at 7pm never happened.

Nice campground, lots of good sites. Seemed a little off the beaten path. Biggest negative is that the roads could be better. However, we would stay there again if in that area.

We had a great stay and will go back. PROS-nice size sites, close to lots of great places, fun pool & playground, store has lots, good walking trails. CONS-store/office closes at 4,but biggest issue-cleanliness. Workers on carts should stop often to pick up cans, wrappers, trash on ground not just riding around emptying trash cans. Bathrooms & laundry need more help too. Lots of potential though!

Our site was okay, but there was no one at the office to check us in at 4:00 p.m. Apparently, they close before that, which seems odd, as many travelers pull in in the evening. Someone pulled an RV in after dark and took the wrong site due to not being able to see the numbers very well. We only stayed one night as planned. It was okay.

This was our first camping trip with our new RV. Very nice pull through site to help us maneuver. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Opened the store on an off time, helpful with cable connection. Friendly staff waving as they drove by. We booked another stay. Only suggestion was to clean (empty barrel) and trim the dog park.

It's a nice campground with friendly staff, unfortunately though, not enough enough staff. The store is only open until 4 p.m., which means there is no way to get fire wood if you forget during the day and the water slide is almost never open.

I had an excellent stay at this KOA. Had a perfect site for me and my dogs! Easy check in and out, staff was very nice and super helpful. The location of this campground is awesome, I went to the beach in Maine one day and Lake Winnipesaukee the next! We will be coming back next summer for sure.

Charged for amenities $10.00/day that were not used by us. Everything cost money in addition to the amenity charges. The kids around us had to purchase pool balls to play pool!! The water park was free, I think, which my 82 year old husband & I (72 years old) DID NOT USE. The arcade cost the kids money. The golf carts & paddle boats cost money…. I would NEVER recommend this RV park to anyon

No wifi! It is advertised that there was wifi. We had a pond view in the front,but the over flowing dumpsters were in the back! Flies and yellow jackets!!!! We had to leave a day early because we were on a deadline for work, and couldn't get a signal.

Very much degraded this time vs 6 weeks earlier. Very moldy showers, no ‘paper’ in the washrooms, and the very early closing of the store left many without the ability to buy ice/firewood. Additionally I requested a site in an specific area due to ‘mobility’ issues, and what was assigned was anything but walking friendly. I won’t even mention the swarming bees!

Very nice campground 2 years ago. This year there are overflowing trash/garbage cans up and down every road drawing yellow jackets and flies. Our site didn’t have Wi-Fi and neither did our neighbors on both sides of us. We couldn’t receive Wi-Fi anywhere we walked to. An employee I spoke with told me Wi-Fi is very spotty.

We stayed for the weekend. The park is very clean. The employees were extremely helpful and very polite. The park is small but it offers a lot to do. The sites are level and easy to access.

I was very disappointed my granddaughter was hit in the back of her neck with a football while in the pool, too many bees n flies on our site, we had to leave early on Wednesday night my granddaughter got hurt on the trail

We had the most wonderful time! This campground is beautiful, quiet, fun and relaxing! We enjoyed the surroundings tall beautiful trees, swimming pool and a pond with paddle boats. The sites are large and not on top of each other. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and swinging on the swing outside of our RV. We met some really wonderful people who were extremely helpful as this was our very 1st time.

Great place for families with dogs and children, couples not so much. My biggest complaint is that despite having extra long hoses and cords we couldn't be hooked up to the sewer and still reach the cable/electric. They were way to far apart. So paying for all amenities and only getting half was a bummer. I left a message with the office upon arrival but we never heard back.

yellow jackets like crazy even when they did spray. something more should be done about it. we couldn’t enjoy a lot of the outdoor activities because of them. also, my children got their elbows really beat up on the slide.

Beautiful campground. GREAT customer service. All employees/staff were helpful and friendly. The process from booking to checking in, to making a store purchase or firewood purchase for delivery, to check out, was seamless!! Highly recommend this campground to make your next family memories.

1. Great internet 2. Foulmouthed, unruly campers and japping dogs 3. Pour office hours; arrived just before 3PM and the office was about to close, reservation not to be found - despite a phone call with offer of a third day at 1/2 price we accepted but left a day early for reasons explained. 4. On website Rochester GC at a discount price - they never know that!!! Not up to KOA standards!

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!

Although we only went for the last weekend of the season this year. We had a great time. We love coming here. The kids always look forward to it every year.
