The whole park was well taken care of, and the staff was welcoming & very friendly. Our rental cabin was clean & comfortable.

Deluxe cabin was very spacious and clean with full sized stove and refrigerator. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool with water slide and spray area. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff is excellent. You see staff members all over. Andi was super nice and helpful. All staff members we encountered were great, including the managers. If there was an issue they took care of it. We will go back.

We brag about our weekends at Strafford KOA all the time! I post photos on FB and everyone wants to know where we stayed. My adult special needs daughter participated in many of the Mother's Day weekend activities. I felt very comfortable letting her be independent and know she was encouraged and helped by the staff. She said, "I'm going to miss this place." That's why we keep returning!

Well I am upset because you guys charged me $100.00 for dirty towels that had red on them, as I spilt ahso sauce and with no paper towels due to the office and store being closed early.. I used one that you guys provided,we have stayed here for 3 summers or more, not sure if we want to come back,the office manager never returned my call months ago-we rent at least 5 spots with family and friends

We had a great stay outside of a small issue with the cleanliness of our cabin. The staff that responded to the issue were very understanding and apologetic. Even in the arcade area, the staff was very attentive to the needs of the campers when a machine was not working correctly. Overall, the experience was worth it.

The safari tent was great !!!!!! the camper not so great # 118 faucets leaked , no heat ...refridge worked too good ..froze everything :(

The cabin assigned to two adults was extremely uncomfortable no place to sit. The beds were not made the remote didn’t work coffee pot didn’t keep the coffee hot. Tried to switch captains no one knew how to do it in the office

Stayed in a “glamping “ tent because my trailer was in the shop. Enjoyed the experience so much I’m definitely going to do it again! Staff are always friendly and helpful (Tea is the best!). Strafford KOA is a fantastic campground.

Nice little spot good set up with lots of options, cabins glamping tents rvs and tent spots. Wish we were a little more informed on check in or before, it was “halloween weekend” at the beginning of October so we had no candy or anything to pass out.

Staff extraordinarily accommodating. Sites well spaced and clean. Effective effort to provide fun experience: Dog Weekend. (But no dogs cooperated to go in the pool, but they did like running around.) Cabin 151: clean and comfortable, screen on porch door taped in place? Insufficient basic utensils. Needs little table on porch to eat outside. WiFi not useable. Would come again.

The unit / camp we rented had heat. Neither heating unit worked. We even had the maintenance guy on duty come look at the units and he could not fix. We were left with two tiny plug in heaters Took all night to even come close to having warmth fill our camp. We spent the first night cold. We were nervous about leaving the space heaters on so we always turned them off when we left leaving cold

Everything was great. Only downside was we rented one of your campers and the waste kept backing up into all the drains and made it smell unbearable. Your staff cleared it once but it backed up again. Definitely wouldn’t rent a camper again.

First use of toilet in camper released extremely foul smelling sewer gas which did not dissipate through the entire night. Had to sleep with windows open and it was cold. Might try a cabin if one is available in future but not one of their campers.

Stay was great. Had a slight issue with the rental tv door not staying g closed. Management fixed it within 10 minutes of us reporting it. Very few linens. Two of us with 1 face cloth and hand towel. No toaster and very few dishes and cooking pans and utensils. Two forks, 1 knife and two teaspoons. We as I brought things just in case.

At check in I wasn’t given a key to the RV so I had to go back to the office to get it. Our Rental RV had a horrible smell because the tube that transports the waste was clogged. We were offered another site but declined because we wanted to be next to our family. We used the bathhouse instead. My kids were disappointed that the waterslide wasn’t open at all during the 3 days we were there.

The stay was great! Everything was super clean. The waterfront tent was awesome! Only two minor issues, the wood we got from them was either still green or wet and wouldn’t burn at all. We got the trailer full. (Not new to making a fire)we purchased a bundle the next day and it was great! Started no problem. The only other small issue was the store closing at 4.

We had a blast! We were celebrating our anniversary and our pups 2nd birthday! It was my boyfriends first time camping! He had so much fun! The place is very clean, lots of easily accessible clean bathrooms. The golf cart was my favorite part. I think muffin enjoyed the dog park and the animals accross the street! Definitely will be vising another KOA

Camper rental stunk. They knew they had a problem, 5 air freshners in bathroom, but tank needs to be deodorizer and exhaust fan didn't work.. no front shade in kitchen, back bedroom shade didn't close properly. We paid for 2 nights but left early the first morning, we couldn't sleep do to the stench. Can't believe this was a koa, we've been going to koas for 40 yrs, this was not worthy of koa name

It was the quietest time of the season, just what we needed. We used to tent camp, but the kids grew up and we grew old. We just may look into a small trailer or just book the cabin again. Everyone was so friendly, and the campground is so close to everything.

Very nice park . We stayed in a rental rv which was fine overall. My granddaughter loved the water park and slide. Way too many golf carts zinging around but staff was friendly and very accommodating to dogs. The playground was great . Checkin took a long time due to staffing issues I guess. Overall a good stay!

had glamping tent with boat supplied boats full of water and no oar locks, the main building store closes too early (4:00) but this could be due to no help. the pool and water slide were great though

I didn’t see many of the issues others did. I did arrive about 6p Friday of BOGO weekend. It was a long line. Office was open late and they got people checked in quick. The grounds were clean and trash free. The pool was nice. The slide wasn’t always open. The store was very nice. Nice activities. The staff was nice. My basic cabin was awesome. Bathrooms were clean.

We had a great stay! Loved the cabin, it had everything we needed. The screened in porch with the glider seat was a really great feature. Only small negative is there was a piece of wood with a rough edge under the bed & with the narrow space between the bed & walI I had to be careful not to scrape my leg against it when exiting the bed- best bet was to climb to the end of the bed to get in & out.

Our deluxe cabin was nice as it is only a year old. The kitchen had no teaspoons or bowls. It was clean. We were given a handicap equipped cabin by mistake, but were allowed to remain there as it was the offices mistake. Decent overall, but seems to be suffering from staffing shortage and definitely desk staff needs training as they seemed to be clueless about basic questions and needs.

The stay was nice. I do think the store and office should be open later than 4pm especially on a weekend. More activities for the kids would be greatly appreciated. In addition other koa locations do text to send reminders of activities which was not done at this location.

When present, the staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The vibe is a bit "meh", the arcade a bit "meh", the pond and pool a bit "meh". Our cabin was clean, the firepit and grill were nice. It was quiet, which was nice.

Love staying in the cabins at the top of the campground. The accomodations are comfortable and the location is quiet and convenient for bringing our dogs. We walk the grounds many times daily.

Cabin was clean except for the porch, which needed some work. There were only 3 forks for the five of us. But despite being short staffed everything we asked for was delivered promptly.

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!
